Trianna is amazing! I had my son last summer and Trianna came out to tye hospital, held my son and spoke with my husband and i when she picked up my placenta. I had such an amazing recovery and i owe it to her services.
Best of all, in the last year i have contacted her numerous times with questions and she has always taken the time to help me through my rough times and answer my questions. So nice to know i have her in my corner! I will be going through her for any future pregnancies as well!

Fantastic experience! I was on fence about encapsulation and made a last minute decision to do so. Trianna was calm, supportive, and helpful during a time with so much going on. She went out of her way to explain the process, coordinate logistics, and ensure the placenta was picked up at the hospital smoothly. After doing my research, I also found her prices very reasonable compared to others. If you are on the fence about encapsulation, it’s definitely worth talking to Trianna to explore more. Trianna is amazing! I was unsure about getting my placenta encapsulated because my doctor didn’t recommend it, just from a western medicine standpoint. So I called and Trianna walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions and shared her personal experience with taking the pills as well. In the end, I was happy with my decision and my doctor supported me.
As far as results, this was my second pregnancy and I thought I might need extra help recovering from a c-​section and with a toddler at home in addition to a newborn. I didn’t encapsulate with my first child but really wanted to try it this time. My first postpartum experience wasn’t bad but I wanted to try to prevent any rough patches that may come my way in recovery. I had great milk production both times so I didn’t see much of a difference there. I still have had frustrating times when the baby wanted to eat all night and I just wanted to sleep (of course!) but all in all I really think the capsules helped me not be in as much of a fog. We had our baby just before Christmas so I was actually able to function around family to open presents!

I had such a great experience with Trianna! I highly recommend her. She was nice, informative, helpful and was really flexible. I called her my 35^th week of pregnancy and a few days later had to get induced due to pregnancy induced hypertension. She dealt with my husband and I wasn’t prepared with all my paperwork for the encapsulation process but she was really nice about it. She even made suggestions and changes to my order due to my PIH so that the end product would be more beneficial to me postpartum. And her lactation cookies are sooooo good! They helped me through my first few weeks of breastfeeding so much. :) thank you Trianna!

I strongly recommend Trianna! She was always available for questions, and when it came down to pick up the placenta at the hospital, she was right there! Not to mention, she is the sweetest and like Dana said, most knowledgeable. I had a smoothie made for me (and my honey had some too!), and encapsulations. Which I felt that helped me. She was definitely my favorite, and I did my research.

I strongly recommend Natural Harmony placenta encapsulations and smoothies. I called every placenta encapsulation service in OC and Triana was by far the most knowledgable. I went ahead with the raw capsules (to leave the enzymes in tact) and the smoothie. The smoothie was really good and the way I felt after drinking it was like night and day. Almost like a recharge after my 30 hour labor. Triana delivered the smoothie to me within just a few hours of my delivery. What a God send!
The capsules have helped me as well. My nails are strong, my milk supply is plentiful and I fell great! I’ve lost 31 pounds since delivery and haven’t even been trying. No hair loss, no baby blues.

I had Trianna encapsulate my placenta with my first born in 2013. She was responsive to text messages and was super on top of things as far as arranging the pick-​up of my placenta. She dropped off my capsules in 2 days, as promised, and it did wonders for my energy level and mood after delivering my baby. I had done tons of research and teetered on and off the fence about encapsulating my placenta, but the more I read about it and the more mother’s I heard saying «I wish I had done the encapsulates with my fist child» made me feel like this is something I should definitely try. I have a history of depression. When the doctor talked to me about PPD & Baby Blues I was extremely worried about the side effects after my son was born. I had reached out to other sources regarding placenta encapsulation and wasn’t very pleased with what I had found so I decided to look locally on Unilocal.
On Unilocal I found Trianna, she is such a kind hearted soul. She puts so much love and care into what she does. Her passion drew me in instantaneously. If I ever have a question or concern I feel confident in reaching out to her. After my second delivery, I wanted to try encapsulation. I am the first among my friends and relatives, yet I have taken on a role of advocacy. Honestly, within hours of taking my first «Mom» pill (My encapsulated placenta) I felt energized and clear headed very important when dealing with two little ones under two years old. Trianna and her husband Jason, are professional and very personable. Having the convenience of paypal and the online contract was reassuring of the illegitimate reputation of the company. The open communication between text messages helped me feel informed about what to expect. The final presentation with the tincture and the cord were perfect, my SO and I love them. Natural Harmony is wonderful, I am so glad I made this decision to use their services. I am planning on ordering the lactation cookies next.

I am Very happy with my placenta being encapsulated. Trianna is fantastic! She is so friendly and communicated wonderfully with me. She came to the hospital where I gave birth and picked the placenta up herself. And then a couple of days later when the capsules were ready, she traveled out again to deliver them. I was a few towns away at that point recovering from delivery. Trianna was very accommodating and delivered the capsules to a friend of mine for me so they could bring them all the way to where I was. Trianna was very sweet and extremely informative. She responded in a very timely manner whenever I emailed her with questions and she even checked up on me throughout the next couple of weeks to see how I was doing. I haven’t had any trouble at all post-​partum. This is my first baby so I don’t have anything to compare it to. I do know the capsules have made a huge difference with my iron levels. After not having a menstrual cycle in 9 months and then giving birth, I became very deficient and was extremely light headed and felt like fainting all the time. Literally 24 hours after beginning the capsules I felt 100x better. I haven’t struggled with post-​partum depression at all and I have energy all the time. I highly suggest encapsulating your placenta. Trianna is awesome ! She came to my house because saddleback hospital would only release it to me once they discharged me. She made my placenta smoothie in the privacy of my own home where my spouse and I were able to both able to share the experience together. A few days later she came back and delivered my placenta capsules, half raw and half dried. She was also kind enough to set me up on a payment plan which was very convenient. Trianna has a very sweet energy about her and she was great. I would recommend to anyone that’s interested in doing this

I was on the fence about consuming my placenta even before gotten pregnant. The thought was a bit repulsive! But when my due date got closer I decided it «couldn’t hurt». I Unilocaled it and found Natural Harmony Placenta Encapsulation, it had great reviews so I called Trianna. She was so passionate about it and explained throughly about the process and benefits of it. I felt better after speaking with her and decided to go for it. Right after delivering my baby, my OB showed me my placenta and it was a bit scary looking to say the least.
I informed Trianna of my delivery and she picked up my placenta directly at HOAG a few days later (hospital policy). I gave birth on Monday and she delivered the capsules on Friday afternoon. I was a bit resistant to take the pills at first, the strong smell of iron and the flash back of seeing my placenta kept coming back to me. It took me a while to take the first pills but I finally did it! It was very odd at first but if you don’t dwell on what it really is, then its just like taking any other pills. Once I did make the mistake of leaving it a bit too long in my mouth while getting water and the extremely strong taste freaked me out!
While taking the «raw capsules» I developed a strap A infection and had to be put on antibiotics so I had to interrupt the placenta pills until the infection was gone. I don’t now if it was the excitement of having a new born or if it was the pills but I felt like I was never tired until I got the infection and stop the pills and started the antibiotics. It was then that I noticed being more tired than I was previously.
Since this is my first child, its hard to say if it made a difference. I have nothing to compare it to at this time. I decided to consume my placenta due to a previous depression episode after the death of an aunt many years ago. My OB put me in the category of having a «history of depression» so I was very very scared of getting post partum depression after delivering my boy. So far motherhood has been pretty wonderful. My baby is 5 ½ weeks now and I feel so blessed to have him in our lives.
