EZ 2 Rent A Car

My truck needed to go in for surgery so I needed a donor vehicle for a week.
I called all my standby Disney rental spots National, Hertz & Avis The first two had no cars but Avis said they did and so I made a reservation but when I got there they had no cars WTF! Why make a reservation I asked. They said they always overbook kind of like a doctors office. No care for the customer just the bottom line.
Well I got back on my trusty Unilocal app and quickly found EZ 2 Rent, and when I spoke with the attendant she assured me she would hold a car for me. I of course after Avis was skeptical. My skepticism was soon put to rest after I arrived and they not only had the car promised but offered me a larger model for the same price. They also have a buy 5 get 2 free days Unilocal deal that they happily honored. 2 free days is the best Unilocal deal I’ve ever used. Saved almost $ 100 clams.
The staff here were super nice and way friendly. And when I told them that I was unsure if I needed the car for longer they told me «no worries» just let them know. I almost didn’t want to return the 2014 Honda after the week as it was a big driving difference after driving my old daily hooptie F350 crew cab pickup. And only paying like $ 35 at the pump to fill up floored me as to my usual $ 150 top off. I was giddy!
If you are in the Dizzyland area and need a rental car call EZ 2 Rent first. The rates were good or better than the «others» and the customer care level was miles above the competition’s who think money first and customer second. Not here they treat you like a human not an ATM. They also have a nice AC filled office. Not just an order desk. They have small cars to mega vans so you should find something that’ll suit your needs.
I’ll be back for my next rental.

this company allowed someone to rent a car with my stolen id and the wrong ssn which has now shown up on my credit. this establishedment is completely unprofessional! the owner barely speaks english and she has no since of customer service. i called for a week before i could reach her. she told me she would look into my issue and returns my call. when i finally got a hold of her again she said she had never spoken to me and began yelling at me. she refused to help me or even speak with me. i am completely dissatisfied with this service. any company tat condones identity left should be shut down.

Same here, at first they were friendly, then I started seeing the different colors of cust service. I wouldnt even give them one star I wish there was wors than that .
One more funny thing they wanted me to go wash the car befor dropping it. I dont belive they will last long in this business

Ridiculous. Rented a car to go out of town. I told them where I was going so had to pay for a mileage package that was supposed to cover the miles. That’s fine. When I came back, however, I had to pay $ 50 more because I supposedly went over the miles in the package I was given. I didn’t get to choose the package in the first place, so was it really my fault that I went over the limit?! Not ever going to rent again. When the first experience is a bad experience, what’s the point of doing it again?!

I’ve rented 3 vehicles from them so far, it was a hassle free, affordable experience. I love these guys. Definitely, a place to consider if you have little to no credit & in need of a reliable (nice) vehicle. My personal favorite is the Suzuki Kizashi

for the price price you will be ending up paying for more than what you are told. and the process take quite a slot to get done tone. it took me one hour to get the car and another one hour just to return it. overall place this is an OK, place

I’ve been renting from here for almost two years. They are easy to deal with and always willing to work with me. If u have any doubts, go in for yourself and check them out. Shout out to Teresa and Gina.

Perfect experience! Used this office when i totaled my car recently and needed a rental… Very friendly and nice staff. I was in and out in a car in less than 20 minutes with no issues… I would recommend it over any large corporate rental agency any day!!!

Used them when I needed a rental. Since I’m under 25 there was the $ 400 security dep, about $ 30/​day for blue nissian versa. Good experience. Was going to rent from them again, but realized they charge after 100 miles and I need to go to Vegas so that probably won’t work for me :(Too bad

This place is the worst. They take advantage of people who don’t have high limit Credit Cards and they keep your credit card deposits for over two weeks. They rented me a so so Kia Rio with bald tires for $ 68 a day. They also wasted my time verifying my insurance even though I had all of the paper work. Never again.

I have had several issues with bigger rental car companies (which shall not be named) in the past. However, recently I was introduced to EZ2 Rent a Car. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They got me into a car that fit my needs at a price I didn’t have to stress about. Even when it came time to bring my car back in and I forgot to call and extend they were gracious enough to call me and see if they could extend the rental form me. I would gladly recommend EZ2 Rent a Car to any of my friends or family

E Z is just that, easy! Gina did everything in her power to help me and get me a great deal on a car rental. I am definitely coming back again the next time I need a car rental.

Just about every time I’ve had to rent a car, it’s been a harrowing experience. I hate dealing with the wait, the faux-​friendly service, and the under-​maintained cars that I’ve gotten at a lot of the national chains in the area I’m in. This place, though, was like a ray of sunshine when I had to rent.
When I went in, everyone treated me congenially and was actually friendly, asking about why I was there and what I needed as well as moving through the paperwork as fast as we could. Management was friendly and inviting, willing to work with me on what I needed and what I was looking for, and the cars were all well maintained. They were upfront about all of the costs that I needed covered (as I was upfront about what I needed to begin with, which certainly helps) and any discrepancies from the national chain’s options comes down to economies of scale — I know that smaller outfits like this just can’t work out the same kind of insurance that other companies can, which is why the larger hold has to be placed.
At the end of the day, I was happy with the process and the people and I walked away with the keys to a car I needed for the weekend without hassle. The price was right, the car was right, and the experience was right — can’t recommend them enough.

