Admittedly we were a little skeptical of the legitimacy of this business. The other Unilocal reviews convinced us to give them a try. Although we had to wait about 10 minutes for them to produce our tickets, they got us what we needed at a discount price. On the short drive from their office to Disneyland my family and I were still questioning whether or not we’d get in with these tickets. Once we were through the front gate at Disneyland with no problems, we knew there was no need to worry. Fun times ahead! Magic Ticket Discounts is the real deal! Thank you!

Excellent customer service Thomas and Mayra answered all our questions and had our tickets ready with no delays. CAUTION… We reserved tickets through this «company» over the weekend and were a bit skeptical due to the fact they only accepted cash and you had to purchase in person. However, since they were recommended by the owner of the house we were renting and they had good Unilocal reviews we decided to try it. We arrived at the location above Circle K on Ball St. You have to call hem on an intercom and be buzzed in. When going up stairs there is a woman behind a desk in a bare room scattered with Disney toys. There was a woman there that had been waiting for her tickets for close to an hour. The longer I was there the more I understood. I could not understand why we were waiting for tickets. Lupe kept calling someone who I came to learn was the broker names Juan who’s business is called Magic Ticket Discounts. Apparently I bought my tickets through Juan. She stated she had tickets but she could not sell them to me because they were HER tickets and she would lose money. So, she was another broker with another company name all together. Lupe started to tell us how he only has good reviews because he gives a discount to people who write a good Unilocal review. So he is basically buying his Unilocal reviews. I joined the conversation and said wait a second… who did I buy my tickets through? She said Juan. I said I did not get a discount to leave a review. She said yeah I see here 5 people today got a discount to leave a review. We just had to sit and wait for Juan to produce our tickets. Now, it was 10 AM and the park opens at 8 AM. There was no excuse for this! I thought I bought tickets through this company but it is not a company. It is a broker who may or may not produce tickets for you. The girl before me had waited almost an hour and talked to Juan a number of times as I sat there. She said he was rude and blamed it on the other lady. It was not the lady’s fault. Juan sent us all to pick up tickets when there were no tickets to give. They kept saying the vendor has not sent them. After about 20 minutes of waiting we finally talked Lupe into selling us her tickets. Our kids were waiting in the car and she felt bad for us. She said Juan does this all the time to her. So, she sold us her supply of tickets and made no commission off it. Juan finally told her to sell the other lady waiting tickets too cause he knew she was upset and had given her a $ 10 discount if she wrote a review on Unilocal. When leaving there were a number of people outside waiting to get in. They were very upset their tickets were not there either. It was a very strange experience. The tickets did work and we saved a few bucks but not worth the risk next time.

Nice, friendly, and great service to use if you want to save money on Disneyland tickets. The owner even reminded me one day before picking up my tickets for Disneyland. Overall great customer experience.

Found Magic Ticket Discounts online while searching for cheaper money saving tickets, with four people, buying here we saved $ 40! We are picking up tickets tomorrow and do not foresee any issues. Would use them again.

This was my first time to Disneyland. I found Magic Ticket Discount using Unilocal.They are a located across from the Parks, and was easy to access. I was able to save money and get the tickets I wanted. They stay in touch via text, and even confirmed the morning of. I would use them again. Note, if you use a credit card you are charged the processing fee, that said everything went great.

I got tickets from them lots of times in the past, and each time they are very helpful and accommodating. All of their pass are 100% legit, I’ve never had any problem with the ticket I purchase from them. I always recommend people to get tickets from them. Totally save a lot when I have a big group. My boyfriend and I reserved tickets from the website before the prices went up. They ran at $ 213 for a two day park hopper. I don’t remember the guy’s name but when I called the day before going to Disney to make sure everything would be set he told me that the tickets were a little cheap. Confused I told him that was on the website and he did tell me the prices went up. He let me keep the prices we paid for before going up which I thought was extremely nice!!! We would have ended paying ten dollars extra, I believe, if he raised the prices but he didn’t. I was very happy with that! We went to pick them up Thursday morning. Their office is a little far from the park (walking distance wise) so my boyfriend and I drove. We didn’t mind that we wouldn’t be at Disneyland right at 8:00A because we knew we were picking up tickets so be prepared and don’t be in a rush. You have all day! Anyways, the guy who gave us our tickets was extremely nice. Our tickets at first didn’t pop up so he was going to give us a one day park hopper and then email us another one day park hopper but luckily our tickets popped up. All in all, I would definitely come back to get tickets here again and I’ve already recommends people! Thanks for making our trip less expensive and more than what we could ask for. I am a little confused though I know my boyfriend and I reserved them on Magic Discount Tickets and I called them to make sure everything was fine but when my boyfriend received a call we were directed to DizTix’s office… maybe they work together I have no idea… we definitely did not go to the 337 address.

