Jonathan’s Mobile iPhone iPad Repair Service

Updating my review because I broke my phone… again. Another excellent job done by Jonathan! I broke my screen this morning and knew to call Jonathan so I could get it fixed today. He is worth every star (and so much more!) He fixed my iPhone 6 for a great price. When I called him, he was at my office in an hour, I set him up with an office to work quietly in, and he fixed my phone in 15 minutes. Very nice guy! Super reliable! He’s my favorite! ¹⁰⁄₁₀.

I was a bit skeptical to see all the 5 star reviews on this page but man, Jonathan deserves every single one!!! If you need your iPhone screen or lcd fixed you go to him!!! I called him and he met me at my house the very next day and was done in 15 minutes. It seemed much faster than that because he would talk to you the entire time and he seemed genuinely interested in what you were saying, all in all a very kind man! And the price was very reasonable as well. Hopefully I don’t have to see him again (for the broken screen) but if I do need it being fixed or know someone who needs theirs fixed, I know who to go to.

Jonathan is the best! I dropped my phone in water and wasn’t able to charge. He fixed it and it works perfectly! Great guy too! Would highly recommend him for any iPhone repairs!

So Jonathan was amazing from start to finish and I totally understood why his ratings were so high… Unfortunately a month later, as I snapped my phone into a new, sturdier case, as I secured the bottom left corner of the case in… boom…new crack appeared! The original damage to the phone was in that same corner so I realize that is probably the most vulnerable spot, but never imagined putting a new case on my phone would cause a crack just by touching it. I reached out to Jonathan who advised me he couldn’t do anything but replace the screen again at some sort of discount. I wasn’t pleased with that because I felt there should be some sort of guarantee on the repair, especially for the reason for the new crack. I was also not pleased with how the new screen had been sealed to the phone frame, but never said anything about it because I realized it was a repair and I was just thrilled to have a new screen when he fixed it. The seam is extremely rough. When I mentioned that as well, he immediately started chastising me for how badly my phone had been damaged and the extra work he did on it for free. It takes a lot for me to write negative reviews on Unilocal,normally only use it for glowing reviews. More disappointed in his demeanor than the fact that my phone cracked putting on a new case.

Great Guy! I had a broken screen for the last 6 months and a recent drop made it unusable. I looked at Unilocal… Checked a few people’s reviews… Jonathan doesn’t seem to have a single bad review so I had to check it out.
I sent him a text, after hours… he responded, and showed up the next morning.
He is very personable and very professional.

Unfortunately I had to see Jonathan again. This time it was my fault as I dropped my phone and shattered the glass. I didn’t have anyone else to blame, except for the msg after a killer brunch eating dim sum. darn you, msg!!!
Again, he delivered fixing it really quick. We caught up, chit chatted for a bit then he left. I dont really want to see him again, (not that he’s a bad guy) but if my phone happens to crack again, I’ll definitely give him another ring.

Jonathan is the best! Less than an hour after I called him, he handed me the expertly repaired iPhone. He had 4 repair stops scheduled for this afternoon but cut his lunch short so he could fit me in. He was so enjoyable to talk to while he was working that the 15 minutes flew by.

Seriously this guy is the best! if you have a phone issue Jonathan can handle it for you! I had a minor issue with a repair he had done for me last week. He came back the same day i noticed and contacted him and fixed it in a flash. I wouldn’t take an i-​device with issues anywhere else!
5÷20÷15 Jonathan is the absolute best! This is the second time he has replaced a phone screen for me. He is quick, friendly and does great work for a fair price. I love that he will come out to you same day to get your phone fixed. I would highly recommend him for any iphone or ipad repairs!
