Avoid this place at all costs. The staff is incredibly incompetent and lacks any attention to detail. Went in for a blood test with PPO insurance. Right before the blood test, the nurse was entering information about me into the computer. Not once did they ask that I verify the information, but thank god I took a look at the screen before she saved it. All the fields were incorrectly entered from my name to my age to my address, etc. Somehow I had gone from a young Asian male to a middle aged Hispanic man. Got that fixed when I pointed that out to the nurse, and I thought it was over then.
Fast forward a month later and now I’m having to deal with the insurance company because Lab Corp entered in the information incorrectly into the claims forms. Again. Save yourself the hassle of having to fix every error this company makes and go somewhere else. If they can mess up the small but important details of your private medical information, I’d hesitate to wonder what else they’re messing up on when they’re actually providing medical treatment to you. There’s a billion medical service providers in this area, go to a competent one.

Terrible attitude of the staff. Especially the one named James. He told me to do the highlighted part and I wanted to confirm whether the signature part is needed now. Then he just said with a condescending tone «did I highlight it?». Well~no but you could have had a better attitude and said its for after the sample has been collected. Also, he’s got some accent and it was not the easiest kind of accent to understand. And when I asked what he meant by not flushing the toilet and not washing my hands after I collected my urine and I told him it was confusing, and I wasn’t sure what he really meant. Guess what? He told me it was not confusing. Well~he could have just explained why I had to do certain things with clear words then leaving me confused and not sure what he really wanted because his attitude and accent are bad!

So I look at hours on their website and Unilocal and it says 7 – 5. So I show up at 415 and the door says 7 – 4. Wtf totally wasted time. Update your shit.

Great service! Walked in at 11:25 no appointment, 4 – 5 people. Receptionist really nice, friendly, and professional. I was checked in and waited about 5 min. Blood drawn painlessly and out of the office in no time. Total time inside facility less than 12 minutes. Not bad since I was fasting. Will definitely come back.

Don’t go here, the receptionist was very rude. The room was full and about 4 or 5 people were standing by the door and around the room so I stayed outside like 2 other guys. She told me it would take 40 minutes. I walked in after 25 minutes to check and she said she already called my name. She told me «too bad, you left, put your name at the bottom.» Seriously, how rude can you be?

Wow these guys were great.
We must have went at the right time because we were treated very well and our blood work was painless.
Since the last time we went to the Labcorp in Fountain Valley on Warner Ave. my wife and I were a bit apprehensive.
That particular visit caused my wife a lot bruising and some pain.
But we decided to give LabCorp another chance so we drove up Euclid to this one and Wow they were really good.
We will definitely go back to this location.

Had an appointment there today at 9:45 a.m. I showed up and the door is locked and a long list of other locations for us to go. No sign saying its closed or what. Very upset since I wasted my time driving over there for nothing. LabCorp should of called me and reschedule or informed me that the location is closed. This is not the first time that I been there and I always make appointments for all my blood work.

I have never encountered a more snotty, rude, and condescending receptionist in my life. She was rude to me for arriving before my appointment, she was snotty about my IPA and condescending about the fact that my kids see doctors in other cities than the one I live in. Another receptionist stepped in and said, «I’m sure she has it that way for a reason.» She was also rude when I told her my children were grown and lived in different cities. NOT THAT ANY OF THAT WAS HER BUSINESS TO BEGIN WITH! I however was not going to stoop to her level and answered her questions politely, but if another receptionist stepped in, I obviously wasn’t the only one who thought she was rude!

Been here twice within 2 months. a star for each techs that helped me!
PROS:
–Tech was pretty good (didn’t hurt)
–Parking (big and near by the door)
–Walk-​ins are welcome (45 mins for me, glad I had a day off)
CONS:
–Gets packed (SMALL waiting room and not enough seats; if your claustrophobic go some place else. People bring in their kids and take up the seats)
–Nasty/​disgusting (the bathroom is small and near the door by the waiting room where everyone is sitting, how sanitary is THAT? gross! I don’t know how they do drug testing for employment when the bathroom isn’t even monitored)
–Stuffy (No ventilation in the room, no open windows or AC. Feels so nice when they call your name and walk into their fresh open spaced room. I guess it’s the light at the end of the tunnel.)
It’s not as bad but I heard from one of the elderly lady to try QUEST. So we’ll see how that goes… :)

The staff is friendly! I go here for any blood work I need done. The waiting time is not bad at all, but I always make an appointment to play it safe.

I always gets uneasy of the thought of getting my blood draw due to previous experiences. The though of getting jabbed with a needle too hard at the initial insertion or the needle moving side to side while still embedded in your vein as they change viles to draw more blood. I am so glad that Lap Corp at Anaheim is quick to get it done that I barely felt it.
I came on late Saturday morning and was surprised that it was not that busy. I walked in and I walked out the door within 20 minutes. I was advised that the best time to go is after 1:00P.M during weekday since the busiest time is in the morning. This LabCorp hours are very convenient.
MONDAY-​FRIDAY 7:00AM-5:00PM
DRUG SCREENS 11:00A-3:00PM
SATURDAY 8:00A-12:00P NO DRUS SCN ON SATURDAY
Lastly, the technician informed me to remove the gauge with tape after 15 minutes or a black stick outline will form in my inner arm. Great tip to know.
