While he definitely wanted my business, he was upfront and honest about the pros AND cons of the various flooring I was looking at and wanted to make sure that I ended up with something I’d be happy with long-​term. He also will get you the best price available so if you find another wood sample you like elsewhere, ask him if he can beat their price. He may well!

Mary is the best! she is very helpful and honest. I’ve been going to Delta Floor for few years now… very happy with the product and service. I definitely recommend them.

We have been taken care of by Mary Beth several times now. It started with a bathroom remodel followed by another bathroom remodel. Followong that we did a kitchen remodel. Everything was purchased from here with Mary Beth’s help. Now I ambuying tile for my new business and guess where I’m going.

We had a job done by Delta Floors. We were satisfied with the quality of work (the floors look great now) but we were unsatisfied with the communication/​time it took to complete the job. Joseph, the manager, personally came out to our house to check on the floor and make sure it turned out well. He also apologized to us for the problems we had and explained what had happened. He was even kind enough to bring us a gift.
This showed us that Delta Floors cares about its customers and I appreciate the time they took to reach out to us. I would work with them again.

This is an update to my review on January of this year. So after seeing my Unilocal posting, Mary Beth and the owner called and came to visit my shower floor. They sent their best tile guy out to fix it last month and we now have the floor to what should have been in the first place. I am giving a 5 ratings for the store’s effort to rectify this problem. They went above and beyond what I had expected as far as following up with me and follow through with what they said they were willing to do. This shows good customer service and that they do care. Thank you and hope you will always retain your good customer service skills.

I can’t say enough about Delta floors. Seriously people! The price was extremely reasonable. The quality of the laminate is really fine. Sean, the salesperson is so professional. He gets right back to you whenever you call. (That is a common complaint in this business.) But the men who laid the floors are who I want to emphasize in this review. Tony, Aldrin, and Mike were the best floor layers I have ever experienced. I have had several homes and always wanted wood or laminate. These guys are perfectionists with a smile! My home had weird floors and they just worked around them without a complaint. I chose laminate for my place by the way, but I am certain wood would be as perfect. The place looks beautiful!

This place was part of my water journey because all my floors had to be removed do to water damage at my home and asbestos.
This was the place that my insurance company sent over to get all the measurements and send my floor samples to ITEL in Florida to give me a price for my floors so I could decide on the kind of new floors I wanted, as well as, who was going to do it.
Everyone was SUPE R DUPER professional in the beginning or at least pretended to be. They called and showed up when they said they would and provide me with more LIES than information that I needed which was PART OF the reason WHY I didn’t use them. Part of the information I received was lies. YES LIES! One of my MAJOR PET PEEVES and its just plain WRONG! Not to mention since I had been staying in a hotel due to the water damage I asked every company personally to call my mobile because I was NOT living at home because we had turned off all the water. I even provided them with number verbally, as well as, face to face. So NOT ONLY did they LIE but they continually called the house phone leaving messages that I wouldn’t get until days later which ALSO HELP UP the process.
A little insurance info for you: When Insurance is going to cover damages in your home you ALWAYS have two options;
1. To use the company they send you or refer or
2. find and use your own company or person.
If you decide to use there person they will pay them directly or if the amount owed is over a certain number they will send you the monies to pay the company or you can specify them to pay for you and nix the extra hassle.
On the other hand if you deiced to find and use your own person they will send you the monies and you are FREE to do whatever you like which WAS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD! Thank GOD I’m NOT A FOOL! I was born at night NOT last night!
Seems simple right… Well when I went here the insurance guy John was very nice but he LIED BIG TIME to MY FACE! He was jockeying to get the business and the insurance monies, which is understandable. He was polite and showed me around, let me decide what I wanted and then PUSH like a freight train to get me to use his company by telling me if I use them I my insurance would send them the monies for the work and it would be that easy. BUT IF I DIDN’T choose them I would have the following headache:
1. My insurance company would NOT send me the monies but send to my mortgage company in my name
2. My mortgage company would then contact me and ask who was going to do the work
3. They would need me to sign a contact with them and the company I hire to do the work
4. My mortgage company would piece off the monies to me to pay for materials and labor.
5. I would also need to sign additional paperwork from my mortgage company when the work was complete.
6. My mortgage company would need to send over an inspector when the work was complete.
7. I would need to sign off on the work done.
8. I would have to formally ask my mortgage company for any left over monies in writing to be refunded to me.
9. And there would be additional paperwork associated with the refund I would need to fill out.
10. The process would take forever and would NOT be easy!
WHAT A BUNCH of MALARKEY! All of the above mentioned was a BIG FAT LIE! When he was telling me I KNEW HE WAS LYING! Shame on you for trying for being so deceitful. Please believe I have reported this SCARE TACTICS to my insurance company so they STOP using you as well!
Had it NOT been for the GO-​NORMOUS LIES and TALL TAILS I would have used you, because I liked the selection of floors you have and tiles. But luckily I DIDN’T and SAVED MONEY and got extra things that I wanted with the moola I got from my insurance company with no OUT of POCKET EXPENSE to me! Had it NOT been for your LIES I would have not been able to get my NEW BATHROOM, or the stacked stone on my FIREPLACE, 2 additional toilets and a dryer with a little money still left in my POCKET!
That is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE JOHN! I have NO RESPECT for you or your company! May your tongue fall out and burst into flames for the lies you are telling people.
GREAT customer service but I cant help but think it was all a ploy to get my business so you lost those starts for TELLING LIES!

