Went to Disneyland for my son’s birthday when we got there we went to Mc Donald’s in Harbor Blvd which is right across from Disneyland and in front of Fairfield Inn where we stayed. We had Mc Donald’s for breakfast lunch and dinner because we know we have to spend money at the park and because the kids are so excited we left in a hurry and left our camera by accident we came back not 5 mins from leaving and the camera is gone the lady that’s cleaning the tables that’s been waiting for us to leave don’t know anything about it and she don’t know not one English which didn’t help us at all. We talked to the assistant manager and OMG! she don’t have any empathy at all we had ask her to look at the CCTV to see who took the camera and she said she have to wait for the manager and she comes in on Tuesday I told her if she can be called for emergency because we’re leaving that day to go back to the Bay Area she didn’t budge she have that look like it ain’t my problem. I don’t really care much about the camera I just care about all the pictures we took on my son’s birthday it’s moments we can’t get back. We filed a police report and the police said the same thing that they have to wait for the manager to come back on Tuesday. It would’ve been a great vacation. People will do bad things to you but for people not to help you to make it better and to help you it’s just beyond my understanding. I was hoping to see the video and see if we can see the clothes the person is wearing to see if we come across them in the park with our camera. It’s been a great stay but Mc Donald’s crew didn’t do anything to help us at all. And just to let people know… This is the most expensive Mc Donald’s my family ever had. We’re a big fan of Mc Donald’s we go to Mc Donald’s everywhere we travel and because of this experience me and my family will stop going and patronizing Mc Donald’s. It’s sad that my husband grew up having Mc Donald’s and because of the people that runs the place Mc Donald’s left a bad taste in his mouth.

McDonald’s on Harbor Boulevard across from Disneyland Five stars for location, location, location that provides a reasonably priced meal walking distance from the happiest place on earth. Interior is standard good McDonald’s fare, as is the food and service, but how can we expect anything else?

3⁄7 times they will mess up your order! On top of that they don’t put the receipt in the bag so when you’re at home and you notice that your order is wrong and you don’t have time to go back because you’re gonna be late for work so you can’t go back now or later… Regardless… This place gets 1 star! And no more of my money! Incompetent manager! Mediocre employees! I’d defiantly avoid this location at all cost there’s like 6 McDonalds nearby that have much better customer service!

Be ready to wait when you come in. You have to deal with the crowd from Disneyland. This place is well staffed and very clean. Waited in line for 15 min but I received my food in less than 5. Overall experience was pleasant.

This is the McDonald’s on Katella near Disney. They are really unfriendly and border on rude. This location also has no dollar menu so there’s that. It seems like it is milk the tourists at this location. I think I’ll just bring pop tarts and snacks to get us through breakfast instead of paying another cent at this obviously shady place. If we had known it would be so bad, I would not have planned to go there to grab breakfast in the morning. Avoid it unless you want to get the tourist treatment, and I don’t mean the good one. It seems that they have gone out of their way to force you to buy only the full price menu. And that’s that.

This McDonalds is either incredibly busy or pretty slow, as it is right across from Disneyland. Even when it’s busy, though, our orders have been accurate and our servers polite. They actually bring your meals to your tables. Today it is slow, and our server cheerfully went out of her way to show us the Happy Meal toys. The woman who brought us our meals looked professional, but had purple hair, which in my opinion is a plus. She also had Disney pins on her hat and was willing to chat briefly. She also brought around yogurt samples.

It’s across the street from Disneyland. They charge extra for everything, honor no specials, and don’t give a rat’s ass if you enjoy your food because you’re probably a tourist. Drive a few minutes and go to a better McDonald’s

I have stop twice at this restaurant because I go to Disney all the time, first time was around 2:30 am I order a Big Mac combo and while I was waiting for my food it took like 10 mins !!! The girl was on her phone walking around using her phone !! Are you kidding me? And in top of that they were fooling around !!! The second time I came I order a caramel frappé and not knowing how it looks the lady gave it to me and it was a freakin coffe??? I’m so mad right now this is the worst mcdonals ever !!!

