Business Owner
Our President, Lisa Michaels, began her reporting career in Los Angeles after receiving her California Certified Shorthand Reporter’s license. In the years following, she was a staff reporter for a top reporting agency owned by dynamic businesswomen, who shared the value of matching quality clients with exceptional reporters. Ms. Michaels infused these high ideals into the operation of Chase Litigation Services when she opened its doors in Southern California.
Ms. Michaels continues to be an active member of the National Court Reporters Association, Society for the Technological Advancement of Reporting, California Official Court Reporters Association and has served on
the board of directors of the Deposition Reporters Association of California, including two years as President. She is qualified as a Registered Professional Reporter, Certified LiveNote Reporter and holds the California Certificate in Realtime Reporting.
