I was there on a Saturday 5÷14÷2016 and the cashier named«Amy» was very rude to me. She did not greet me with a smile like I noticed she did with the other customers and it took long for me to get my order. I noticed that she wasn’t even looking at me when she took my order and upon receiving my order. In the past, I have gotten good service there and it is great food. But this new cashier has really made me feel like a piece of trash. I’m never going back there again.

Nastiest flame broiler I’ve been to ever. Cold food, dirty, no napkins. Avoid this place.

Very good food I loved the half and half with white rice. It was very good and I had no complaints. I am also happy because there was not a long wait so we got our food fast so I am very pleased with this place.

I came here on Saturday, April 2nd, @ 8:30pm with my 2 ½ year old son. Upon entering, I noticed that they didn’t close until 9pm, so I thought«great we made it in time.» We ordered chicken/beef bowl w/veggies. When I asked if we could sit for a few minutes so I could feed my son because the seats were already stacked on the tables, «Bradley» said no because they had to mop the floors. Wtf. Closing time is at 9pm, I’m there at 830 pm and we can’t dine in? BRADLEY and ADRIAN, your customer service is terrible. The veggies were soggy and proteins were dry. I understand that it’s Saturday night and everybody wants to get a jump on the weekend, but to deny a customer a table to eat before closing time is ridiculous. Horrible customer service, horrible food. We will not be coming back. I hope corporate reads this review. Maybe then will they stop scratching their heads and wondering why the franchise is going in the crapper. Best of luck.

Pretty much 4 stars because it’s usually almost always just 2 employees running the show. In the morning usually is the awesome guy Darrin and Andres prolly best cook when time is of concern. He’s making the order before Darrin could print my receipt. At night it’s usually the main man jose whos been there since day 1, andd this being kinda new but there’s always a bunch of nice blonde girls working at night which is weird cuz im use to 2 workers but nonetheless cool, and always talking and laughing which is totally not a problem just hard to get their attention. And I can see somethings that they can improve on, but I’m pretty sure there still in high school so I’ll let em be. With all these ass holes giving them 1 star because they still think they themselves are the most important people in the world… Because quite frankly what ur upset over sounds sooo lame I feel sorry for ur significant other. Have u ever found a bug in ur food? Well I can tell u it makes a rubber band sound alot more delicious… –_– take a chill pill before you hop on Unilocal dayumm. First of all these guys are dealing with prolly the most stuck up and entitled people on Earth… Its Anaheim Hills for crying out loud. So what u found a rubber band in ur onions. Was it an ant or fly? It prolly was from the rubber band tht the green onions came with. But it’s cool take a pic and be tht person who likes to complain with low blows. Grow the hell up u whiners. I’m sure if u showed them instead of taking a freakn pic. They wouldvd more than gladly tell u tht they are sincerely sorry and would make u a new one right away… I know this cuz they accidently put onions on my bowl and while it was my mistake for saying with everything added. Cuz saying tht here is like being really lazy; just completely say the what you want out of the 4 options and if you don’t know the options 100% guarantee they will ask you. Sheesh sometimes when I’m in line I wanna freak out at the customer in front of me because I’m sorry that the 4 main items and what kind of rice you want with veggies or no and a simple nod for green onions or shake for non… Is sooo gosh darn difficult. Why the hell do u have to give the guy/young girls such a hard time, but also go out ur way to leave a harsh review? I think cuz deep down u know ur just a p.o.s. Go to waba grill I know for a fact these guys don’t need ur money. Cuz frankly they don’t even take all the coupons advertised by the flamebroiler corporation… Which kinda doesn’t make since but also shows a statement we r not like other flamebroilers. Every restaurant /business has its ups and downs… Good days and bad days… Consider everyone’s 1 star as a sign from them tht they have 4 lips and currently are bleeding for a period of 7 days… Tell me I completely make no sense any one star’ers… I got all day to hate on sucky people, it’s my passion.

I had stopped coming here because the food turned me off; mushy vegetables, dry chicken, an odd smell in the place that put me off. After a few years I wanted to try it again based on convenient location and a somewhat heathy option for food. Ordered the chicken veggie bowl with white meat chicken and brown rice. The vegetables were absolute MUSH and the chicken was drier than leather. I could barely chew it down. Yuck. The food was barely edible and I ate what I could because I was starving. I don’t know if this place is a representative of all the Flame Broiler restaurants in the chain or this is just a franchise that’s not doing well. But this location has totally lost my business. For nine dollars I expect an edible chicken bowl. It shouldn’t be that hard, it’s one of three things on their menu.

