This place was A+ amazing! I guess its closed now :(
It is really the only place I want to see movies at, I am really royally angry it went under.
The owner would come out to the showings and talk to the audience before the film began. He would tell about upcoming features and was very funny.

I came here to watch Inception the other day after hearing about a theater that let’s you drink while watching a movie. Well I guess that doesn’t apply to me so much because I haven’t drank since my last adventure to Oiwake in Little Tokyo… that night surely traumitized me and my relationship with alcohol just hasn’t been the same. :[
This was one of my first actual visits to the Anaheim Garden Walk… the last time I came was to go party at Heat. Which is another review in itself. Anyways the place is pretty dead… the garden walk & theater. Which is fine by me because I tend to get a little anxious when there are a lot of people.
Best partx of the theater are the deadness and that they have the 21+. So there are no fussy babies, brats kicking your chair/​whining, or teens being teens. Can you tell I loooooove kids? Jk. I like kids, but only the well behaved ones.
The screen was surprisingly pretty small, however the chairs were surprisingly pretty comfortable. I just wish they’d play those annoying and corny ads before the previews begin because it was a little awkward sitting in total and complete silence with a room full of strangers.
Overall I’d come back here not necessarily to drink… at the moment I doubt my drinking abilities, but just for the extra luxury of being able to really enjoy the movie experience without all the crap you get at a typical theater or places like the block. Besides I think I’d rather show up buzzing because the beers were in my opinion pretty damn overpriced… but I’m not surprised.

Who doesn’t love to go to a movie and not have screaming kids around you? I am SO glad to have found this place — I had seriously given up on going to the movies at all. Hey, parents — stop bringing your kids to late night rated R movies! Get a friggin’ babysitter or stay home! Okay, I feel better now…
Anyway, this theater is great. Not packed, relatively quiet and super comfy seats. Totally worth the ticket price and the booze was very reasonably priced as well. If you want to catch a flick, but don’t want to hear, «Mommy, why is that man doing that to that girl?» every five minutes, this is the place to go.

I was soooo excited to try out the Cinema Fusion theaters. My friend and I bought tickets to see Twilight here thinking what better place to avoid the tweenyboppers than the 21+ theaters?!
We had high hopes which were unfortunately pretty quickly dashed the minute we got there. :-\ I’m not sure what I was expectiong but I guess I thought because it was 21+ that it’d be a little nicer than the normal theaters. They did have some nice lounge areas to the side but unfortunately, the floor was strewn with popcorn and there was just ‘trash’ all over the place — not very inviting. :-(
The theater itself was pretty nice. the lounging leather chairs were really comfy and watching the movie was a nice experience.
The worst part about the whole place was the bathrooms. They were completely disgusting. with paper all over the floor, one of the trash containers tipped over on the floor, and no toilet paper in the stalls. This was at 4pm on a Saturday — not even at prime time so not sure what their excuse is for this but it was really annoying when we went to let them know and there were literally 3 employees standing behind the concession stand just gabbing — no customers or anything.
I think it’s so sad cuz this place has so much potential but it’s definitely not being used. They seriously need to do a better job of maintaining the facility cuz clearly nobody is minding the shop here. :-\
PS Don’t forget to get your parking ticked validates cuz if you forget they charge you full price — even if you have your movie stub. :-(

Cinema Fusion theater is possibly Gardenwalk’s saving grace for me. I went to see both «Iron Man 2» and «Robin Hood» on opening night in the 21+ theaters and was pleasantly surprised that a.) the theaters weren’t packed to the brim and 2.) that you could bring an alcoholic beverage into the theater with you (in a plastic cup, of course)
For an extra $ 1, you can switch from general admission to the 21+ area, which has swanky lounge chairs and a bar that serves beer ($ 5) and wine ($ 7). The selection is pretty good and it turns regular moviegoing into a night out on the town.
The downside to this theater are its location (Gardenwalk still hasn’t completely won me over — and its parking structure is horrendous). But you do get parking validation from the theater, and the chairs are comfortable and the acoustics are great.

Pros: Clean, tavern section, IMAX, killer sound
Cons: Nothing too major to think of.
Best movie theater in Orange County? This might be it. I wish the awesomeness of it would rub off on the rest of the Gardenwalk, but on its own merit this theater is one of the best in Orange County. It’s gorgeous, the seats are comfortable, it’s clean, the punks that bombard The Block are missing, there is an IMAX, and best of all, OC has a movie tavern FINALLY. It’s great fun when you get friends together to have beer and wine while watching a flick. Great movie theater that unfortunately anchors a modern day ghost town.

It maybe have something to do with the fact that it’s built in a new plaza but this is a pretty good theater that really shows you how a modern theater should be. A real IMAX theater, a lounge experience, and 14 screens really make this the type of theater that can attract different age groups and yet maintain it’s ability to be family friendly. Couple it with the fact that this new theater is in an area with plenty of eating options and you have a winner!
I really want to give this place a 5 star rating but I gotta deduct it because I feel like it has an important design flaw: the lounge is too small. It definitely doesn’t matter most of the times in a year but if you’re going to come in and watch a movie that everyone wants to see, you can expect to have your butt freezing outside in line like I did for The Dark Knight in IMAX.

