Horrible experience. And I’m pretty sure I may be somewhere on the net in a video showering, not so sure the mirror was actually a mirror. Paid for two hours, got about an hour and half after the motor mouth behind the front counter stopped talking about his damn dog. And of course, you call in ahead of time to make your reservation, and told it’s one price. When you show up there was a scheduling discrepancy and that room isn’t available, but the one for another $ 10/​hour is. Even though that one is not listed on the price board behind that counter at all. After a quick tour of the rooms, they all look the same or very similar, so the price difference for the «upgraded room» seems bogus. So to recap, it was $ 80 bucks for an hour and half, I’m probably a new porn star and don’t know it, and you have to get past the guy and his life story and another guy covered in tattoos to get to the hot tub. Yeah, ain’t going back. Ever.

Horrible horrible experience a staff member named AJ walked into the room without a knock on the door and seen me half naked he was very hostile to me and my boyfriend after me asking for a refund for the incident due to me feeling very very violated and uncomfortable he became very verbally aggressive him and his other staff member and threatened me and my boyfriend it is our first and last time going to this place and we were just looking for a great night for our anniversary.

This is one of the creepiest places my wife and I have ever been.

It was OK to relax but, the place needs a complete refurbishment. The décor is out dated and needs to modernized. You can tell that it has seen better days and has been well used. Unfortunately, it is the only one around.

Very relaxing. You can take drinks, smoking is okay. Radio in the room & a shower. Will be returning. Worth it.

I was brought here for my birthday yesterday with my fiancé I must say it was worth every dollar the man over the customer service was amazing he made sure we was not in need of nothing he made sure the water was not to hot or not to cold it has a radio very clean they give u towels cups with ice they sale drinks also will definitely be returning here again my new spot to go relax very romantic we booked it for a hour then changed it to 1 ½ that’s not enuff time flies I would recommend at least 2 ½ atleast it seemed as if we were only her for 40 minutes u can bring your own drinks

Nothing better than a hot tub after a crazy day. Neptune lagoon is just what the doctor ordered. My boyfriend and i love to go whenever stress catches up. The establishment is professional and very clean. If you want to relax for a few hours this is the place to visit

What a great place to come to and wind down! I discovered this place when I googled «hot tubs by the hour» I called a couple of hours before I wanted to go and made a reservation. It was so easy! The man on the phone took my name, credit card info and explained what we could and couldn’t bring. We got there a couple min before our appointment time and checked in. We still had to wait in the waiting area while he got the room prepped, but he was kind enough to adjust our time so we could get the full 2hrs. Man, once you go in the room, it’s relaxation town from then on!
The hot tub was the perfect temperature, the candles gave it that extra pop, and we brought our wireless speaker for music. The sauna was great, too. After using the sauna, the hot tub did feel a bit hotter. We asked if we could lower the temp of the hot tub and he kindly did it. It took a couple of minutes, but it was right on the money!
After our time was up, the man at the counter gave us a card that he hole punches every time you come, so the 10^th time you get a free hour.
I can honestly say I will be coming back!

This spot is on point. AJ is the man. Fair price.
Just give them a call and talk to him. He’ll give you the run down.
Did the hour and a half and paid like… $ 50? totally worth it

NOT AS LUXURIOUS SPA AS THEY ADVERTISE.
The facility needs a lot of repairs.
For example: the shower never got any warmer, plumbing was plugged, adjusting the tub temperature, the aircon can not be done from inside the room.
I guess that for the price per hour you pay ($ 30 for 2) is a OK place to rest.
The staff is friendly and helpfull.

After reading Unilocal reviews about the no refund for cancellation policy, reading on the Neptune’s Lagoon’s website about the cancellation policy, and after the gentleman over the phone was VERY CLEAR about the cancelation policy– I needed to cancel. I knew I had to bite my lip and take the punch in my wallet, but the gentleman helping me called me back and we were able to work things out.
I actually had to cancel because my man broke up with me an hour before, and without me sobbing or complaining to the man– he just helped me out.
Love hurts– but the service at Neptune’s is pain free!

