Great service. They checked on us and brought us ketchup when we ran out. Thank you Eddie. best Service I’ve ever had at a Mc Donald’s!!!

I went there ordered food and all they do is talk and mess around while cooking food no one around to take ur order horrible service

Came here before work to get breakfast and waited 15mins for hash browns… Does hash brown really takes that long to make? Resulting me being late to work.

If I could do ZERO I would! The condition of this place is gross and employees are just sitting around. A manager needs to review it and make changes! I couldn’t even bring myself to order food!

The staff here is sweet

The drive through line at 1:12am took over 15 minutes. Not worth the time or money. Very disappointing.

This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever stepped foot in. The homeless guy on the street was not only cleaner but even smelled better. Ok. Never again.

Went to this McDonald’s to pick up a Big Mac. Simply asked for no pickles. I saw the worker put pickles in my sandwich. I asked the cashier if that was my sandwich and she said she didn’t know. As I watched the other worker put that same sandwich with the rest of my food I asked the cashier check for pickles and there was pickles so she told me I would have to wait while they remade the sandwich. So I waited and I got my order, came home and found my Big Mac with JUST LETTUCE. No meat. Definitely no pickles but still not what I ordered. The cashier that helped me was extremely rude and clearly didn’t care. Not sure if this was intentional because I had them remake my sandwich but it’s definitely a 0 on a scale of 10.

The service here is extremely slow, the entire restaurant eating area from the tables to the floors are dirty and sticky not to mention the food and trash all over the floor. Extremely disappointed with this mcdonalds

First, the young man that took my order was horrible. He had no manners, did not even smile once. Second, the tables were dirty. And the food was cold, and nasty. I’m extremely disappointed.

I have come here at least once or twice a week & their drive through ALWAYS SUCKS! it takes forever just to get 2 damn drinks. They will ALWAYS get your order wrong no matter what it is. They always mess around & never pay any attention to what is said. Worst Mcdonalds.

I don’t usually go to McDonalds, but occasionally convenience trumps common sense. I have been to this location twice in the last year and BOTH times, they do not seem to know how to NOT put cheese on a sandwich. I order no cheese, they repeat it back to me. I mention no cheese to the payment window person. They say they have it. It says no cheese on the receipt and on the paper stuck to the sandwich box. I open the box and there is CHEESE! I can’t eat dairy products of any kind so this is not just a thing I don’t like. So, basically not convenient or even edible. Won’t be back.

Everything is cool, but this one is kinda slow sometimes. Other than that, it’s okay. People here are very friendly.

Wow, over 10 minutes for a simple single meal order in drive-​thru? At 11pm at night too, clearly they aren’t using that extra money they charge for being ‘near’ Disneyland to hire extra crew or train them better.

3 strikes and you’re out!!! This experience (through drive thru) topped the last two visits to this location (which unfortunately is close to home and to my son’s bball practice). This time, the food was luke warm, I received 2 x fries (didn’t ask for fries), and received a standard quarter pounder with cheese in a box marked double quarter pounder with cheese. When I went in to complain, there were at least 6 other customers yelling at the manager about their orders being completely wrong/​ruined. I dumped my bag in the trash and I will no longer visit this location every again!!!
NOTE: My last 2 visits prior to this involved cold food and missing items in the sandwiches. If not for being so close to Disneyland, this location would have gone out of business years ago.

I decided to go to this location for a quick bite to eat and was disgusted. As I was about to eat a fry, I found a hair with which looks to be a dingle berry like fragment attached to it… gross! I have now experienced a Kyle Edwards moment just like the movie Road Trip with the whole French toast incident.

Once in awhile I stop by this McDonald’s for lunch and in the past the service was terrible when my order is delivered wrong or got mixed up with someone else’s or counter staff were rude but that was a number of years ago. Lately, for the last year I have been coming back to this location and have noticed a significant change of my experiences. The staff are friendlier, helpful in a way they help you navigate through the large menu. I’m a Virgo so I tend to be very indecisive, yet their staff will wait patiently or even offer assistance to help choose the selection of McCafes! For the past year I have not had a bad experience at this location.

I need to update my review from a while ago. While I haven’t been back at 2:30am, I’m been stopping by for breakfast. I’ve found them to be extremely efficient. They have an employee out before the drive up menu taking orders. As long as my order is simple, they have it ready by the time I arrive the 2^nd window. So far, any hold up has been the fault of the customers, and I have habit of getting behind the car who’s never been to McD’s before.
Judging by the recent pictures of the inside, they still have a ways to go, but this McD’s is super busy being so close to Disneyland so the pictures of overflowing trash cans could just be a moment at a bad time.
With that — I upgrade from 1 to 3 stars.

Very cool place. They were doing a fundraiser for a local school. Crazy busy but everyone has having so much fun. Balloons everywhere, teachers from the school helping out and taking pictures with their students. The cashiers were really friendly and were having a lot of fun with the teachers and students. The manager was very friendly and was taking everyone’s picture. The kids had a great time here.

I stopped here to get a diet coke, before going to DT Anaheim. The line for the drive thru was long… but not necessarily slow. Somehow this location manages to stall you at the order station, so by the time you creep up to window 1 to pay, your food «should be» ready at window 2. The only problem is. you’re waiting at the order station to even place the order.
The 2 stars is for my diet coke order.
The McD’s kid must’ve heard just «coke». Silly me, I assumed he heard Diet. So, while I was driving down Harbor Blvd and took my first big sip, I practically gagged because the drink was an incredibly sweet regular coke.
2 stars because my expectations for McD’s is always low. And, the drink was only a buck. And, I really shouldn’t be drinking that poison anyway.