Really nice, friendly, and legit service to use if you want to save a few bucks on Disneyland tickets! I bought two 1 day 1 park tickets, which were only $ 4 off the park price (you save more on park hoppers) but completely enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, especially Thomas. I had misread the hours of the office to pick up and instead came at 1pm instead of the 11am closing, called Thomas, and he was MORE than willing and helpful to assist to make sure I got my tickets to go into the park!
in addition, you can reserve tickets ahead of time with no penalty for cancellation which is a really helpful feature for customers.

The tickets are legit! However, there are some issues I’ve encountered not only once, but twice! First time, when I called the gentleman told me their office was going to be closed that day and they had another location for us to pick up our tickets. I got a message saying he will be there around 7:15 am but he didn’t arrive until 8. It was difficult getting ahold of him when we were trying to see where he was. It sucked because we wanted to start Disneyland right when the park opens but that didn’t happen. He told us he encountered detours because of the freeway closing so I didn’t mind too much because things happen. The 2^nd time I got tickets here bugged me. I got an email confirmation giving the address of the office. I arrived and they were closed. We had to drive to their other location to pick up which is at a Shell gas station. Only to find out the guy hasn’t arrived yet and it was already 8:05ish! They should’ve sent out an email saying they were closed. It’s not convenient to be told to go somewhere only to be directed somewhere else when you have already planned the day ahead. Not only did it waste our time to get to the other location, we had to wait again for the guy to come. It was a different guy this time too. If it wasn’t for the lack of communication and punctuality, I would’ve given them 5 stars.
I recommend anyone getting tickets to do so ahead of time. Maybe a day or two since the tickets aren’t for a specific day. Especially if you want to attend Disneyland or California Adventures right at 8.

Love this place! They’re really friendly & it was a quick to get the tickets. This is my second time using them & both times it was great. I would recommend! The deals are good & they include fast pass!

Location not far from Disneyland its in a little plaza. The staff was very friendly. The price was as promised no changes or price hikes or fees at the last minute. The tickets given to us were the tickets we called and ordered in advance. No problems.
I just called them and they didn’t have the 2 day park hoppers yet but he gave me an idea of what the ticket price would be. its $ 8 cheaper than going through AAA. i think last year it was much more of discount. However cheaper is cheaper and for a family of 3 (2 adults 1 child) + we always bring my little cousin the same age as my son every penny counts.
You can’t go wrong.

I was not asked or prompted to leave a review for a discount. I was skeptical but tried this place. Saved $ 50 for my family of 5 on 1 day park hoppers and the pick up was easy, tickets worked fine and I will use him again. Also came with fast pass. Thanks Tom. Had to call to clarify his location. A small fee for credit cards so use cash to save. Not a big deal. Will recommend to my friends.

I was bit sceptical I mean I scoured the Internet for discounts but my worries ended as soon as I met the owner. THIS PLACE IS REAL! Bought 21 tickets for my daughter’s 3^rd birthday and ANYTHING that saves us some $$ is a good thing! I used Magic Ticket Discounts about two weeks ago, and bought two 1-​day hopper tickets for Disneyland/​California Adventure. The tickets worked great without any problems. The employees were nice and helpful, and they even have the parks’ brochures so you can plan your route on the way to the park!
Will definitely be using them again!

It’s legit. The only problem I had was I wanted my tickets emailed and there was a mix up so they got me the hard tickets instead. Thomas made up for it by bringing the tickets to me.

While discounted tickets for Southern California’s most popular theme parks are plentiful, it is nearly impossible to find savings of more than a few dollars for a 1-​Day Park Hopper Pass for Disneyland and California Adventure on any given day let alone purchasing tickets day of AND on a national holiday… Thomas and the amazing service of Magic Ticket Discounts to the rescue!
On the outside chance that I might somehow manage to reach Magic Ticket Discounts in order to take advantage of their $ 12 savings per 1-​Day Park Hopper Pass tickets for two adults (with poor planning skills) for a visit on Thanksgiving day, I called the morning of and left a voicemail message at 6:23 AM explaining my discount ticket plight. At 7:05 AM, I received a personal call from business owner Thomas advising that the tickets I was seeking were not only available, but that he would be in the Magic Ticket Discounts office until 12:00 PM (on Thanksgiving day!) for pickup. Wow!
Within seconds (literally) of ending my call with Thomas, I received a text message confirming the discounted price I had been quoted over the phone and another providing excellent directions to the Magic Ticket Discounts office located less than a mile from the Disneyland and California Adventure parks. Double wow!
Picking up our tickets could not have possibly been faster or easier! Thomas and an incredibly nice female employee had our tickets ready and waiting for us when we arrived and processed our credit card payment without delay (there is a 2% fee applied for payments made via credit card, but the savings are still the best around.) Before heading out for a day of fun, we were provided with maps/​information for both parks and a terrific map guiding us from the Magic Ticket Discounts office directly to the Mickey and Friends parking structure. Can I get a triple wow?!

Awesome deals! We got one day hopper tickets here for $ 120. It is located very close to Disney land and staff is super friendly!
You can be in and out in minutes. Definitely better than standing in line for tickets at the park.
