I’ve been to In-N-Out several times. A few weeks ago I had a surprise spur of the moment trip to SoCal, and my first stop after arriving was you guessed it In-N-Out because that’s what a burger is all about! On the flight I was practically salivating thinking about an animal style burger and fries. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. My burger hot, fresh and delicious. The fries oozing with cheese and dripping in sauce. The service at all the In-N-Outs, I’ve been to has always been stellar. They usually are always busy and you do have to wait a bit, but so so worth it. I left with a fat belly and enjoyed every bite and slept like a dream. Damn I wish we had some here in Michigan, although maybe it’s best that we don’t because I am to weak to drive by and not stop.

My favorite burger joint since I was a kid. Every time I go it’s an awesome experience. They have the nicest people working there and so caring. Awesome service! I love coming here due to the fact they only sell fries, burgers and shakes! I love their menu and secret menu as well. It’s so delicious. If your watching your carbs like me sometimes haha. They have protein style burgers. I love their animal style fries! You cant never go wrong by coming here. I do wish they made the In N out a bit bigger but i guess thats why they call it In N out. Haha «That’s What A Hamburger’s All About»

The food is ALWAYS an A+ I always get animal fries(which is fries smothered with the secret sauce, grilled onions and cheese) and a Flying Dutchman(2 patties with cheese). Parking and the drive thru is always a B#%*+ here BUT as long as the line is to the drive thru, it surprisingly goes by really fast! I usually have to wait for 30 – 40 mins at the Tustin market place’s location

Me and my(Hawaii) friends just came from downtown Disney and we were hungry. So we found the closest In-N-Out nearby. As we arrived The drive thru is always packed with lots of cars(like always) So instead we decided to go inside. The moment we walked through the door we were the first customers in line. As we took our time and ordered a lot of people started pouring in. One of my friend forgot to order her shake so she stood back in line. After she order her drink. We had to remind the worker about her vanilla shake. I can’t believe The worker totally forgot to make my friend her vanilla shake while we waited 5 minutes for it. This company pays you $ 11 for do your job not to stand around. Overall Bad customer service.

My food is always great, I mean come on its In-N-Out! But this review is for the In-N-Out worker named Alyssa. She is so nice! Not only was she working quickly cleaning tables and other things she took her time to stop and cheer up a customer that was having a bad day. Seeing that warmed my heart.

I don’t understand the In-N-Out hype. This was quite possibly the worst burger and fries that I’ve ever had in my life. Other people in my party that night agreed wholeheartedly. The kid at the register was super nice, but that’s the only positive.

Your Employee Nick Brown Made my order difficult however I didn’t appreciate him Harassing me About how I sound like a gay prune on the line of the order machine @ the drive thru it offended me badly because My cousin is gay, if he’d walked in there the outcome would be ugly please fix this, because being made fun of as gay is hateful & uncalled for, I love your food Tho. Just made my day see the bad of whats in this world.

What’s one place that you can congregate at and have a great meal?! Where can you go after the club or after a late night movie? Where can you health junkies, vegetarians, shake-sperians, and burgerfanatics go to enjoy a burger in solidarity?! In-n-out You can’t really say anything bad about them. Except always a lot of people and always a long drive through line.

That’s what a hamburger… is all about!!! I can NEVER get enough IN ‘N’ Out! There is always consistency there. Don’t like soggy fries, order them extra crispy. Don’t like gluten, order a protein-style burger. Don’t like raw onions, order them grilled or my favorite, whole grilled. Want more spice in your burger, ask them to add chilies. Vegetarian? Get a grilled cheese. I mean I can go on. You don’t need to have much when you’ve got a good thing. The shakes… bomb. The fries… TA-DOW. The burgers… take me to Heaven. No matter where I go in this country, if your location has an IN-n-Out, I will be there. You can take this girl out of the West coast but you can’t take the West coast out of the girl. Bless you In ‘N’ Out!