When you advertise on TV the two for two then don’t offer it. What is the purpose of advertising something your chains don’t support. This location is a wacdonalds

Fast food, fast review: Double quarter pounder with cheese made fast, simple, nice and soft and tasted great. Tables are clean, service is simple but can take longer than usual due to the heavy traffic here. Parking lot is not as full as you would think being next to Disneyland but still pretty popular. Prices seem to be slightly higher than normal due to being next to Disneyland. I’d recommend it with reservations because if you come at the wrong time, you’re in for a very long wait and a very rushed burger.

Thanks McDonald’s for serving breakfast all day and night… when I’m in the mood I can now leave Disneyland and walk across the street at midnight and have a sausage mcmuffin, a fruit parfait, a Big Mac and fries for a late night snack… I’m loving it!

Oh my gosh! Horrible horrible slow service! The bad part is there were only 3 cars in the drive thru line. So we pulled up and the lady said to hold on and she would take our order and had us waiting super long. I’m assuming she might of forgot about us? Then after ordering we waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru line and no cars even moved so we said forget it and just left. Never experienced that at a Mc Donald’s before. It’s no wonder they only have 2 stars on Unilocal

Okay so five stars no, but for the most part food quality and service yes. This is a McDonald’s across form Disneyland main gate. It sees 1000’s of people a day and I think they do a great job. I honestly would not want to deal with all the crowds and angry people they deal with on a daily basis. The food here is always hot and good. We have been coming her for over 10 years now. It is close to the hotels and gets huge crowd volume. They are eager to help ans get your food to you in a speedy manner. Of course if you are looking to complain you can find something. Maybe the fact they allow the homeless guys to come in and get warm, or the fact that this is a McDonald’s and not a high end sit down restaurant. Be kind and give them a try. If a good fast hot meal with drinks and a bathroom is what you crave this is the place for tou

One of the worse McDonald’s I have been to. Since they are close to disney I guess they think they can downgrade their service and expectations on their quality of food. In drive thru I spent over 20 minutes! The food is bad quality and Over priced by like 20% and if deals are in other McDonald’s this one won’t value the discounts.

I came here in hopes to get a hashbrown at 5am in the morning. The drive thru was open! yay! I ordered two, one for me and one for my friend before we went to the CHOC walk event at Disneyland. The worker was polite and asked if we needed ketchcup. Mission Completed.

Food was fine but I couldn’t believe the 30 minute wait at 3pm… not the fault of hourly employees but scheduler should know about rushes from parks and plan accordingly…

Food here tastes great to me(compared to other McDonald’s that is) so I’m not sure what people are complaining about when it comes to the taste. I stopped by here twice this month, once before going to Disneyland, at about 8am, and another at 1am, after leaving Disney. Both times I had absolutely no problem with the parking and I stayed Parked in my spot for about 45 mins each time. I don’t know if other experienced tow truck scares on days that were busier than expected? I don’t know but both times I went the lines were long and the place was crowded, especially when I went in the morning. BUT the line took no longer than 8 minutes and about another 5 for the actual food to come out. They don’t have the same menu as regular McDonald’s so you have about 6 ptions of combos to pick from and then a value menu. So for me, I was looking for my usual combo of 2 cheeseburgers with the fries and the soda. I usually ask for them cheeseburger plain(yes, I know that’s boring hahaa) so they fill me up with about half a burger left. Well, here they don’t offer this combo but cheeseburgers are available from their value menu for $ 1 something so that made me happy. Will return to this location next month when I go back to Disney :)

This McDonald’s is nothing special, aside from its convenient location right across the street from Disneyland. This place can get busier than most locations, due to the swarm of tourists circulating the surrounding hotels and parks. Be prepared to wait a bit longer for your order, even if it’s something small or simple. The parking lot can get crowded real quick, again, because of its location. The same thing goes for the drive thru. I was picking up food to take back to my hotel room and ended up waiting almost 45 minutes because the guy in front of me ordered 90 McNuggets. YES. 90CHICKENMCNUGGETS. I did not know this until about 15 – 20 minutes had gone by with no word regarding my order. I was disappointed that I was not informed prior to making my order so I could at least have a heads up before waiting almost an hour for my order of 20 McNuggets. Nothing was done to lighten the situation of my inconvenience, which disappointed me. But again, it’s just McDonald’s, not a 5-star restaurant so it is what it is.
