Lucy’s Fluff N Fold Laundromat

On vacation and found the best fluff and fold! Amazed at pickup of clothes… shirts on hangers and everything else folded perfectly! Highly recommended!

Looks really nice from the outside BUT is a regular Ol’ Laundromat that is way overpriced on the inside.
They charge you $ 1 for a card that you load $ n2
Washers shake like they are going to bust
Dryers leave clothes damp after a 30min cycle that cost a $ 1!
Next time I’ll drive the Extra block n use the Not so good looking Laundromat that washes n drys my clothes faster n cheaper.

Well I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and the place is clean but has to overcharge to make up for overhead costs. Most of the washers are clean if you have people that don’t use powder soap otherwise it clumps up and can stay over for your cycle and ruin your clothes. I say that cause it happened to me. But on the chance you do get a good wash, the dryers are way over-​priced at $ 1 for 30 mins! Every coin laundry in the area will charge 50cents for the same 30 mins to dry and theirs wont leave your clothes damp like Lucy’s. Sure they have security cameras and there’s an attendant available at certain hours of the day but where is my money really going? I had brought this issue up yo the Manager as well as the Owner of the place but the Owners justification for overcharging the customer is that he provides a cleaner and safer place to do laundry. That is if there isnt a streetwalker or drug addict in the restroom getting their next fix. Overall I would say steer clear of this place unless your made of money and you like to waste it.
**update to post. The Owner/​Manager just read my review on here and texted me this, «If you feel the store is that bad go elsewhere. Hope you enjoyed the $ 5.» Now i could be as mean as him and post the phone number associated with it but I am an adult and will be the bigger person. I hope people read this review before going to this crappy place!

Went here for the first time today to get our school blankets washed. Staff were great, blankets were neatly folded and placed in a bag. This will for sure be our schools place to go from now on. Thank you Isabella.

Clean, maintained, pay card system and no coin hastle. I highly recommend it. Employees are available during certain work schedule. So if assistance needed, some one is always available for help.

Customer service is top notch. Josh and Albert are very courteous and accommodating. My laundry are picked up and delivered as promised and within time frame provided. Keep up the good work!

This place is really quiet and very accommodating, some what pricey but I guess what pays off is it has iPads that you can entertain yourself on while you wait for your clothes. Came in during the weekend it wasn’t clean like the previous post say but it wasn’t bad either, it just needed some sweeping and for the trash to be taken out.

This is the only place that I feel comfortable doing my laundry outside of my own home. It is clean, usually quiet and they offer free wifi. It’s usually not busy during the times that I go, but even if it is busy, the machines are spread out enough that there is plenty of room to move around. There are multiple machines with different load levels (1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 loads) and 30+ dryers, 4 of which are bigger than average. This is not a coin op laundry facility, you have to use a Lucy’s exclusive laundry card but you can use cash or credit card to load money onto it. You get a bonus dollar loaded onto your card if you use cash :)
The reason for only 4 stars is that it’s a little on the pricier side and it’s not open 24 hrs. Other than that, this is the best place to do laundry in the Anaheim/​Buena Park area!
Side note: I personally haven’t used the fluff n fold service, but it is something that they offer besides self service laundry (if you don’t have time to do your own) :D

I really enjoy doing my laundry here. The customer service is excellent and the machines work better than most in the area. They have a card system, which makes it a lot easier than carrying around a huge bag of quarters. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because sometimes the machines have soap in the trap from previous people, that could affect the wash. Had a load ruined because there was bleach in one of the machines, so make sure to check before you wash. Other than that, everything is great.

I recently have had Lucy’s do some laundry for a small skincare center I own. First off Josh is aaahmazing… he is super helpful and easy to work with.
As for the glorious stacks of crisp linens… so fresh, so bright and folded so tight! I feel like I’m unwrapping Christmas presents whenever I get my laundry back. Isabelle (I hope that’s her name) is the lady responsible the such detailed quality… either way… your a angel.
This place is legit. Providing a excellent service. Way to go Lucy’s!!!

