I bought a 2002 expedition xlt from these guys. The process of buying the vehicle was relatively painless. However, the vehicles only have a 30 day /​1000 mile warranty on the drivetrain. The number 8 cylinder detonated and blasted the spark plug and coil right off the block after only owning the vehicle a few months and roughly 2k miles, vehicle only has 81k miles on it. I was offered to have it looked at by their mechanic and get quoted at the dealers price but that’s not an option because I don’t live in the area any longer. Then I was told «tough luck» basically.
