All this bad reviews it is here for a reason!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY DAVID YOUNG! Very unprofessional, can not keep his word, do not answer calls or return your call. The worse contractor ever. So if you have a lot of money to waste and want to have a headache trying to get hold of this guy go head and hire him
I am not sure how his business is still open.

Easy Pools, Anaheim Hills and Easy Supplies, Huntington Beach are both owned by David, FYI ! Today I had some cement work done by my pool, discovered a small area of possible leakage, I panic’d, did not know if I should ignore and finish filling the crack? I decided to call David, he came to my rescue, within 15 minutes, David was there to give me the blessing that it’s good to go. I have been very impressed with his work and David’s above and beyond attitude has again gain my trust, I will definitely refer more customers to him and without a doubt will have him use me as a reference for his future customers ! Thank you David for being there when I needed you the most ! My hats are off to you and your genuine desire to help your clients within such a short window of time ! I will forever be grateful ! Happy Memorial weekend to you and your family, David has also served in the U.S. Military in the past, I salute you for that also, thanks for your service !

What a horrible individual. The owner, David, is so rude and racist and was only interested in selling me stuff I didn’t need. I wanted to install a water heater for my pool and change my water pump. I did my research and talked to a lot of pool contractors. When he came out to give me the bid he was nice and took his time and told me he will do a great job and even bragged to me about his rating on homeadvisor and that he did some work for the Anaheim Mayor. So, I gave him the job. He was supposed to start on Saturday but he called me Saturday morning saying that he doesn’t have the heater but he will send me his crew to cut the pipes. I said no. I don’t the job done that way. So, they came back on Monday. His guys were OK but I had an old gas connection that needed to be changed and he wanted me to pay him an additional $ 200 to change that. I told him he should have included that in the quoted price because he saw the equipment and knew the connection needed to be changed. As luck would have it, I found the part for less than $ 20 in my tools and it took the guy less than 5 minutes to change it.
He kept trying to tell me how expensive the pool pump is, so I told him exactly how much the pool pump costs, and that it was rather affordable. He answers me back «Are you talking about the internet prices?» I said: no I am talking a contractor, just like you, quoted me. He actually asked me to show him the bid from said contractor and when I did he said to me that I got that price because it was a package deal, which is not true because I only asked the other contractor to redo the Deco Seal. Let us just say he got nastier after I gave him the deposit check.
After his guys (his workers, by the way, were great and very efficient) finished installing the pump and heater, I asked them how to use it to heat the spa separately from my pool. They couldn’t answer me correctly because their communication skills were very limited. I called him on the phone and asked him to help, and his answer was «push the on button.» He was so bothered by my call and didn’t want to talk to me. Also, his guys forgot to take the balance check.
I texted him and to come and get the second check and show me how to work the equipment and his answer was my guys already showed you. I explained to him that I couldn’t understand what they had told me and to please come by and pick up the check and show me how to use the equipment. At this point he got very disrespectful and said in his text message: «Wow, your relentless. my workers said they showed you.» So he comes and basically says just push this button on. Now, if anyone has a spa and a pool know that it is not that simple. You need to turn some valves to isolate spa from pool but he would not be bothered to show me what to do. While we were exchanging our conversation I noticed a leak in one of the connections. I pointed out to him and he says to me with a straight face,” that will eventually stop by itself!”. I said how does a leak stop by itself? He says, it just does. I said, I want this fixed. He said my guys are already on another job and they might come by in two days. I said, I don’t want this to leak for two days before you guys come back to fix it. He said that was the best he can do and left. At this point, I ran to my computer and put a stop payment on the check because if he was this rude and resistant to helping me before receiving his payment, I found it doubtful that he would actually help me a few days later.
Here is the best part. 20 minutes later he calls me back and says I just went to the bank to see if the money was in the account, I wasn’t planning on cashing it. I said sure you weren’t. When he came back to the house, he was pretty upset, which is understandable. He then proceeds to insult me and says: I don’t know where you’re from, but here in America, we don’t do this kind of stuff. May I mention I have lived here my whole life? I felt so insulted and condescended. At this point, I had had enough. I told him to fix the leak and wrote him a new check. In less than 20 minutes he and his two guys were already at the house. They had failed to install a seal on the connection, which resulted in the leak. They stripped the plastic when they put the connection back together.
It does not end there. I found out from my pool guy that the gas line doesn’t support my heater which was 400,000 BTUs. Of course, David failed to mention that to me or to take care of it himself. I called the gas company 10 days later to have them update my gas line. My pool guy showed me how to isolate pool and spa.
So, Stay away from this guy. He is rude and only wants your money and is not interested in doing anything beyond the bare minimum. What a sorry excuse for a human being.

Not on here trolling but, Easy Pools came out and did very sloppy work ! The worst part about the work is the owner came out and did the work himself!!! We ask for Decca seal around the pool and they made a serious mess! There is Decca seal over the concrete area, they missed certain areas of the pool and, it looks just god awful! I was not around when they were working here but, If I was here there that day I would have asked them to roll up and get out!!! They are a one star for a reason!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY or pay the price and cry. Very disappointed, unprofessional.

Not helpful, seemed bothered to answer simple spa questions. Only intrested in upselling. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
