Business Owner

Mary Ann has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1969. She began specializing in make-​up artistry that same year. After successfully winning many major state and national competitons for hair and make-​up design, she began to teach others her skills for success. in 1988 she was introduced to permanent cosmetics. Realizing the benefits these services provided for the public, she made this her speciality. In the last 20 years she has created thousands of permanent eyebrows, eyeliners and lipliners for her clients. Her training Institute, The California Institute of Permanent Cosmetics has graduated and certified many of the leading permanent cosmetic technicians in the U.S. and abroad.