Discovered this place after my go-​to Hot tub resort Puddingstone, closed down indefinitely a couple of months ago.
This place is small; they only have 3 hottub rooms so making a reservation is best. Unlike Puddingstone, all rooms are completely private and 2 of them have a sauna, which you do pay a little extra for per hour but its not a significant amount. The décor in the rooms is kind of an 80’s Roman-​chic vibe, but its clean and they’re spacious. Each room also has a shower and a lounge bed which is also nice.
They serve alcohol, and you can take your own; however, you cannot take any kind of glassware into the rooms, so if you have glass bottles of any kind, they can put it in plastic containers for you.
As far as rates go, prices are by the hour and very reasonable, unless its a holiday, in which case it can be a bit pricey.
My only complaint is that the place smells like a Vegas casino because they allow you to smoke inside, which I know for some people is great being that a majority of public places nowadays do not allow it, but for me it was a negative. Afterall, I’m going so that I can relax and rejuvenate, therefore, the cigarette smell doesn’t quite do it for me.
Nevertheless, staff is great and willing to give you a thorough run down of how things work there if it’s your first time, and it’s an ideal little spot to visit if you’re looking to soak and relax, go on a date, have a girls night, etc. I would definitely visit this place again.

Definitely an awesome little getaway in the middle of Anaheim. I loved the atmosphere it had and the great prices and amenities were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place to go relax and unwind. Allows drinks and food, altogether a great spot to get away to chill, hang out, and have a fun time.

I LOVED IT!
It was my first time experiencing a hot tub. It was easy to find. We were very lucky, and walk right in without an appointment, though I do recommend you make one. Once we walked in AJ was very friendly, provided us with a tour and explain in detail all the rules.
You can take your own liquor and food. They provide towels, Ice buckets, and plastic cups if needed for no extra charge. They also sell candles which I highly recommend.
Each room is private and includes a radio, shower, sauna room, and table.
The water was a bit too hot which was our fault because we said water was fine. We called AJ, and very politely he came in and changed water temperature.
Overall experience was great!
I recommend it, and definitely will be returning!

NorCal has a few places like this and I’ve been looking for one in socal for awhile. Some of the bad reviews really scared me but I decided to come anyways.
I called on a Saturday at 12 to make a reservation for the same day. The guy was busy cleaning so he couldn’t really talk to me and asked if I could call back in 10 min. No problem… I called back and we were able to book the room with a hot tub and sauna
I don’t know what other people come here for (although I can guess based on other reviews) but i come to relax my sore muscles and detox out the bad stuff when I’ve eaten really crappy food.
The hot tubs are fairly clean… There is some grit as mentioned in another review and I did see a small bug or two, probably from the plants and the skylight above but it didn’t really bother me.
The sauna is good for two people and the hot tub could probably fit 4 comfortably.
Tips:
I don’t know if you’re supposed to wear a bathing suit but I do!
Put your clothes closer to the door. The drain is far from the shower and if you shower there’s a puddle near the cushioned platform
Bring your own toiletries if you intend to shower
Bring something with electrolytes. I can’t imagine alcohol and hot tubs and saunas would make you feel great. It’s like just asking for a hangover…
We met the owner and he was just so nice. He explained that they are one of the only places that does hot tub/​sauna combos

I would give four stars for the service. The staff is very helpful and they go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible.
However, the facilities are old and outdated. It’s in desperate need of a remodel.
In the end it’s the only one of its kind in the area and it gives you what it advertises; a room with a hot tub, sauna, shower and bed to relax on. You lock the door from the inside and have the room to yourself and whoever is with you.

This place is pretty decent. I come once in a great while, maybe three times a year. It’s usually clean unless they’re super busy (like weekends). The guy who runs the place will let you stay over your time if no one is waiting.
The décor is very 80’s sex den porn-​ish. Each room has a jacuzzi and a dry sauna. The sauna costs extra, and the jacuzzi temperature can be adjusted up to 104 degrees.
There are also drinks available, bit I just stick to water when I’m using the sauna.
The people who work here know exactly what kind of business they’re in and understand the value of discretion. I’ve seen conversations at the counter that would destroy marraiges.
In all, I give the place 4 stars. For one thing, they provide a service that isn’t super common in OC. More importantly they’re not super uptight about it. The rules are very straightforward and pretty reasonable. I have no significant complaints.
