First time here and it’s very clean, friendly, and they have an efficient staff. They seem to follow all protocol and keep their areas clean and sanitized.
Had a little trouble finding the place because there isn’t a giant sign that pointed out where they were but they’re next to Anaheim Medical Plaza and they’re the building that has a black gate around them. There’s private parking so you don’t need to park on the street.

Went here for a labwork on a weekday noon with a prior appointment done online.
The receptionist, James, was very helpful. I never thought he was the one doing the labwork. I was in and out of the facility in less than 10 minutes. I suggest that you schedule your appointment early in the morning if you are required to fast because it is hard to do so when your appointment is at noon. Overall, a nice facility and great staff!

New location/​facility which is infinitely better than the previous one on Romneya. The waiting area is more than 3 times bigger than the last place. Everything is clean and new. Most of the front desk people seem cool but the moody, unfriendly one from the last location is still there. Also, if you’re going to have your blood drawn, Sheryl is fantastic. She’s super friendly and smooth with a needle!

Great location, most of all THE BEST STAFF EVER! early morning. Everybody saying hi. goodmorming. and smiling at you. didnt see this when i was in Quest lab and some other labs ive been too. Great job. thanks made my day seeing people smiling at you. positive attitude. thanks.