Awesome movie experience here! I am going to reveal some embarassing information but I have seen AVATAR IMAX 3D a whopping 3 times. Yes, I am that fanatical.
All my friends that know me, KNOW that I am NOT a fan of seeing movies in theatres. I could count on one hand how many times I have been in the last 3 years prior to my AVATAR fanatacism. I usually only went when my friends had tried to convince me. However, with AVATAR, I had to take all my friends or family. And the two friends I was hanging out with had still not seen it, and when they asked, I couldn’t resist.
For some reason, not sure if it was more of my state of mind (not feeling symptoms of my cold, or being that this was an early show instead of a late night one), but I thought their screen made the movie more vivid. Is that possible? Either way, the theatre was clean and easy to access. I would definitely go again.

I wish they had a waiting area inside when you’re catching a late flick that’s popular, so you don’t have to freeze your @$$ off outside in a two hour line!!! But que sera sera.
The theater was comfortable, the sound and picture quality were good, and it was nice to have the manager great the audience before the film. He even went around validating parking tickets by had. Who does that? I want to come back and try the adult-​only movies to see what those theaters are like.

I try to only go to this theater because they offer the 21+ screenings with alcohol. Even if, this place is way cheaper than Century or The Block and they always have discounts for students and Disneyland Cast Members which sweetens the deal further.
I always shoot for the 21+ side so you don’t have a screaming brat or mouthy high schoolers ruining your movie.
If you get lucky, you will get their lounge with reclining leather seats.
I love their Rewind series with older movies. It’s cool to see some of the classics as well as some cult favorites on the big screen.

Now THIS is a movie theater! I have never, ever in my life really seen the movie theater experience as anything other than… watching a movie. Maybe sometimes I would upgrade to IMAX. Cinema Fusion; however, is fantastic.
As so many people have said it’s CLEAN. There are neon lights everywhere, they actually vacuum their carpet and there aren’t popcorn bits drenching the ground. It’s all about the 21+ screenings here, and there’s a lounge area where you can sit back and wait for your movie, as well as a decent selection of beer and wine. I thought it would be expensive, but the beer was only 5 dollars a bottle! Not too shabby for in-​theater snacks. Apparently their special screening rooms have leather seats for your added viewing pleasure, and I’m definitely going to come back here to check that out.
It’s 5 dollars for a beer, 11.50 for a ticket. It’s like watching a movie at the spectrum and buying a soda except you take out all the annoying kids and the nasty seats and floors and add some alchy.

Crying baby? Annoying HS kids? Not here, well maybe in the under 21 section.
This is the only theater around that I could enjoy a beer with my popcorn and just focus on my movie experience. it’s worth extra $ to have the comforts of a 21+ movie.

To enjoy anything in life
sometimes the best thing is not to have
a high expectation on something.
After hearing all the praises about this place
being able to drink alcohol, no noisy children,
and some room with leather seat…
my expectation of Cinema Fusion was 10 out of 10.
I was expecting the lounge to be something like this:

I think the lounge experience might have been better if we came here around 9:30PM because
I’m sure from where the lounge is located you will be able to see fireworks from Disneyland.

Well, it’s not a Bar. It’s a movie theater. What was I thinking?
Besides, there is a grill and bar called «Bar Louie» right outside
to satisfy your Thirsty Thursday.
I was very disappointed though with the maintenance.
We came in 15 min before the show started and nothing was cleaned!
Plastic cups smelling like beer still in the cup holders, popcorns, nachos…
so i went to tell the employee in white shirt who seems to be in manager position.
He worked on it right away but no apology…
i know it’s not your fault… but a simple apology is Business Ethics 101.
Fusion Cinema would have deserved 3 star I have never given on Unilocal.
But because of comfy leather seat and a movie «The Proposal» was such a funny movie I’m giving you 4 star.
No business is perfect, I’ll forgive you.

A valiant effort…
I really like this location. Almost everything is great… EXCEPT general admission tickets. I haven’t been in all the theaters, but every time I got GA ticket, the theater was very very small. Now, I stick to 21+ and IMAX screenings. The location has multiple 21+ theaters and they do show all types of films. The place is clean, tickets are very reasonably priced, and it’s rarely insanely crowded. The IMAX is a TRUE IMAX, with a proper screen and sound system– the theater was built to be an IMAX… unlike some of these «new» IMAXs that are just regular theaters that get a quick overhaul, but lack the true IMAX shape and sound.
Gardenwalk isn’t a great place to kill time and go shopping, but it’s excellent for dinner and movie and Cinema Fusion is a perfect theater for a date night… it even comes without all those wannabe 14 year old «gangsta» dickhead kids that have completely ruined the original atmosphere of the block at orange (a few miles down the road).

