Worst customer service I’ve received. Every time with this place. I’ll make the extra few minute drive to go to Auto Zone, at least there I get better service.

No others employees to help when there are 3 or more customers in line, sells the wrong parts due to not looking the right info up. This is where you come when you need help with your car. 2^nd guy came in and helped out and gave discount for trouble.

I came in just to buy a wiper blade for my rear window today and Jesse offered to install the wiper for me, he actually took the time to show me how to do it! After he replaced the wiper, I bought windshield wipers and Jesse installed those as well. Since I did not have anyone to help me with the wipers, I would have had to pay someone to do it for me. It is people like Jesse who make a difference between good customer service and great customer service. O’Reilly Auto Parts should be very proud of their employee Jesse and his great public relations!

After getting my car jumped, I needed a new battery ASAP. Walked right in and Miguel helped me with everything, even the removal and installation.
Me happy. :]

My husband and I are not happy with the fact that we were lied to TWICE by the employees that work at this location! Why do they offer a service of resurfacing rotors up until 10pm if they don’t actually do it!!! My husband walked in at 7pm after I called hours before closing to confirm a cut off time for this service but the guy that answered my call lied and told me they close at 10pm so it was no problem to bring it in even at 9:30pm, when he knew that it would take an hour to resurface a set of rotors and my husband needed 2 sets to be worked on. To add to it, my husband had to ask the incompetent employees to help him look for another store that had a person that could cut the rotors for him too! And by the way, my husband spoke with the Ball Rd. store manager the day before in person and he told him the same thing. But he was a liar too, seems like thats the way they train employees here… to lie just to get patrons into the store. What a waste of time and travel for my husband this is not the customer service we expect.
At the 2^nd location my husband ended going to, they were only able to work on one set and now its late as I’m writing his review and the brake jobs aren’t able to be finished as planned. THANKS FOR NOTHING O’REILLY’S!!!

In a span of a couple of days a few weeks ago, I found myself visiting this O’Reilly store about 3 times. The first time I asked for a radiator quote and although they didn’t have my part, they printed out a location nearby with the one I needed. The second time I had to buy coolant for my new radiator and they opened up a new register so I didn’t need to wait. The third time I came in for some transmission fluid and the lady was nice enough to look up which one was best for my car. The customer service here is excellent. Every single one of the employees here should be applauded for their service.

I had an awesome experience here. came in needing a new car bettery. Oscar was the one to help me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me price match the car part I was looking for and I was able to save about $ 30-​$ 40! Will be coming back!

The guy at the front was nice but not very knowledgeable. He told me to wait for the manager. I waited for greater than 20 minutes. The mobile website was not helpful either. Unsatisfactory customer experience. I’ll drive further for autozone next time.

The staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable. I was in there one night and heard an employee giving a customer advice that was dangerous and wrong. When testing coils you shouldn’t use a screw driver and look for an arc. That’s just plain stupid. If you aren’t getting advice, then the staff is nice and helpful.

I come here all the time, theres this guy name julio he is always helpful and very friendly. This is my favorite location and will always come here

If the phrase? over promise and under deliver? was ever appropriate, it’s here. I went in to get my rotors shaved, he collected them, and then quoted me an hour’s time. I was content with that and went to my car to read my book while waiting. I called back after an hour for an update, and then was told they were not ready and that they would need another half hour. Okay.
After another 45 mins, I call to check on the rotors. I was then told that it would be another 30 mins. I am disappointed now, and drive home to wait for a call.
I get a call, only to tell me that they would need another 30 mins. I an livid now.
I end up driving in, adding for my rotors back, and leave as angry as ever. I am never coming back here, or going to recommend it to anyone I know.

Came here to get some windshield wipers for my car and there was a guy here named Steve (I believe he is the manager) who was friendly and super helpful! He was very knowledgeable and thorough in helping me find the specific type of wipers for my car.
I had went to the Kragen O’Reilly on Magnolia and bought some windshield wipers for my car, but Steve here pointed out that my car needed skinny and narrow wipers and the ones I bought weren’t going to work for me. He actually came out into the parking lot to check the old wipers on my car, helped me return the wrong wipers I bought, looked for some new ones, and even installed them for me! Now that’s some quality customer service.
