Horrible service. They made me extremely late for work. I made a reservation two days in advance. And when I showed up they said they had no cars. I think Avis is in the wrong line of business if they have no cars to rent. What a bunch of losers. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This place is great for rental cars. No lines, super quick service, friendly employee.
You get the car quickly and when you return it, the inspection is quick as well. Rates are great. I recommend this place to anyone needing a rental car. No problems with the car.
Make sure you book a reservation ahead of time because cars get rented fast.

Feasible to locate the office and very close from the freeway exit.
David was so friendly and helpful with our needs for a rental. This was the quickest registration I’ve ever experienced. Rental rates are very reasonable. No pressure to obtain extra auto insurance. No hassle no worries.
I’m sure to return again. And that’s saying a lot!

I don’t understand why this location only has a two star rating. We have rented a car from here a few times and they’ve always been the best as far as customer service and the quality of the cars that we rented. The first time I came here the girl that helped us was so friendly. She actually suggested that I modify my reservation to a week rental rather than 4 days because it was going to be a better deal for us. Then the car that we rented was brand new and was so clean. The last couple of cars that we rented from Enterprise seems like older cars with lots of miles and they smelled funny inside. I actually had to take a car back to enterprise because we couldn’t we couldn’t take the smell that was inside the car. It was horrible!
I have been very pleased with the cars we have rented from this Avis location. And like I said, it’s going to be tough to find customer service like this anywhere else.

Ubered here with a grip load of my belongings hoping to get a car and they have none available. How can you be a car rental business with no cars to rent out?!? This place is a ghetto joke.

Avis, Anaheim CA, is not in the business of Customer Service. They count on One Time renters, rather than seeking to provide Excellent service for repeat business. If you ask to speak to the head manager they will tell you they have paged them, and leave you sitting in the lobby without any regard for your time or money. There are many other Outstanding car rental companies whose Actions match their mission statements to Provide Great Service. Don’t chance it, it is not worth the risk. When something happens with your rental it is essential to have a responsive Company who cares to make things right.

I work for a large corporation and this Avis office wanted to make a quick buck out of us rather than a long term rental relationship. We will only rent this one car from them instead of hundreds! Also, they should spend 5 minutes cleaning their cars before renting them out!