My family has used EZ several times over the last few years. We started using their rentals when we did not have a credit card. We have always enjoyed the courtious professional service. They have always given us reasonable rates and ensured that we had the right car and milage for our different trips.
When we needed another vehicle we decided we would use their rent to own program. We could not be happier! I‘ve been driving the car for about three months and EZ has been wonderful! We were able to add an affordable second car for our family and we are so happy to work with them. They have bent over backwards to ensure that our needs have been met. I am so happy with their service and I highly recommend them! They are a family oriented business that provides service with a heart!

They were helpful for people who have bad credit. In addition to the that the front desk receptionist are extremely unprofessional, do not dress or speak professionally or respectfully upon entering or when conducting transactions. I had to begin communicating with the company via email because they never kept their word with charges, or things they said via the phone verbally. They do not appreciate repeat customers, as I rented from them for over 2 months (I had to while I shopped for a car to buy) and it was just an overall bad experience. I should have known that this would happen because I contacted them when I found them on a craigslist add, and they did not honor their original special savings.
Then to top it all off, I wrote a Unilocal review (this is me editing my Unilocal review) and was harassed via email several times to change my Unilocal review to 4 or 5 stars, when clearly I was being honest. Overall it was just not a good experience, and if were not for having a temporary situation to fix via my credit report I would have never rented from them in the first place. Thank the stars that I bought my own car and do not have to use them again.

I showed up at their front door after Avis had screwed me — I had a confirmed reservation at Avis for 4pm, which also happens to be their closing time, which they didn’t bother to tell me. Since Avis was locked up tight when I arrived, I went to Hertz, who referred me here to Ez 2 Rent.
I explained I need to be in L.A. for the night for a reunion concert that was a one-​time deal — I had flown from Seattle for it. They say they were expecting a car returned that afternoon, and they closed at 5pm, which is about when I arrived. When that car was a no-​show, they drove a car over from their other office, and made sure that I would not be stranded — unlike Avis. Both Delia and the lady at the Clementine office were beyond nice, despite the fact I was keeping them well past closing time. Sure — I had to pay extra for the last minute rental, but it is better than missing out on the concert.
Great service, and nice people. I’m beyond grateful.

My boyfriend and I wanted to borrow a car for our trip to San Diego. It was our first car rental. Excellent service. :) We had so many questions, but they walked us through the process calmly and politely. They were quick and even gave us a car with great MPG (Nissan Versa). It was a great change of pace from our older, gas guzzling cars. The manager even suggested places we should visit on our trip.
We were referred by Hertz. We paid cash down and there was no hassle. You have to pay after the first 100 miles, but you have the option to prepay. This place is great for those with bad or no credit and young drivers. They even told us how to get a discount on our next car rental.
We walked in nervous and confused. We walked out confident and assured. We will definitely be back soon.

If you’re looking for a big, corporate rental company that will shuffle you around like cattle, then this is not the place for you.
Here…you get one on one service with a smile. And a bonus? They actually remember your name! The entire staff has always been very gracious and helpful to me. They can accommodate you whether you have a credit card or not. And their pricing can’t be beat! I’ve been coming here for so long, I feel like I’ve become part of their family. And that’s what this place is — a small family run company that gives you something extra lacking with other rental places — they show value to all their customers.
EZ 2 Rent a Car has set the bar in my book and unless I’m traveling out of state, there’s no other rental company I’ll use but them. Go check them out.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful! She gave us some great recommendations on places to go during our visit and told us how to get there.
It’s nice that they rent to people under the age of 25 (18+) and the prices were pretty reasonable. The Kia we got was great and we will definitely rent a car from EZ2RentACar if we ever visit Anaheim again.

I was referred to them by Hertz and the girl at the front desk was very pleasant. I didn’t know that they charge after the first 100 miles. With the mileage that I needed (driving to San Jose) this did not make sense for me. Also, they place a $ 400 hold on your credit card which is higher than what I’ve seen ($ 200) with other car companies. The driver was very nice as well however although the manager/​supervisor attempted to be cordial she lacks bedside manner. Not willing to pay the $ 100 more for mileage, I asked if she could arrange to take me back to my apartment which is 0.5 miles (according to Google Maps) from their office. She said it was too far from the office and could only take me back to Hertz. The second she knew I wasn’t going to go through them I was no longer welcomed. Their selection is a bit bland as well.
Service, not price, is what keeps you coming back to someone. If there’s good service I’m willing to pay for it. Had I been dealing only with the receptionist I would have gone through with the transaction, however the management was the deal breaker for me. I’d suggest you stay with larger car rental companies.
