We are in the vintage home restoration business specializing in homes built from late 1890’s– early 1930’s with most of the houses being in the 1910– early 1920’s range. We are especially known for authentic period plumbing and lighting fixtures. We have a large number of resourses to also help with original doors and door hardware, parts fabrication, as well as a large inventory of original parts. We are not open to the public, but can often visit your location to assess your needs or can send and receive photos to help in the restoration of your home.

History

Established in 1976.

Began as «The Fan Company» in Bellflower, Cal, specializing in early 1900 ceiling fans. As they started making reproduction fans, we transitioned into vintage house parts, bathroom fixtures and accoutrements (towel bars, toilet paper holders, soap dishes, etc) and period lighting fixtures. In 1979 we moved to Anaheim and started working solely with people that had vintage homes and have been doing that ever since.