As a small business owner you wear a lot of hats and this is one hat that I’ve been able to confidently hand over to Lucy’s Fluff N Fold. They have saved me an enormous amount of time each month and that time can now be devoted elsewhere within my business. Lucy’s now handles all of our laundry needs. Also, they have been super flexible with regard to drop offs and pick ups and that’s been helpful as well because we don’t keep regular business hours. I highly recommend giving Lucy’s the laundry job!

When it comes to laundry services, the Fluff n’ Fold side of Lucy’s is the greatest in town!
I was in a panic trying to get some laundry done for the company I work at and Josh was there to save the day!
He’s always on time dropping off/​picking up the laundry from our company and he does it with a smile! He’s very accommodating with any scheduled pick ups/​drop offs that need to be changed. The laundry is always folded neatly and bundled up so nothing is disheveled.
I highly recommend the Fluff n’ Fold service as well as Josh if you need a quick, clean, and on time laundry service!

I love this place. It’s relatively small but it’s never overly packed yet it still stays busy. It is card only so do not bring coins, they accept credit/​debit/​cash to load the card which also costs 1 $ which is no biggie if you are a returning customer. The machines are newer which can hold larger load so I enjoy that. There used to be a huge homeless problem here but since the new owners have taken over it is no more. The tvs are usually playing sports, and they offer free WiFi and use of ipads. It’s a tad more expensive but it’s something that I don’t mind (actually prefer) because you get what you pay for. Cleanliness and environment is number 1 for me. I don’t dread coming to do my laundry for fear of being harassed or having screaming children running around. They also offer fluff n fold for those who are on the go.

Our dryer recently broke so for the past two months or so we have been going to the laundromat to do our laundry. Up until today I was going to a different place down the street from Lucy’s. My sister brought me here because she said it was so nice.
First impression. You walk in and it is soooo clean compared to other places. The machines look newer than most.
There are two sides to it. The laundromat and the fluff and fold. Both of the owners Josh and Bryan were there working on the place. Apparently they took over ownership in January and have been improving the place since then. I had a couple questions and they were happy to answer them.
The washers have various sizes from 1 – 8 loads which is ideal for anyone doing a whole household worth of laundry. The prices start at 1.49 for a single load and goes up. It is a bit pricier than other places but I would rather pay $ 1 more and get a better experience out of it than pay 50 cents for a ghetto location.
All dryers are 99 cents for 30 mins but are new as well so they work efficiently. They even have 4 extra large dryers that cost 1.49!
Oh and it’s all done by cards! So for first time customers you purchase a card for $ 1 using cash or debit/​credit. Then you add on that whenever necessary.
Overall great place! I will definitely be a regular at Lucy’s!

This place was great — I started doing my laundry here a few weeks ago and it is my new go-​to spot. The laundry cards are really convenient and the free Wifi is a plus. They keep the place really clean too! Not sure why other people have had issues with prices — I think that the prices have always been fair and consistent.
Also, there are a lot of hot babes doing their laundry there which is always an added bonus!

I really tried to give this place a chance at winning me in. But it is obvious that they don’t want my business. First of all, this place is always dirty, the machines look like they never get wiped down and there’s always trash on the floor. Second, they don’t have enough carts, I’m here now without a cart. Third, there’s always a problem with the machines, I don’t know if it’s just my luck but the last few times that I’ve been here I end up using a machine that’s broken. Fourth, their machines are pricey, for the price I pay I would expect for this place to be spotless and for the machines to function properly. Lastly, they make you pay $ 1.00 for their dryers and give 29min on them. It’s too much time and if your not careful your clothes will smell burnt! Lucy’s fluff and fold needs to get it together, today they lost a customer.

Second thought on this place are that even though theres been some small price fluctuations i think i will be returning here. They really have improved the atmosphere and helped alleviate the homeless issue.
