Nice cashier and the place was super clean. There was no one there and they made my food on the spot. Really nice interior and the salsa bar is great :)

Always love the food at Baja Fresh. First time ordering from this particular location. Was very pleased with the quality of the food but more than that the customer service. I ordered 5 party packs for our corporate function and the guy who took the phone order in the morning kind of got it wrong. Nice guy but messed up my order. But the manager Mo and Alexandra fixed it and was very accommodating. I’m not one to try and free load and get free stuff but Mo took care of the situation and was very professional. I appreciated the effort he took to provide great customer service. We will definitely be coming back here again and cater with this Baja Fresh. Their catering prices are very reasonable for good quality food!

Came here at around 3:30PM on 11÷27÷15 restaurant was clean, food was fresh and delicious, friendly staff.
I recommend the nachos then heading over to salsa bar and and top with salsa of your choice!

Exceptional service, delicious and flavorful food, and nice environment. I really enjoyed my meal and the options provided at the salsa bar. I was surprised how big the portions were. This location goes above and beyond and you won’t regret coming here.

Just left here… After placing my order I presented the cashier with my coupon. She said she couldn’t take it because her manager would be upset. I thought she was kidding. So I asked her to cancel my order… wouldn’t that make the manager upset as well? So… I drove to next Baja Fresh where they happily took the coupon. Plus, this location is in a dicey strip mall… will definitely not be returning.

Wow, I was sooooo surprised that a meal at Baja Fresh would taste soooooo good. I ordered the beef Nacho burrito. I can’t tell you enough how good it was. I was savoring every bite. The beef was cooked perfectly, yummmm. The service was so wonderful; even though you go to the register to order & it’s a fast food style. The cashier was very patient & friendly, the family kept changing their orders on the poor guy but he kept smiling & saying it’s ok. The fresh warm chips & guacamole was perfect. There’s a bunch of salsas you chose from & all were very tasty. I wish this place was close to the Bay Area; because I’d come here at least 2 – 3 times a week. Give this place a try; you won’t be sorry.

POOR SERVICE! Arrived around 10:45am to grab some lunch for my mother & i posted on the door is hours of operation open at 10:30am well the doors are locked so i called the restaurant from the outside and could see the employees screwing around, didnt even bother answering the phone. eventually they did and unlocked the doors. I order my food go to the soda machine & no ice and the best part is the soda dispensers were not connected so i had to wait yet again. Then the salsa bar was disgusting and not clean and no fresh salsa out. I asked and they rolled a cart out with a few choices and of course the one i want ia not Avaliable. horrible customer service and in the midst of it all they just stood in the back and laughed… HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS LOCATION

The nachos are pretty good here, but the fish taco was like a dry stick… All the vegetables going into it were fresh and delicious, but the fish was pretty bad. Just a dry rectangle with grill marks.

just thought would be nice to give them a review. Unlike other Baja Fresh, you don’t see crazy long line in this location. quality and quantity is on point. Their service is great as well.

If I could give a review higher than 5 stars, not only would I gladly give it, it would be well deserved. I’ve come to this location twice in the last three days and ordered the Grande Nachos with… a few extras. Not only was the food delivered to my table, (promptly and with a smile) but I was not charged for a few of the extras. Bringing this to the staff’s attention got me a response I didn’t expect: «Oh, there’s no mistake, we’re just making the customer happy.»
The staff at this location are not only professional and thorough, they bring a whole new meaning to ‘Customer Service’. This is what all Baja Freshs’ should aspire to be. If you’re in Anaheim and are looking for one of the most pleasant dining experiences you’ve ever had, this is the place to stop. The service at Benihana’s last night couldn’t touch these guys. A+++++

KEEP YOUR EYES OUT: It’s been open longer than the Chipotle on Euclid and Ball and it’s right next to In-​N-​Out, but for some reason I forget that there’s a Baja Fresh in Anaheim and I think it’s because it’s located in a small Mediterranean strip mall
THEY HAVE CARNITAS: Go to any Chipotle and there will be a sign on the door that says they’re out of Carnitas and can’t find a humane or organic supplier. That’s been the case for at least 3 months now. My sister ordered carnitas nachos yesterday and it dawned on me that not everywhere is out of carnitas, just Chipotle.
LATE NIGHT EATS: If I’m not mistaken, when this place first opened they were open until 1 a.m. on Friday’s and Saturday’s I’m guessing because of the Hookah lounge in the strip mall and also across the street is a Paisa club that’s PACKED and goes until 2 a.m. Now they’re open until 11 p.m. on Friday’s and Saturday’s which is still later than any other Baja Fresh I know of and it’s just a better option for something to eat past 9 p.m. that’s not a burger.
FRESH TO DEATH: It’s true, this place still looks like it just opened yesterday. It’s never too crowded, super clean, vegetables are stocked nicely and food and salsa are fresh every time I go. My go-​to meal are the asada nachos but really everything on their menu is good.
I literally pass this place at least 2 x’s a month and forget it’s there which is a shame because it’s one of the healthier places to eat in this town.

