Cannot speak English. Very unintelligent people. Hot as ducks inside. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU LATE FEES FOR NO REASON. Their computer system is messed up.

The store is currently called «Kiona Gift and Video» and has changed management– it’s a family owned store now. The new workers are competent and well trained with rentals and sales. They also moved next door since Papa Pilo expanded its restaurant

After more than 8 years of renting videos the owner literally hassled me over 15 cents. I will never go back & there are plenty of other places to rent videos that are cheaper.

Horrible record keeping skills. I return my movies on time and handed them directly to a lady behind counter who was on her iPhone. The next time I came to rent movie she was trying to charge me for late fees. I refused to pay knowing that I HAD returned them on time. She took it off my account and I rented new movies. Now that I go back to rent movies after a couple of months of not going there the girl behind the counter shows my a balance of $ 197 of fees for movies!!! I couldn’t believe it! are they really crazy enough to think I would pay that for movies I know I returned on time. I was really upset. They did remove it from my account but this has happened now two times. I REFUSE TO RENT ANYMORE MOVIES FROM THIS PLACE.

This place sucks they continue making errors when it comes to record keeping came to rent a movie with the fam and they didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in, we decided on a movie and they said we owed an outrageous amount on late fees!!! they’ve got to be crazy… we are never late so they must have other people using our account never again will we use this video rental store

I believe this is under new management. It’s still Omni Video but once you enter it says «Lydia’s House» behind the cash register. It’s a cute little confused store. haha It’s like half video store, half hello kitty vomit and half accessories and bags. I guess it would be ideal for a couple to go here. The guy goes to the back of the store to get a beefy movie and the gf stays in the front while she shops for a hello kitty lip gloss.
They have a korean girl that works there with the biggest smile whenever I go. I think her name is Grace. She’s super funny and she doesnt stare at you to see if you’re stealing something like other asian stores.
So, if you live in the area check this place out. Their prices are great and have ample parking in a shopping center. Also, if you are filipino they sell filipino phone cards here apparently according to their sign on the door. Oh, they also have filipino movies too!

The owner seems to be a nice lady but her daughter or whoever that young lady is that sometimes manages the front desk is very RUDE, UNFRIENDLY and gets pissed off if you ask her a simple question, If she was working for me or someone else complaint about her to me, I would FIRE her in an instant, simply… its just not good for business and customers don’t need to be treated this way.

When red box and netflix wont do, i got this small video store to fall back on! New releases are always there way before the actual date they are released (awesome). The staff is always super friendly. Prices are cheap $ 2.00 for a movie. Parking is a breeze, they are located in a small stripmall. Bonus points goes to the girl who works there. There was a movie i have been waiting to see they didnt get it in on time so i kind of gave up waiting on it. She remembered that i wanted to see it and called me the moment it came in. She even held it for me till their store closed. Now you wouldnt find that at Blockbuster!!!

This is a great little video store! The prices are super cheap, $ 2, and they also have deals for non-​new-​releases: $ 2 for three movies, I believe. The staff is very nice; they’re always friendly to me and my husband. They get new releases as soon as any other video store, but not very many copies. Between this local store and Netflix, we end up seeing every movie of the year! Love this little store!

Hmm ever since this video place moved from the place on Katella, I guess the rent was very expensive, the store has not been the same I do not think. The selection is not as big nor the video game selection is not big either. They seem not to get the latest and greatest releases. The prices can not complain too much they charge $ 2.00 a video a better price than Blockbuster.