I go here often just to grab something very quick go eat. The only thing is that’s better to go eat somewhere else because it’s tiny inside, cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. I also think it could be cleaner inside, it’s disappointing

Bins of pre-cooked chicken sitting in in the sink without a lid, flies flying all over. Back door left open allowing all the flys all over the food. Gross!!! No thank you! Then finding a blue rubber band in the food?(See uploaded photo) definitely will not be going back.

Food has always been good but the service is awful. They close at 9 pm but by 8:30 they already have all the chairs on the tables. When asked if we can eat here she gives us a dirty look and tells us she’s going to mop around us. Can’t you wait until we leave? Why is it so hard to get good service anywhere?

I’m giving this place 5 stars because I came in here maybe a month and half ago and there was 1 guy working and the cook they both busted their asses during the lunch rush because they were short handed. He did seem stressed but he still continued to make sure he got everyone’s order right. It’s people like that who deserve the promotions and raises.

This is my first time back home and the first place I made a beeline for is this place. The food is fresh and delicious. I ordered the works with theagic and hot sauce. My prior visit was disappointing but the Asian cook who I haven’t see there before was awesome!!! The Blondie in the restaurant who took the order was super sweet and personable… hit this place up for a healthy lunch option.

Used to be a regular customer when I lived in the area. This is a great location. The staff is nice, the food is fresh, and it’s clean. I’m not a huge fan of the food. I much prefer the Waba Grill. Better rice and meat, but slightly more expensive. The Flame Broiler needs a lot of extra sauces to make the food enjoyable. The average bowls don’t do it for me.

Love this place. Pretty much come here every day. Darrin always handles my order over the phone and I just come by and pick it up. Nice dude. Rib plate, extra rib, opinions and brown rice. Bomb.

Apparently I have started coming back to this location after the owners addressed all the complaints on Unilocal? Always clean, always friendly, always good! Yes, the chicken can be dry on occasion, but it would come out a hell of a lot dryer if I tried to cook it! It’s chicken, chickens don’t always come out perfect. Also, there’s nothing like some magic sauce and sriracha to help!

Food was ok, cashier girl was nice but the place was dirty and looked like it wasn’t cleaned regularly. So I wonder what the kitchen area looks like… I won’t go back to this one.

Wow, Flame Broiler Corporation needs to pull this franchise back. Never have I had chicken so dry! Even the sauce did not help. Dirty, no attention to detail. The kid working the counter was also going into the kitchen to help, don’t get me wrong, I’m all for team effort but when you just worked the register and gave change for god sakes WASHYOURHANDS! His hair is all over the place not even a hair net. Again, someone in Corporate get your ass down here and fix this problem. Will never be here again…

The Flame Broiler. The 2000s stepped up Yoshinoya. I love Flame Broiler. It’s filling and I don’t feel like I need a nap and jog after I eat here. My problem is with this location. I don’t understand how I called in an order, went 10 minutes later to pick it up, and it still wasn’t ready. That’s not at all how I expected it to be. If I call ahead shouldn’t it be already bagged and ready to go when I get there? Maybe I’m off. Then it’s even worse when my order wasn’t ready but the dude in the back is on his phone. Is the food good? Yes. Am I gonna go here again? Yes. Will I just have to deal? Yes. Solid 3.5

It’s a flame broiler, they are pretty much the same wherever you go, but I do feel pretty lucky to have one so close to my house. Why? Because it is rare to have a tasty, healthy and inexpensive quick service restaurant just around the corner! The service is pretty good, it’s usually quick and the workers are nice enough. I only ever had one bad experience here and it was because the employee didn’t close the lid properly and spilled a couple pieces of chicken, I saw him do it and he didn’t do anything about it! I was pretty upset, but I got over it ;) and I don’t think he works there anymore! The employees have have been great recently. The menu is simple, but delicious! When I’m not being ultra healthy, I like to get the works bowls and get the mix of meats! However, I am usually eating really healthy when I come here. My favorite is the all white chicken veggie bowl with light brown rice and green onions. The white meat and rice costs extra, but it isn’t too bad and it it’s a filling. I use ALOT of the hot sauce and little of the magic sauce and the a little of the new hot hot sauce. The new hot hot sauce is much spicy, so be careful(it’s very good too). MYGO-TO: All White Chicken Veggie Bowl with Light Brown Rice and Green Onion and a little magic sauce, a little hot sauce and a little hot hot sauce!