By far the most incredible Baja Fresh I’ve ever been to. I typically love Baja Fresh in general anyway, but this particular location is light years ahead of the others!!! The food is always perfect, the service is the most pleasant and professional, there is tons of parking out front, and the building is just beautiful!
The food is served to you which NO OTHER Baja Fresh does that. They typically just call your number out. Also, your food is served on actual plates (sometimes baskets depending on what you ordered). Every time I’ve come here, Moe is working the front. You won’t find a more pleasant and professional person to talk to and order from. He always helps out and also gives suggestions on the menu. Great guy!!!
The patio in the front is structured beautifully. Tiled floors, pleasant lighting, seats are super comfortable, and plenty of umbrellas.
I highly recommend giving this place a try. A+++

This is the BEST Baja Fresh I have ever been too! The store is immaculate, the service is great, and the food is spectacular.
The place has ample parking out front, their deck is beautiful with tile and really nice tables, the interior is well designed with a nice tall wall between one of the seating sections and the counter. The wall offers a lot of privacy from the ordering and pickup counter when you’re eating. Really makes for a great seating spot.
Moe is the only guy Ive ever seen working there, and he is the best Ive ever seen at a Baja Fresh. He is knowledgable and excited about the food, and is always suggesting new, delicious things for us to try like the dos manos burrito or an enchilado style burrito with red and green sauces mixed. He also serves incredibly well, with a smile, from the register to bringing out the food to checking on us and refilling drinks or whatever to thanking us on the way out! Makes it a pleasure to eat here.
The food at this specific location also seems to be a slight bit nicer than any other baja fresh Ive been to. They use cotija cheese on enchilado style (other baja freshes I’ve been to use cheddar jack), the salsas are full of veggies and not watered down at all, the spicy salsa is REALLY spicy, the queso fundido is also really thick and flavorful, and the burritos or really well packed! I feel like Im eating at a gourmet restaurant when I eat here.

Tacos, taquitos, burritos, nachos, salads all fast and fresh and delicious. Offering a fresh salsa, cilantro, lime and chilli bar. Surprisingly, my favorite flavor was the mango salsa or the mild blend. Both meshed perfectly with my complimentary tortilla chips and chicken taquitos.
Service is always friendly here. It seems understaffed at times, but Im still in and out quickly.
Located at Brookhurst and Orange, a hop, skip and jump away from In and Out in a square shopping plaza with tight parking. If you have a big car like me, you may have trouble shimming into a middle spot with cars on both sides, especially if there is traffic in the lot. So say a prayer to the parking gods and hope for the best.
A great alternative to other fast food places, where dinner for 2 is under $ 20.00. IM a fan!!!

Around 9 p.m. my friend and I were trying to think of a place to eat for dinner after catching a movie. He wanted something more healthier than the typical fast food places. I suggested Subway, but he wanted Mexican. I mentioned Baja Fresh, and he was up for that.
After finding this one on Unilocal,we headed on our way. As we drove down the street, we literally passed it the first time so we made a turn around and went in the parking lot (second driveway going North on Brookhurst) Because it’s tucked inside this dinky strip mall, the parking isn’t the greatest. Luckily Baja Fresh has marked parking stalls, so that’s a plus. It just seems a little out of place with the rest of the strip mall stores and restaurants.
We get inside and there are only 4 other customers. We are familiar with the menu so we both knew what we wanted, which were steak fajitas.
We find our table, get our drinks and wait for our food. It wasn’t long before the woman who took our order brings us our food. She noticed that we didn’t have any utensils, so she went and got us some forks and napkins. We thought that was nice of her. We both agreed that she’s probably bored and helping us is keeping her busy, and that’s fine with us because we’d probably be the same way too.
Once we were finished, we are looking for the trash cans to throw our trash away, but we didn’t see any. The other customers left the trash on the table and the woman came to clean it up. We asked if she just wanted us to leave it on the table and she mentioned that she take of it. So with that, we left with our tummies full