I really dislike going to the movies. Mostly because I find it to be overpriced, and I am almost always disappointed in the film I saw. I’m really picky :)
I dislike going to the movies so much, that BF and I have been to 3 movies in the 3 years we have been together. Poor guy, I am such a mean girlfriend.
So, last night I decided to get crazy and take him to the movies (our 4^th movie!) and let him see The Hangover. I was totally not feeling that movie, but I knew he wanted to go, so I thought I would be nice.
This theater is great! We did the 21+ screening, so we were able to drink before and during the movie. We had about an hour to kill, so we sat in the lobby and played Mancala while building our buzzes. I also found out that I like Pear Beer. Yum!
The theater itself was nice and clean, with comfy chairs.
We got our parking ticket validated here so we didn’t have to pay for parking.
I enjoyed this place enough that I might just go to another movie this year! Three movies in a year? I don’t know if I can handle it!

Only movie theater I know where I can get a hangover from watching the movie «The Hangover.» I don’t know if it’s influence from the booze, but I could not stop laughing throughout the film :)
This lovely movie theater is inside of the Anaheim GardenWalk. For $ 9.50 (a $ 1 more than general admission), you can go to a theater for only 21+ where they don’t just have any regular concession stand. Oh no my friends! Not only can you have your fix of goobers and malt balls, but you can wash it down with some merlot too! They have a small, but significant, selection of wine and beer. Get here early to take advantage of their movie lounge where you can play some board games, or just sit & relax in some comfy chairs.
The chairs in the theater were super plush, and reclined nicely. The aisles have nice big gaps in between, so when you have the unfortunate incident of running to the bathroom during the movie, you don’t have to climb over people’s laps to get there.
All in all, great experience here! I know where I’m watching The New Moon when it comes out! No screaming 15 year old girls screaming at the top of their lungs. Just me, the 24 year old screaming at the top of her lungs ;)

Why I am a fan of Cinema Fusion:
–21+ Screenings which means I can go to a movie on a Friday night and not be surrounded by a bunch of loud, giggling teenagers.
–They serve booze and if a friend wants to see a movie that I don’t really want to see I can just drink my way through it.
–Located at the GardenWalk in Anaheim which is a neat shopping center by Disneyland… just be careful with the parking structure, it can be confusing.
–Movie prices for Cinema Fusion seem a little cheaper than other theaters.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. They have an entire 21+ section without all the screaming children. I’m so glad I don’t have to yell at children anymore and argue with parents about how they should keep their kids quiet or stay home – I can just sit and enjoy my movie. Very reasonably-​priced concession snacks. Even the alcohol is reasonable. And yes… they serve alcohol and have this awesome lounge area while you’re waiting for your movie. Who wants to sit in an empty theater for 30 minutes waiting for your movie to start?
If you’re lucky enough to see a movie that’s showing in the main big theater on the 21+ side, they have recliners! Big, black, leather recliners. They are the most awesome things ever. Find out which theater your movie is playing in, get there early, grab a drink, and sit back.

What the heck? A new, clean and modernized type of theater right here across the street from Disneyland?
Cinema Fusion is located @ GardenWalk in Anaheim. Came here last night and watched the movie screening of the upcoming film, Adventureland.
Some cool key features:
* The concession stand lines seemed to move quick and the staff kept the cool customer service persona on at all times.
* Restrooms = clean and spacious and ladies, plenty of stalls to choose from
* Seats were CLEAN, comfortable and recline with ease.
* Entrance to the theater has huge screens which displayed different trailers of current and upcoming feature films.
* BAR, ALCOHOL, BAR, ALCOHOL!
And the only downside:
* Kristen Stewart still needs to master her ”frustrated” and/​or «angry» scenes.
So, if you asked me… the answer would be «Hell yes!» «I’m definitely coming back!» What’s not to love? This OC theater has a BAR? Right! That’s what I said!

This theater actually pleasantly surprised me.
Whilst you wouldn’t expect an IMAX theater to be located in this seemingly still developing promenade type mall, the setup isn’t bad at all.
I thought my Dark Knight experience would be a mediocre one considering my first choice of going to Irvine hadn’t worked out. But hey. really «Why so serious ?? [insert chuckle here] when the bottom line is, I’m seeing Dark Knight in IMAX! Woot! My Movie Experience here was actually very, very pleasant.
The seats were comfortable, the lines weren’t long, and there was a nice little man who gave everyone complimentary imax passes for the next visit. SWEET!
Also, Anaheim is notorious for having nasty, congested tourist traffic, so pre-​movie, they announce that they’ll have guides waiting in the parking structure that lead you to the quickest way home you can save yourself the headache. I thought that was a nifty bonus!
Overall, Gardenwalk needs more development, but in discussing the theater specifically, I think they did a swell job.
Oh and if you’re ending a movie at about 9pm, you get to catch the fireworks that disneyland lets off during the summer nights. It’s semi-​romantic and, well, FREE!
