I’d leave zero stars if I could. Slow service, tellers are not as fast and seem bored. Went in to make a payment and they wouldn’t accept it because I didn’t have my full account number even though they could look it up by name/​ID and they were adamant that nope, couldn’t be done. Even spoke to a «manager» who was absolutely no help. Left very upset and frustrated that this branch can’t ever operate properly. Will not be going back to this branch ever again.
Went to a different branch, no problem!

Read ever other review here, they’re right. 2 tellers open and they are slow, slow, slow! At least the «assistant manager» has walked by the huge line twice without reacting to it at all. Worst Bank of America I’ve ever been in.

This branch is horrible! The tellers are very slow and rude especially if you are waiting at the business line, I understand that they take consumers lines as well when they are short on tellers but they’re 2 tellers assisting the consumer line and I have been already waited 20 mins at the business line, the teller Jessica took the other people that came after me while the other 2 tellers were already helping that line, you figure you wait at the business line so it could be fast…*** WRONG *** just wait at the consumer line its a tad bit quicker. She didn’t even apologize when I told her what she said oh I didn’t see when she said to me 20 mins ago. I’ll be right with you wtf!!! My 4:00 became 4:40 at the bank. .how can I run my business if the business line took me that long just to do a deposits smdh.

I always go there and there are gigi and yamili they are so nice and helpful
I went yesterday i met teller there she wasn’t nice that’s why I’m giving 4 stars not 5

Décor is super nice but the service is pretty dang slow
It looks like they have plenty of people that speak Spanish which is nice, but it is crowded and wouldn’t recommend it

The wait it very long as usual. And don’t have many tellers to help you with other bank situations. It’s horrible.

I’ve only come here twice bc it’s convenient and both times were awful. The line is long and although there’s two employees behind the teller windows only one was working. Service took forever. Compared to chase and schools first this is by far the worst banking experience I’ve had.

Well, let me begin by saying that these employees would much rather speak among themselves and talk about how their weekend went instead of attending people who have been waiting to see any representative. Waiting 40 minutes is honestly ridiculous and no one had the nerve to apologize for the wait or to give an update on the wait. If you need to go to a BofA, don’t waste your time at this location.

I came here to close my account after encountering several problems with this bank. When I first came in no one was there to greet or assist me (not surprised). I stood there for about 10minutes and finally two bankers come out from the back laughing with each other. (Learn how to do your job people!). Next, after finally being helped I told the banker, I wanted to close my account. She said «okay please take a seat.» After I sat down and waited for another 15minutes. She walks up to me and ask if I have a balance on my account. Well obviously it is a bank right? Why would I not have money in the account? Okay… So after! She tells me to get IN LINE and withdraw my money from my account before she can help me. When I walked in there was no one at the bank and now the line was almost out the door! WHY DO YOU WASTE MY TIME AND TELL ME THIS 15MINUTES LATER AND MAKE ME WAIT IN LINE FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES?! Why couldn’t you have told me that before?! After withdrawing my money I took a seat like she she told me and continued to wait for another 5minutes. THEN, being the lazy banker she is, she tells me I can call customer service to close my account. If I’m already here and wasted almost an hour of my life why do I want to WASTE more of my time by driving home and calling customer service if you can just do it?! Use your brain lady. So unprofessional! She saw how angry I was and tried to offer me a BOA creditcard. I do not want anything to do with this bank ever again. I am so glad I finally shut down my account! Deuces Bank of America! See you NEVER! #furious

This branch of BOA is horrible! The wait for them to do anything is ridiculously long and they don’t seem to care if you waited over an hour just to talk to a teller. Worst branch I’ve been to and never coming back.

Really slow in service. There’s on 2 tellers to help out a lot of customers. Terrible service.

This is the worst bank ever, the ATM’s are always broken or not working and the line is always out the door. Maybe they don’t care because it’s in a poorer area, but it just blows

Nothing worse than working on a job that you dislike. It has been 30 minutes and counting of waiting time while mr. financial specialist slowly walks around looking down with his presence very far away from his current location.

I’ve never actually been inside during operating hours but I come here for the ATM if I’m in the area. Never had any type of problem before. I’m usually around here anyways so it’s pretty convenient to me.

The reps are very friendly here and have a willingness to help with any question or concern you have. Yes the location sucks because of parking but I rather have good customer service over a better location.

This bank has a good location, but it’s a hassle to get into their parking lot. I wish I could just pull in from Euclid since I usually stop on my way home from work. I just don’t like the set up of the place and that they share their parking lot with Party City. I’m always in a rush to get home it’s so inconvenient to have to wait in line! This place always has a long line and only a few tellers working. I don’t even bother to stop by on Fridays. I can’t imagine how long the line gets this day. I do not like this place.

Hate to say it, but this BofA is pretty beat down. Parking is very limited, due to its size and Party City next door. Once you are inside, its pretty dark in there. The ATMs are inside, and I’ve never not seen a line. For what it’s worth, the staff seem genuine enough. In a nutshell: slow moving lines, almost no parking, and not really worth your time.
