Customer service: Great! I was very impressed.
Cake flavors: delicious. We got to try six different flavors with different fillings.
Consult: They have binders with different cakes they have done in the past. They work a lot with Electra Cruises, so they have a ton of nautical themed cakes, but tons of other themed cakes as well. They use either butter cream or fondant. (Depends what kind of design /​look you’re looking for.)
Also, we didn’t feel pressured to have to order /​book with them today, which is really nice.
Overall: I would recommend trying this bakery out!
All their baked goodies looked so delicious!

I first reached out on-​line the evening before I needed the delivery and I had a call back first thing in the morning. Delivery was made by 10:30 am. My review is for the cupcakes only. The bread was really dry and the frosting really dense and hard. Order their lemon cupcake and white chocolate delight cupcake $ 3.50 each. The 2 stars are for the decoration. We ended up throwing away the cupcakes. Ended up going to Creative Cakes to order cupcakes for my daughter’s class for only $ 2.00 each. Cheaper and better tasting.

Thank you so much for making my husband’s birthday cake the most amazing thing I have ever seen! I was worried when I asked for a Back to the Future Delorean, but you pulled it off better than I could have ever thought. Everyone at the party raved about it. I’d give 0 stars if it were possible because I never got the wedding cake I paid for from Cinderella cakes. When my husband and I showed up to our reception, one of the first things I noticed was the fact that my 3 tier, offset square cake was a 3 teir round cake with pillars holding up the top layer. The only thing they got right was the detail icing color. The cake I asked for, paid for and the cake I used as an example were all beautiful, the cake I got was half assed at best.

I’ve heard about this place from multiple friends and how great the cakes are.
My fiancé and I decided to just drive over to Cinderella Cakes in Costa mesa and make an appointment for cake tasting for another weekend. We were greeted promptly. We told them we wanted to make an appointment for tasting and they said we don’t need an appointment we can do it anytime and if we had time today, we can do it right now. We decided to stay and do the tasting. :)
They brought us 5 different cakes to try and sat down with us to explain about the wedding cakes and showed books and books of pictures.
Not only were they very knowledgeable but extremely friendly and helpful.
We ended up ordering our cake and Timorie helped us customize it to make our wedding that much more special. All samples of cakes were so delicious we are choosing a different flavor for each tier. So excited.
A definite place for a cake for any occasion. This is my new cake place.

We order a cake, cupcakes and cookies for our sons 1^st birthday and everything came out great! All of our guest were excited to see and taste them. Thank you again.

I came in last week looking for a cake of some sort for my daughter’s birthday. They had a few out but they weren’t very appealing so I decided to just get cupcakes. I bought a mixed selection of cupcakes 1dozen, a Happy Birthday cookie and a chocolate wand thing that said princess on its. I paid $ 55 and for the taste of them I could of went to food 4 less and she would of not known the difference. With the EXCEPTION of one cupcake! It was chocolate overload cupcake. The cake part was average but the chocolate filling and top was a chocolate lovers dream! It was so good. That’s the only reason this place got 3 stars!

My wedding cake turned out exactly as I had dreamed. I sat with the artist at the store and she helped me sketch out a cake with components I wanted and components she thought would look nice as well. Her expertise was so helpful and she was so patient! The cake was not over the top, but was elegant and definitely had a wow effect. We just celebrated our 1 yr anniversary and received a free cake as well! Thanks guys!

Cinderella Cakes did our wedding cake aboard the Athena yacht on October 17,2015. We had so many compliments on how moist and delicious each piece was. My husband and I are crazy for the lemon cream cheese and highly recommend it! Thank you, Cinderella Cakes, for making our wedding cake so tasty!

If I can give this place a –0 I would in customer service. I went on Thursday with my friends and our little ones to get some cup cakes since it was one of my friends bday and she loves Cinderella cup cakes (she even got her wedding cake there). Well we were catching up with everyone before ordering. Until one of the girls (didn’t get her name) came out and kept asking us if we were going to order something. And she added that we couldn’t stay there even if we bought something. We ask why even have the tables and chairs then. She added it was only for cake tastings. This was early Thursday and the place was empty. Basically she kick us out in a really rude way. I mean if they don’t want anyone there they should have a sign that says «take out only». I never been so humiliated in my life like this place made us feel. I was thinking of ordering my wedding cake from there as well as my other friend. But after this, never again will I step inside.

