O’Reilly Auto Parts

I called before I came to make sure they had a specific paint marker to fix a scratch on my car, and the guy on the phone told me they did. He even saved it behind the reigster for me so no one else could purchase it. The paint marker did a really good job concealing some very large scratches on my car. Overall, it was a quick and easy experience. I highly recommend this location over the one on Ball and Brookhurst. The staff here is more knowledgable and more helpful.

1 rep available behind the counter named Juan. He helped one customer for at least 10 min and didn’t acknowledge the growing line of customers behind the man he was helping. As the line and my impatience grew, I asked if he could get any help from the people in the back. He still didn’t look at me and said, «Yeah I’ll check.» why did it take a customer to get his attention to for him to get help? And by the time I got help, 3 reps emerged from the back.
Even the customer he was helping felt bad and apologized because he didn’t realize line had built up behind him.
I JUST WANT TO BUT WIPERS!

My friends got a flat tire. So we ditched the car and asked the clerk to rent out done tools. They were very helpful and nice and there was no problems at all. We got the tire changed and it was all smooth sailing after that haha.

I seem to get better service at other auto parts store than oreilly. I came to this location to buy an air filter and the air filter section was so disorganized. When I finally found my air filter it was a $ 1 more than another oreilly location. I decided to just buy it anyway and when I was at the counter paying for the air filter with a credit card. the attendant asked me for my phone number. why the heck do they need my phone#? so i gave them a fake one and moved on. Not a good customer experience and will Oreilly stores whenever possible from now on.

Joshua helped out a lot. Very knowledgable about my car problem. And the price is unbearable as well…

Had a bad experience from an employee named Mike on my last visit almost makes you not wanna come back. he was helping me out I put my items in his counter to pay then a customer walks in and he goes to help them so I’m standing there like a dumb ass I complained to him and the manager right then and there about his poor service and decisions. I will really try to avoid this store in the future. I’m not sure but almost certain that that is not a practice expected by any business that wants customers to come back.

I’ve been coming for years, and my experience have been awesome.
The the staffs were helpful. I am not really into car parts, so i don’t know what to buy. Well, i know what to buy, but i don’t know as to what the size is, is it compatible to this or that, or sumthin like that.
I went to get a wiper, and i just walked inside, and asked the guy what i needed, and the guy asked for what car, and he immediately showed me where to find it in the store.
Also, i needed a bulb, and just took the busted bulb and hand it over to the guy and he went over to the aisle and get a new one for me, (seems though that he picked the most expensive bulb, lol, not sure).
Fabulous customer service.
The parking is huge– no parking issue or whatsoever, even if it’s located next to 99 cents store.
The store is very organized– easy to find stuffs. (i prefer asking the staffs look it for me though, coz they’re super nice.)
The store seems slow… i meant there are no busy days, at least from what I’ve seen.

My husband always sends me here on adventures for car accessories, parts, cleaning supplies, shop towels ect. The employees have always been helpful here. Came in for some wax, good wax. Found what I was looking for then the cashier confirmed what I was buying would do the job but also offered suggestions for a new quick wax. There is usually a wait to pay or to be helped but there are catalogs and such if you need to replace basic stuff like bulbs, wipers, ect. Its not rocket science to figure out what you need and if you can read numbers then even better you wont need any assistance. But if you need major parts those are all behind the counter on the shelves. If they dont have it then ask! =)

I came in here to get a replacement bulb for my girlfriend car. There was barely anyone in here and I still had to wait 10 minutes just to be helped.
