I was looking at a Corvette in Anaheim when the guy suggested I check out this shop and one particular Corvette they had on Craigslist. Drove over, the guy said he was closed, or wasn’t closed. Or was the car sold, or not sold as I pointed to it sitting in the shop behind him. I don’t know what the deal was because he never opened the door and I couldn’t hear him with all the freeway noise going on behind me. Crazy. I guess they didn’t want to sell the car. With a Anaheim Police Gang Squad car sitting in the parking lot and a ton of graffiti on a wall on a building next to the shop I wouldn’t feel safe opening the door either. Too bad they lost a potential customer.

I recently went to a supposed muscle car shop in Mission Viejo. I had an issue with a bolt on the control arm in front, they quoted me $ 400! That was after messing with it for about 45 minutes.
I thought that was too rich so I took the drive out to see Chuck and Ken at Coast Corvette and Ken fixed the issue in about 15 minutes and refused to take money for his time. He just saved me $ 400. I will never take my car to that supposed muscle car shop in MV again, and while its a little further for me, Coast Corvette are guys you can trust. The shop is not state of the art, but they care about Corvettes and they know them inside an out. Highest recommendation.