My kid was in a stroller sleeping, I understand one of the little ones was grabbing stuff from the shelves but we made sure we «put them back». Also, why would we just go and sit there without ordering anything. We were deciding on what to get. Please feel free to post the video (With Audio) so everyone could see how Lili spoke to us and how she kicked us out. I’m glad she understood Spanish because we didn’t say anything we should not have. She never mentioned anything about the kids and if she would have, we would have understood. May as well put a sign out saying ‘No kids allowed’. She just made any excuse to kick us out. Of course after that we were not going to buy anything from your establishment. I am sorry but I will not be deleting my post since I don’t approve of how your employee treated us and I believe others are entitled to know of these things. We had our cake from Cinderella cakes last August 8 for our wedding. Our cake was included in our venue package. Initially, it was a different baker, whom we already worked with early months of our wedding preparation — so we already had the meeting and tasting with them, and everything was almost ready except the final design and to give them the topper. But few weeks before our wedding, which I believe around 1 month, our venue emailed us saying that for some reason they are switching and moving all pending weddings to cinderella cakes (which includes us). Imagine it was already few weeks, and we are already so busy and have a lot of schedules in lined. I immediately asked my planner to worked with them and cinderella cake was very willing to create their version of the flavor we picked from the previous baker. I’m an easy bride and told them that if we can just do a tasting and we can just go with their own flavors. But the tasting didnt happen until a week before our wedding, due to our already busy schedule. They called me to ask for flavors that I would like to try to make sure they have ready for us beside the flavors that they have ready for the day that we are coming, very helpful call. We came to the shop, there’s a lot of people that time, but the staffs made sure that everyone has been taken care of even at the same time. Timorie (who I believe is the owner) and another lady staff were really great and answers each and every customers question with knowledge and professionally. Here came the cake tasting, samples were a lot and they have a lot of different flavors, that really made us in the end confused of which to pick, but Timorie helped us and said we can pick flavors for different layer of our cake. She even helped us with the design. And the wedding day came, the cake was great. And I think they did a very good job. Thank you Cinderella cakes, for a wonderful experience and helping us to make things happen smoothly for our wedding.:)

The owner clearly takes pride in her bakery and it reflects in the taste, quality and customer service.
They helped us design a beautiful wedding cake, which was so important. Besides looks, the cake actually tasted great, as well.
We were referred there through the vendor we had our wedding and I was unaware this amazing bakery existed.
I plan on buying future cakes from here. It’s worth every penny!

Cinderella Cakes is amazing! They made my mother’s 60^th birthday cake and cupcakes. The staff their is wonderful, so helpful and everything was delicious! My mother had an amazing time and was so happy with her cake. If you are looking to have something made for a special occasion this is definitely the place to go! Birthday cakes, wedding cakes, baby shower cakes, bridal shower cakes, even if you’re just craving something sweet stop in and check out all their ready to go products. They have candies, cupcakes, cakes, cookies, and cake pops in store to just stop in and pick up. It’s all so pretty and tastes so good!

Great customer service from beginning to end. I took a design to them for a baby shower cake and they made it even cuter and more detailed than the picture I brought to them. The cake was delicious and they have a lot of flavors to choose from. I would definitely recommend Cinderella cakes to someone looking for a special custom cake.

Picked up a few cupcakes for a friends birthday and the Cupcakes were amazing!!! I don’t normally like frosting but this one was just perfect! the thin mint is a must have! Friendly staff as well :)

My husband’s 28^th birthday cake was a hit! Was worried they might not pull a beautiful job but they did a wonderful creation! Nobody wanted to cut it. They say it’s too beautiful to eat! Worth 210 dollars i know it’s a bit too much for a cake for 15 persons but it was just so beautiful i don’t mind paying the extra bucks plus my husband loves it and he adores me for getting him his game of thrones cake! And it’s not just a beauty it’s also delicious. Not too sweet, fondant is not thick and just enough sweetness, cake not dry! Angela is wonderful! Will definitely get another cake from them. giving them just 4 stars because their store hours is just 10 – 5 i had to go there during my lunch break when i ordered and had to leave early at work to pick up the cake. Hope they close a little bit late so those who have 9 – 5 jobs can still go to their store.

So, this review is for the cake taste factor only. One of my students brought in a Cinderella round cake for her birthday and it was delicious. I carefully sliced the small round cake into 20 slices and served it to 20 happy children.
Talk about sugar overload. The cake looked amazing, almost perfect. The marble layered cake with frosting had a thick filling in between topped with butter cream frosting and some fondant was a sugar overload and I loved every bite. If you have a sweet tooth, you will love these cakes.
Cinderella Cakes, Ive seen many times in a shopping center off Orangewood and Euclid. Its a full service bakery customizing in cakes.
