My Salesman, Khalid Latif made the experience of buying a new vehicle very comfortable. He explained what was going to happen every step of the way so there were no surprises when the transaction came to a close. He was awesome! My experience was wonderful. I brought my car in at 7:00 to have the tires rotated, and since the car was there decided to have the car inspected and have the oil changed. I was informed the technicians didn’t arrive until 8:00 and that it would probably take up to 2 hours or more before they were done. I settled into the Customer Service Lounge and began doing some work for the office (your wifi is great by the way) fully expecting to be there for awhile so I was completely surprised when I heard the announcement that my car was ready at 9:30. I paid exactly what I was quoted and received a car wash to boot. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and I will be bringing my car back to Hardin for all future service.

Purchased a pre owned Ford Focus ST today at this location. Although the process took some time complete, it was hassle free and painless. Kal and the finance manager were pleasant and not slimy like other dealerships in my experience. I got a great vehicle at a great price in it didn’t give me a headache. Thank you guys, and great job! I’m going to mention here that I did my negotiating via email, and that helped tremendously.

I bought my used certified 2015 GMC Terrain from here just last week. I love my new car! My sales man was Kal. He was very attentive. He seemed to be working for my benefit. I do not live in the area. I found my vehicle on Edmonds. I called Kal. We then did most of everything over the phone. The next day I drove down and picked up my vehicle. This was one of the better experiences I have had as looking to purchase a new vehicle can be pretty stressful. Kal made the experience pleasant. I will return as well as refer to Hardin GMC.

I bought my car here certified used in October 2014 and thought I should write a review because the memory is a good one and I love my GMC Terrain. The buying process went well and the salesman Ryan was very good. I had lots of questions and he thoroughly helped me with the huge investment I would be making.
I went here twice afterward for an oil change included with the purchase of my vehicle and was in and out with a couple of hours including a complimentary car wash. The service center representatives were nice and friendly.

I am pregnant and really did not want to deal with the process of going into the dealer and being there for hours trying to purchase the car. I let Dan know this upfront and he was absolutely wonderful. I was working with multiple GMC dealers when I started to get the best price and quickest/​seamless experience and Dan exceeded EVERY other dealer I was working with. We did pretty much everything before my husband and I came into the dealer and when we got there it was as simple as test driving the car and handling the final aspects with finance. It was literally the best experience I have ever had at a dealer and I have owned BMW and Lexus’ in my past.

After visiting Hardin, felt like I was not welcome to buy a GMC ever. Decided to visit another GMC dealership and bought a better vehicle with lower payment with no arguments or hassle. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. After talking to a friend who works for GMC found that this dealer tried to make it hard for me to buy at other dealers as well. Paying MSRP for any vehicle is a crime especially a GMC.

I recently bought a truck from Hardin Buick GMC. My salesman, Tyler had the truck cleaned and staged for me upon my arrival. Tyler worked very efficient from the write up all the way to delivery and was able to get me the greatest deal possible on the truck. Both Tyler and his manager Gordon showed me great professionalism throughout my whole visit at this store and I am completely satisfied with the service. I recommend everyone to come see them for the same great service they gave me. Great job guys!!!

A special shout out to Jim Keys, the sales person who helped us. Thank you for staying after hours on a Saturday night. He was extremely helpful. We didn’t make the purchase that night but we returned the next day to purchase. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to get us «a good deal.» We are extremely happy with the purchase we made and will definitely recommend this dealership.

I started off with email only and Dave Jolliffe never once made me feel rushed. When I asked for straight forward answers he always made sure to get them for me. Going there he was just as pleasant in person as in email. We are very happy with the price we got for our 2015 Suburban. I really hate the car buying process but they really made it as easy and quick as possible. I definitely recommend giving them an opportunity with your car buying process.

Service ignores you as you walk in. Continues to pretend you aren’t standing there even though they are 3ft away with no customers or phones in sight. I shouldn’t have to ask loudly if i am in the right place…
Get wrote up for service & watch another guy play YouTube videos.
Then as I had an appointment, watch my truck sit there for 20 minutes before someone could do anything to it.
They Definitely don’t care. These guys need to be put on commission. We’ll see if they did my truck right and didn’t screw anything up since all I needed was an oil change.
So now 2hrs later, i’m gonna get chewed out at my work because they couldn’t get the truck done in 1 hr as promised
**update** so as a big F U, i got oil all over my center console and grill… Showed service writer and he offered to detail the truck. I don’t just let anyone touch my vehicles, i am definitely not going back there & especially not to get my truck washed.

Because we wanted a car that only they had we were willing to pay full MSRP as quoted by GMC website build and quote site, they still manipulated to pad the invoice.
Very Disappointed. Look out for the details in the sales contract they do not know when to stop trying to slip one by.
Never used the service department, since we came some distance to buy the car I am confident that we would not return for any reason, EVER.
Watch these folks new sales department their talented, enough is not enough for them, and they obviously have no conscious so they do not mind taking advantage of customers.

We came in search for a new/​used vehicle. Dennis the used car sales manager and Scott our salesman was great! Both helped us lock in a great deal and get me out with a new/​used vehicle!

Although they are close to work, I unfortunately will not be back. Had my vehicle serviced early February. I Drive a little over 20 miles to work and had no alignment issue whatsoever. After dropping it off and having it there the majority of the day, I was called to say I had an alignment issue and was given a cost. I chose not to have it done because I didn’t have an alignment issue up to the time I dropped it off. After I picked it up and was driving home my vehicle was pulling to the left. Because of this, I feel there is an integrity issue and I will not come back.

Whenever it’s time for an oil change on my GMC I don’t mind having to take my car in when I’m coming to Hardin. The staff is always so nice and share stories of their little ones when they see my 2 year old. They have hot coffee, donuts and a play area for kids. Always a great pleasure, thank you for being such a great staff!

I just bought the most amazing 2016 Yukon. It has been my dream car and I am so happy I now own one. I had such a great experience working with the guys at Hardin GMC. I worked with Gordy and he was so knowledgeable about the SUV I wanted to get. We went on a test drive and he told me all about the car and when we got back he showed me all the different awesome features on the SUV. I decided to get the SUV and Gordon his dad did my paperwork and it was so quick and easy. It was a big decision for me and Gordan and also John answered all of my questions and made the transaction go smoothly. I will definitely be back in the future for another GMC and I will send all of my family and friends there.

As we all know, the car buying experience is never a fast or easy one… it takes time to work out the details.
I’m writing this review because of the great service I received from Rocky Spradling. From the first phone call I made, my test drive, the various texts, emails, phone calls, etc., I was treated well. I was happy to put aside all other deals I had pending to give this dealership my business.
I picked up my new GMC Sierra 2500 this week and and am very happy with my purchase!