Everyone knows how awesome In and Out is. I like this particular location because it’s clean and they have great customer service. Even though it’s quite crowded, the drive thru line goes by quickly. Perfect place to eat at after a trip to Disneyland!

What the fuck In-N-Out… I’ve never seen cooked fries be limp like the one in my photo. If I wanted a wet potato I would have asked for one. It’s one thing if it’s a couple of fries, but the entire order was a soggy, greasy, uncooked mess :/ I would’ve went back inside and asked for the fries to be redone if the line wasn’t backed out the door and the drive-thru wasn’t 20 cars deep. I know this is pretty harsh for fast food, but c’mon… you’ve set a high bar now meet the expectations you’ve set for yourself. Say no to uncooked food :( Won’t be visiting this location again.

There’s never anything bad to say about any In n Out burger I get from any In n Out burger location. They’re always fresh and seasoned well with the American cheese melting from all angles. I always add grilled onions to my double double for that extra bit of character. Of course, customer service is always exceptional at any In n Out so expect no less.

I would say the experience wasnt too bad until I received my order. I was really disappointed with the quality. The burger was good but the fries were by far the WORST fries I ever seen or ate. Not only were some of the fries BURNT, but some were uncooked and still RAW from the dicer. My friend had animal fries not topped off and it looked like they just threw it in the box with spread and cheese splattered everywhere. All within the same hour, another gentleman behind us found hair in his fries. I know its a busy location but thats still no excuse to compensate for the quality you put out. Not only was this fry guy careless but had no sense of urgency. And whoever was bagging the animal fries should of been a little more careful as well. You come to in n out for the quality and great service. But Im sorry, this location definitely didnt meet those standards. Never come back to this store ever again.

Okay let’s be real we’ve all had in-n-out at one point of our lives, right? Out of all the ones I’ve ever been to, this location is by far the slowest one. I mean I got to the drive-thru line at 11:07, with only TWO other cars in front of me. I did not get my food until 11:27! Now, I get it, in-n-out is always busy, but even the other ones when there were more than 5 cars ahead of me, I got my food faster. I guess they just weren’t very efficient? Well, at least the quality of the food is consistent, still yummy! :)

What weird fast-food bubble are Californians living in that they think this place is special? I’ve spent my whole East Coast existence hearing about this joint’s epicness, only to get slapped in the face by utter disappointment and pity for the entire state of CA. I didn’t order anything special, just a cheeseburger as it comes and some fries. The burger was sloppy and cheap-tasting, akin maybe to the burger of a Sonic’s only more flat and more tasteless. How can anyone seriously describe this food, by fast food standards, as anything more than ‘edible’. It’s not great, it’s not even good. It’s ok. I’d eat it if it was 6pm and I hadn’t eaten anything since 8am. That’s about it. The fries? Like something I could buy from a grocery store frozen and just bake off. Tasteless and floppy. I left a party to hit this spot, and I practically cried in my hotel room when i realized what I had in my hands. Crap. Get yourself together, California. Have you tried 5 Guys? Please do that. Nostalgia doesn’t make things taste good. EDIT: Oh yeah, I forgot to add; my traveling companion got the bubble-gut from his food. I narrowly escaped, it would seem.

This in n out never really impressed me. The food is great as usual but the location is horrible, the customer service is okay — I feel like the workers here haven’t been the brightest people or they easily forget stuff. Always asking to repeat orders or say what did you say? I thought it was just be because stutter a lot but my friend who is very good at articulating his words was having the same problem. A lot of the workers here are just not the same as other in n outs and could possibly be the location being quite depressing. And I think I gave this in n out too much credit when I said their food is great. Don’t get me wrong, it still tastes freaking good but the presentation of it was messy and the lettuce inside looked like the back burner crap… leftovers from peeling lettuce. I do have to say the fries light came out very good and not many places get it right but they did this time around. I think going the extra mile to another in n out would be more favorable than coming here.
