Gutierrez Construction

I needed to remove a planter box and surrounding cracked cement. I contacted several contractors and Jesse from Gutierrez Construction was the first to respond. We met that very same day and although Jesse is young he was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a great quote and I felt good giving him the job. Work started within a week and it was finished beautifully, and on time. Jesse’s crew all family worked hard and delivered quality work. My neighbors were so impressed they want to hire them as well.

This is my second time using Gutierrez (GTZ) Construction. The first time was in 2011 when I hired them to add planter boxes around my whole front yard, expand my driveway and walkway. The suggestions they recommended and quality of work was excellent! Since their work many individuals have knock on my door asking for the company who did this beautiful design and quality work.
They just finished another job for me adding more used brick in my front yard to expand my driveway and reduce the amount of grass I have. They also repaired poor drainage work that had been done by another company. They were able to identify with a camera exactly where the problems were with my drainage pipes and save me money without having to replace large areas of my backyard cement patio. The end result was excellent again and the whole crew surpassed my expectations. Once again they finished on-​time even though there was more work then initially thought. They had no hidden costs and only charged me the cost of materials when I decided to add more cement work to the original agreement.
I would highly recommend this family-​run business. Not only was everyone professional, but extremely hard working. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each work day and showing me throughout the process where the unforeseen issues where.
