Dr. Case treated AND CURED my bad back (slipped disc)!!!
I originally sprained my back water skiing and aggravated the injury (several months after the back was feeling better) lifting heavy carpet at work. I saw a highly recommended Ortho here in So Cal, and had MRI’s taken along with X-​Rays. He said my disc was a think 3 – 5 millimeters out, and that a bit more out, along with the increased pain, and back surgery would be a consideration. I went to the Back to Basics program for weeks and the back felt better. I did the exercises prescribed, and the pain subsided temporarily with the drugs taking up the rest of the pain control. But the pain never completely went away. I was getting very tired of taking the drugs below and got very concerned about any side effects (like killing my liver/​kidneys, etc.) that at the time, the Ortho surgeon said would not occur. These drugs were:
1. Feldene-​anti Inflammatory. Taken once with breakfast daily. About 30% of users of this serious drug experience side effects.
2. Parafon Forte-​Muscle relaxer. Took one with every meal as pain deemed necessary. Usually 2 – 3 a day.
3. Darvocete– Pain Pill/​Killer. Derivative of narcotic Darvon. Taken when pain deems necessary; usually taken once or twice a day, occasionally, not daily… THANK GOD, I only took this when I really felt that I needed it while letting the Feldene & Parafon Forte do most of the pain relief work instead of just masking the pain! This drug was taken completely off the market in 2009 because too many people were dying of heart & respiratory failure! YIKES!!!
All these drugs-​one that kills people-​and not a bit of cure. Shortly after the first treatment at Case Precision Chiropractic (Atlas Orthogonal non-​force treatment), my neck felt warm and like blood was freely flowing. My spine was, after my WHOLE LIFE, finally aligned! My back problems dissappeared! I haven’t been to see Dr. Case in years, frankly because I don’t have any problems with my back from the injury!
Honestly, I figured out that the only pain I get in my back now comes from muscle spasms due to stress, and they go away in a few hours, maybe a day.
I’ve recommended Dr. Case (and Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic) to everyone I care about for years without any unhappy reviews. I am very happy to get the good word out for others via Unilocal! Serious issues like operations need a good referral; and you ALWAYS get a second or third opinion before proceeding… otherwise, I would have had at least two unnecessary operations, one for my back and one for my gall bladder, both issues solved WITHOUT ANY invasive procedure… Chiropractic with Dr. Case for my back, and Metamucil (along with a prescription muscle relaxer) for my stomach problems (had since almost high school). Less than two weeks, and NO MORE stomach problems for the next 30 years!!! Medicine is more of an art than a science. As doctors are only humans like us, they make wrong diagnoses! I’m glad to put this out there for anybody and everybody to know… this valuable information is just way to important to not disseminate!

Dr. Case is great! I always feel better when I visit her. I like that she doesn’t do a lot of those yucky adjustments where you feel ripped in two. She also has a lot of knowledge of homeopathic treatments if you are into that kind of thing. When she sees you for the first time, she’ll always start with a set of x-​rays. I used to work during all of her office hours so she’d let me come in before her normal office hours. I believe she is only open Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
