Montessori Academy of Anaheim

It’s a great place to start the basic education to the children. Our son was here before but due to the relocation we have to leave this place. Comparing prior to admission and now, we found lots of difference in our son. Ms. Sandhya is the principal who knows how to put the children in right path from the childhood. Ms. Jinay was my son’s class teacher. She is a very affectionate lady who always took special care for my child as well as other children too. Other teachers were also nice.

I’m so happy to send my son to this school. The program here is good for preschoolers. My son talks a lot after attending this school and he is happy to come back school everyday. And the teacher Ms. Livi is awesome!

My son started attending this preschool at the end of January and I could not be happier. My son’s teacher, Mrs. Levy, is very patient and kind. In fact, all of the teacher are very calm, kind, and soft-​spoken, and they create a relaxing and positive environment for the kids. Since I am not there during the day, I cannot say what it is like then however at drop off, they handle the chaotic in-​and-​out of parents with calm professionalism helping to minimizing the separation anxiety the young ones often feel.
As for the facility, I really like that it is regularly cleaned. I have seen maintenance staff there cleaning at the end of the day all the time. Also, I like that they have kid-​sized toilets to help the children truly become independent instead of trying to make a grown-​up sized system work for a 2 – 3 year old body.
My son is 3 years old and he is in preschool. I know they have a younger class and several older classes. Anyone who is interested should definitely check it out and contact the administrator. The administrator is Sandya and she is very accommodating without compromising the school schedule and the children. She is very approachable and kind to the parents and the children.
Oh yes, they do require uniforms but only once a week for the younger children on School Spirit day. Not a big deal. That works out great, in fact, because they apparently go on field trips so having the little ones in a recognizable uniform seem like a good idea.
Overall, I am pleased with the school and I recommend them!

I have never regretted sending my daughter to this school. She enrolled in October 2014 and has learned a tremendous amount of things. Teachers like Ms Evangeline, Livi, and principal Sandya are outstanding. They are always helpful and kind. They taught students the standards that are required for a preschooler to learn. Both ms Livi and Evangeline are very devoted to their job. They always make themselves available whenever I want to have a parent conference to discuss about my daughter’s academic progress in school. Both are very approachable and easy to talk with. This school has a lot opportunities for parent involvement which is a plus because it builds stronger family bond and strengthens child’s academic performance. Their content is perfect and teachers make it easy for parent to monitor their child’s progress in school. This is truly a Montessori school because my daughter has improved a lot due to their Montessori teaching strategy. I am also a teacher and appreciates all the effort the teachers, including the principal, here have put into my child’s academic progress. I highly recommend this school to other preschoolers. I have 2 other kids at home and I plan to send both of them here in the future.

My wife and I made a huge decision this
past October to move our two toddler boys from an in house Day care, to Montessori Academy of Anaheim, and it was the best decision we’ve ever made as far as our boys’ development. We have noticed a tremendous change in both of our boys. They are only a year a-​part and are so different from each other. They each are interested in completely different things, and we wanted a place were both can excel in what they love without separating them.
Both my wife and I receive constant feedback from the teachers and the school director who is very involved and caring with the children and their individual development.
I would strongly recommend this school to any parent that is looking for a safe, caring, and nourishing place.
