K-9 Karousel

We had our first visit her today and it was just wonderful. Marilyn, the owner, is as sweet as can be and loves dogs. My hairy puppy, Alice, had never need to the groomers before and we weren’t sure what to expect. Marilyn put our minds at ease right away listened to any concerns we had. The price was definitely affordable too. Alice looks alike a different dog! They’re like miracle workers! The entire place is clean and the staff makes you feel at home. We will definitely be back for regular appointments. So glad we found this place!

I just wanna say this place is the best place to go… to groom your dog, the staff there is just fantastic. I take my pit bull china there and my husky coco there every chance I get and I can tell you they come back looking incredible… they treat you like family and make you feel welcomed. This place deserves a 10 star…

I live in Fullerton & I’m not very trustworthy leaving my dog to just any groomer since I treat her as if she is my kid, but this place just has a wonderful staff and made me feel like my dog princess was in great hands. She got a bath and a trim and I just love it!

very nice people working here. they were able to fit my dog in last min and took very good care of him. it was almost a all day deal but in the end my pup looked amazing and was so freaking happy.

I took my Yorkie for the first time there because it was recommended. Well, I was not happy because they snicked my Yorkie’s nose. It was too close to be shaven so, it was knicked. What made it disappointing is I asked the owner if all was ok and she said yes, but decided to put my dog on the floor instead of handing him to me! I didn’t realize until 30mins. later. There was a cut too. My poor Ozzie, fortunately, it healed with Neosporin ointment. Never again, I called few days later because they close on Sunday and Monday. The other person in charge apologized and said next time will give me a discount. Are you kidding me, I think not!

I have brought my dog here for the last 5 or 6 years. Every time she goes, she goes in looking a horrid mess and comes out looking like a princess. LOL. The staff are wonderful, caring and gentle. I have looked at other places but wasn’t ever satisfied enough to take Violet anywhere else. I now have two more dogs and they are going for their first grooming as they are puppies. I’m sure they will do an excellent job with them.

Caring staff, great grooming, friendly atmosphere, my dogs react as if they were coming into the house always excited.

Amazing with my cat so helpful and such a caring faculty. I have been taking my dogs for years but today after taking my cat for the first time I was very impressed

I wish there a 0 stars for this place, I called in on Friday for my dog to grooming today which is Tuesday. I have to go somewhere at 12 Andy appoinemt was at 10 am. I gave a ca to ask how long would it take to do this. Keep that in my mind my dog only 11 LB so small. She answered me so rude and disrespectful. When I asked her nicely. And tolde it would take 4 – 5 hrs to grooming and bath. The price I don’t really mins, but it kidda pricey for 11 lb dog. Starting at 48 $. Anyways DONT COME TO THIS PLACE! The service is Boo shh!

It’s really hard to find a good groomer that does cats. K9 Karousel was conveniently close to home when I lived in Anaheim and was our regular groomer. However, I moved so I had tried a few different places (closer to home) and none of them compared to k9 Karousel. I realized how traumatized she was from the last groomer I took her to when I tried to get her in the cat carrier for her appointment at k9. She saw her carrier and ran the other way, finally got her in, she cried the whole way there and even had an accident on the way over. Dropped her off early am and she was done before noon. When I picked her up she was calm and clean! No more matted fur! K9 Karousel knows how to work with cats, and I will never try to take her anywhere else. They do get quite busy, so call ahead and make an appointment.

We were taking our dogs, Lucy and Ethel, to get groomed at the local PetsMart. It was very expensive for both of them and we were never happy with the way they looked since their haircuts seemed very choppy and uneven. We decided to give K9 Karousel a try since it was so close to our home and I am so happy we did! Because they are a smaller business, their goal is to have their customers leaving 100% satisfied with their experience and I have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable and their services are very affordable. Both my girls get baths, cuts and nail trimming for $ 80. At PetsMart we were paying that per dog! My girls are always shy at first but the staff is extremely patient and caring with them and I will forever bring my babies here and highly recommend them to every one!

I’ve been coming here for years and the staff has always been great with all my pets. There prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend them for your dog or cat.

