Brandon Bates detailed our truck for us and asked us to be sure to let him know first if we were not happy with the work he did.
We let him know that he left quite a few places on the truck dirty. He promised that he would give a complimentary wash to make up for it but never showed and refuses to make good on his word.
Cannot recommend his work

Hey Buzzers and Unilocalers, just want to warn you about Brandon Bates of Mirror Image. Says he is a Automotive Detailer.
Be very cautious if you use this guy and don’t pay him until after he does the job he says he’s going to do for you,
I had him detail my 2004 GMC PU and I honestly think I would have gotten a better job from some kids. I have spoken to him and he said he will rewash it for me and I agreed that this would make things right. The original work was done July 29 2015 and now he is giving me the run around.
I have been very nice to him and just want what I payed for. I left him a check and tip without meeting him (my mistake) because of posts I read on Yorba Linda Buzz.
Don’t believe everything you read on the Buzz. The guidelines prohibit bad reviews.
I sent this draft to him and let him know I was going to post it if he did not re wash my truck like he said he was going to do. His response was «Good luck with that». And he never returned to do what he was paid to do. This guy is terrible, please don’t make the same mistake I did!!!
