Amazing guys and work, came in last minute to get my brake pads done and they got right to it. I was quoted $ 280 at jiffy lube without even looking at my car and these guys here ended up being the blessing I needed. You now have a forever customer. Dave is as all the reviews indicate — excellent. The price for changing oil was ~$ 23 for a 2008 Toyota RAV4. That’s excellent. He said he’d be done in ~45 minutes and he totally was. This shop is really busy and it’s a little further away than other shops local to me (he’s 7+ miles away) but, as I told him, he runs an honest shop and that’s exactly what I want/​need. Don’t want folks telling me I need to change my air filter (if it’s brand new) or trying to upsell services. Thanks Dave!

My boyfriend and I have both been here twice and always receive friendly service at a price you can’t beat! For a synthetic oil change and tire rotation I only paid 54 bucks! I’ll definitely come back again the next time I gotta do something for my car :)

This is hands down the best mechanic I have ever been to. Dave and his guys have done a ton of work on my 2002 Mustang, and the prices are always reasonable and honest. Dave is the nicest guy with such a great memory. My parents came to him once and he always asks me how they are when I come in. If you’re looking for someone who gets the job done as promptly as possible, with fair prices and makes you feel like a valued customer, then this is the place for you! These guys are amazing! Honest and not after your money. They were able to take me within 30 mins without an appointment, gave me a free diagnostics, and gave me a full description of what was wrong before charging me anything. Incredible job! Loved it!

Came here to get my tires patched. Mike promised me a time of 1.5 hours. It has now been over 3 hours. I had work and other plans and I’m now late for both. Not a great experience. I’d rather go somewhere else that actually promises a time. Time is money. I got there first thing in the morning 8:00 am there wasn’t too many cars and had an appt. If you want your car fixed at a promised time take your car elsewhere!

Came here to get an alignment and I stopped by around 9am. I ended up leaving my car and walked home because there were other vehicles in front of me and was told it would be a few hours. Fortunately I live walking distance from this place and I just walked home. The guy up front was just not friendly, I don’t know if that’s how he is but I felt un-​welcomed. I ended up leaving my car because my alignment was really off and I had just gotten new tires. I had asked him to give me a call to let me know when it was ready. 5.5 hours later I still haven’t received a call, so I decide to call and ask. They let me know that my car has been ready. Wish they had called because I wouldn’t have been late for class that day. But hey my steering wheel isn’t crooked anymore and all in all I would give this place another try.

So I fix my tires here anytime I have a problem… but today this guy was being a total ass to, he was so mean to me that push me away don’t think I will ever come back here again.

Honest and helpful service.
I was help by Tim, who really is nice guy. I was looking to replace my tire with a used tire. Tim show me my options and pricing but suggestion to check the tire I already have before replacing a new one. Tim discovered 2 puncture on one tire. So he found out I didn’t need to replace the tire, it was still repairable. Tim took care of the tire and I was back on the road with in minutes.
Affordable tires and repair cost. I will be coming back.

I recommend this place for those who really like taking care of their car! Great staff and great prices and althu sometimes their so busy but they will find you time foresure!

Have always had good service when I have come in for an Oil Change. They won’t be able to do it if it’s is an hour until closing. Strongly suggest coming here.

Guy is straight up and cool. If I were to go anywhere else for a serpentine belt change it would at least be $ 100 plus and it came out to be $ 67. IL be coming here again.

There’s no other place to take your car! My dad turned me onto Dave at Firestone. I’ve previously taken my car to bedards in anaheim hills /​placentia I believe. I was way overcharged for the one thing I took my car in for because they changed my filter and a few other things I didn’t approve. I have a BMW and I keep running into problems with it. I can expect a fair price and quick turn around. If I took it to the dealership in sure a simple $ 300 bill at Firestone world be 5 times that. I definitely insist taking your car here. If you’re someone like me who knows nothing about cars, you can trust that they’ll be fair and trustworthy. Keep up the five stars!!!

Been coming here to get my oil or tire change for quite some time. I’ve always experienced good customer service and when additional services are recommended, they never seem too pushy or forced. I trust in Dave (the manager) and his knowledge and I will continue to get an excellent experience for my car

Came here with a nail in my tire and asked if they could also check out the brakes since I’d been refilling the fluid at least once a week for the past 3 months. They said it was a brake caliper issue and I’d need to replace the calipers in pairs so I had to buy two. Got the car back a few hours later and the brakes nearly hit the floor before the car would stop. Also, the e-​brake was loose upon yanking it up. I got out of the car and decided to push it to see if the brakes were actually holding and nope, I could push it right into the street with no problem. The next morning I decided to try driving with the e-​brake on to see if there was any resistance and there was no resistance!
I brought the car in the next morning and Dave and the guys took care of it and also rotated my tires for me for free. Even though I was upset about the brakes the night before (I still think it shouldn’t have happened) I was glad Dave acknowledged the problem, resolved it, rotated my tires for free and said he appreciated the business. Dave’s always been courteous and professional and that’s a rare find in the auto mechanic industry.

Great Service and Friendly Staff!
I had a nail in my run flat tire and Dave took care of me in just a few minutes. He explained the process and what might be a problem before starting any work. Turned out it could be repaired and I was back on the road in no time.