Love this place! Took my cat here on Friday to get the works done. My Lucy-​Furr got a bath, a shave and some cute soft paws put on. All for $ 75, what a deal for how cute she looked!
It was busy that morning, great business, people were going in and out. All seemed to be satisfied with their results, like I was.
If you’re looking for a groomer, this is the place to go. All of the staff were friendly to customers and loving towards the pets. You get the sense that they all love what they do and take pride in it.
I’m so happy with the work they did :) I will be a forever customer for as long as they treat my babies good.

My pets look forward to going to K-​9 Karousel! They can tell when we are getting close and get so excited! My cocker spaniel knows he looks good when he comes out and he poses all the way home as if to say «Look at me, i look amazing!!» I have been bringing my pets here for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and truly want what is best for your pet. They are currently working on acclamating my new puppy to being comfortable with grooming. I went through the same process with my older dog and he loves being groomed to this day. I went through several groomers before finding them. This makes me appreciate them even more. All my friends get referred here and now i can tell you how wonderful they are, too!

My family has been bringing our dogs here for as long as I can remember. Probably as long as they’ve been around. Super friendly staff. My dogs always came out looking great and smelling good. Love this place!

Update: This salon fits my needs perfectly. The groomer was friendly and skilled. The owner, Marilyn is a sweetheart, yes a bit busy, but she should be supported for running her own business! A keeper.

Gizmo is spoiled, babied and has a mind of his own. He won’t go to another groomer. He’s a shipoo, (shitzu and poodle) and requires a lot of maintenance which can be difficult as i work a full time job where my days off change weekly. Making appointments can be difficult so i normally have ot call in the morning and see if they can take him for the day. They are always patient and friendly and work with me and get him in if they possibly can.
They believe in taking care of the animals they work on, not rushing them through so sometimes service does take quite a few hours but gizmo always proudly walks through the door. Never a tantrum or a fit, and he stopped barking at the groomers and other dogs his second visit. Every animal i have seen walk out of this place looks amazing and appears to be happy.
As for the service, they listen to you and they pay attention your pets likes and dislikes and keep records. You won’t find this level of service at a run of the mill place like a petsmart or a chain store. They know gizmo doesn’t like his hair cut to short, and he likes to be fluffy around the face. They always do what they can to make sure he’s not upset because he does show signs of depression if too much of his hair is gone. They have never cut him or hurt him and this is the only place i take him anymore.
If you want a rush job where your dog looks like everyone else’s and is in a pissy mood, by all means, go to your local pet store but if you want your animal to have a terrific day at the groomer with a hairstyle and grooming job tailored to the dogs breed and personality, go here. I learned the hard way…

Both my dog and I had a great experience the first time at K9. I scheduled to have my dog get groomed and trimmed and she came out smelling fresh and looking fantastic! My dog gets allergic reactions to hair cuts sometimes with rashes, but she did not after getting trimmed at K9. I’ll definitely be going back!

I wouldn’t take my puppy anywhere else. They are SO friendly here, they take care of my dog even though she gets nervous at the groomers, and she always comes home with super cute bows in her hair or a bandana. The employees love her and they all know her name when we bring her in. They charge $ 50 for a cut, wash, and Advantage flea prevention. I love K-​9 Karousel and I’m so happy they’re so close to my house.

I am happy that I’ve found K-​9 Karousel!!! After bringing my doggie to different petsmarts to get him groom and tried different groomers… I seem to not like how they groom him. I am not quite sure how I found K-​9 Karousel but his permanent groomer as until today did a wonderful job on him. I was very much satisfied on how she groom him. The owner n staff are very friendly.
This place is like a full on hair salon for dogs. You can get your dogs hair colored, massages, nail color, glammer picture taken for special occassions/holidays…pretty much your dog will be pamper when they are there.
I get alot of compliment on his colorful hair dye… shooot the dog gets more attention then I do when I take him out. I had met a few pet owner @ the dog park and I had recommended K-​9 Karousel to them.
I recommend this place to any pet owner! Make sure to mention Rascal Khuth if any pet owner want to try out a new grommer!!!