Delta flooring did an awesome job on two of our homes, and did a quality job at a great rate. I particularly commend Delta Flooring for coming back to replace our new base moldings after our puppy chewed 7 brand new baseboards up for only $ 250 to replace them which included labor!
They are professional, have great communication, low priced and have great quality. Recommend if you are looking to have a worry free installation and/​or maintenance on your floors.

Myron is the best! After checking around with a number of other places (and wheeling and dealing) I went to Delta floors and with no haggling Myron beat their pricing and honestly cared about earning my business. As a real estate broker it is so hard to find good people I can refer my clients to, but now I have a flooring guy going forward! Thanks!

I think most of the negative issues I’ve read are related to installation crews, which I doubt are Delta employees. So whatever you do, monitor your installation crew carefully and let Delta know if there is any concern or lack of timeliness.
The economy is improving, these crews are very busy and they are not necessarily good at scheduling, communicating, or putting extra effort into their work.
OK, with that said, I had to hire, fire, hire different crews all totally unrelated to Delta. I only purchased material from them and it was a good experience, good prices.

High quality products, honest friendly knowledgable customer service, great prices. We shopped around from place to place on this road of tile stores and so happy that we walked into Delta. We purchased unique marble and the gentleman that helped us was informative and friendly. What I also loved is how this store is set up and how organized they are. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend.

OMG, have to give Mary Beth a BIG shout out for her excellent customer service. I have had a difficult time deciding on engineered flooring for my home and have been to every store around. When I would find something I like, I would call Mary Beth and get a price from her. NEVER telling her what price I already had. EVERY TIME she was lower than what I had. I finally found what I was looking for and placed my order today with this great lady! Her customer service and knowledge of products are amazing. I have bought flooring from her 20 years ago and found her at this location and am very glad I did. Mary Beth is a gem, funny and goes above and beyond to take care of you. THANKS SO MUCH MARY BETH FOR ALL YOUR EFFORTS!

Update on our experience. Our house is in escrow and the home inspector notified us that there is debris under the house. Turns out when they remodeled our bathroom, they disposed of the trash and excess material when they installed the new bathtub. They just pushed all the trash into the open hole. AMAZING!!! Definitekt not professionals. BEWARE!

I like them. Friendly and the sales was down to earth and honest. All of the stores along the street are about the same. Hardly any materials in stock and all needs to be ordered. Takes a few days. The staff here are knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend for sure.

This past Friday, 4÷11÷2014 I was hustling all over town to find a particular threshold that would suit my needs for an already existing bad flooring situation repair. I’ve been to Home Depot, Ganahl Lumber etc. then called several flooring suppliers who then finally referred me to Delta Floors. Right off the bat, Mary Beth rocked the house! It must have been that, «Help me, I’m desperate“look on my face because she handled me with care. She helped me out with 4 or 5 different options out of their scrap bin and then after choosing the one that would best suit my needs she let me have it free of charge. I’m in construction and deal with suppliers for all sorts of different reasons but I was «floored» by her customer service and generosity. Thank you, thank you, thank you Mary Beth and Delta Floors for being there in a pinch! You bet your sweet cheeks I’ll be raving about this place and Mary Beth!

I had a bad experience with my floor when I got it and was very upset. Joseph the store owner came out to my house to see for himself and we came to an agreement with no extra cost to us. He is going to replace the floor with a new one. This man does know what taking care of customers means. He is very professional and knows how to be sure you are happy with whatever your decision is. Thank you Joseph teach them all to be like you.

I was referred over to Delta Flooring by my insurance company due to a flooding in my home. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of John. He was very detailed and knew exactly what I was looking for. The job took about 5 days. My entire condo needed the wood flooring replaced. The team provided by Delta Flooring was absolutely FABULOUS! Always on time and excellent quality of work. Edgar who was the lead on this job was very detailed and knows exactly what he is doing. I will definitely use Delta Flooring for any future jobs! Thank you so much John & Delta Team!

Initially started as a bad experience but the owner, Joseph, made the experience much better. He was empathetic to the problems we experienced and personally took over the situation to ensure that we were satisfied. In the end, he exemplified a responsible business owner who ensures that his customers are taken care of.

Started out well and went horribly wrong.
2 wrong deliveries, finally got it right on the 3^rd time.
No real apology or effort to retain us as customers.
Promised a discount, still have not seen it a month later.
One exception, Mary-​Beth was wonderful, but not the manager and owner.
Save yourself a trip, try someone else.

Let’s face it: people usually buy carpet on price, quality and warranty.
For me, that’s true too
My 2200sq ft house in Ladera Ranch needed new carpet. Several years ago, I paid more than $ 6800.
Since I use this property as a rental now, I wanted something more affordable. Their website is the best site in the carpet business. Prices colors and styles are all clearly posted.
Ted came to my house, showed me options and measured the house. The whole process took half an hour. Gave them a 50% deposit and they ordered the carpet. Took about a week to get. The installation ran from 10am to 8pm since Jose and Armando were committed to doing it in one day. They took only one quick break the whole day.
The carpet was perfectly installed, comes with a 10 year warranty and is of seemingly great quality. I couldn’t he more pleased. At $ 3700 installed, I was thrilled with the value.
No, I don’t work there. Highly recommended.
