Palm West Village

Well I read the one bad review and I will tell that is Not true about our Manager Anita. She is Very Nice to anyone that I have seen her talk to and even me. I have lived here for three years and this place is a very nice complex to live in. Now the reason someone is complaining about Anita is be she is forcing the rules now. Before it was more relaxed and everyone could get away with a lot of things.
Just to let you know service dogs have to be trained and lic. plus have to have their service vest on and ID on at all times. This was on the news.
The trash issue is much better now since Anita has force everyone to walk in and open the trash lid to dump their trash not just throw it over the gate.
The parking has always been an issue but Anita has made big improvements to help with parking problems.
I have recommended this to a lot of people and some friends. So yes I will keep recommending this complex to anyone even if I ever move out.

Don’t move here, the worst manager ever, she is rude, she treats people with disrespect and she even yells at residence as if we are in school, she doesn’t smile at all, she even yelled at me I am pregnant and she kicked me out of her office and they had to take me to the hospital after that !! She went crazy on me and yelled at me just because I told her that it is not acceptable to go through people’s trash !!! she went through my uncle’s garbage and took private documents from his trash (prescription paper) just to prove that he didn’t put the trash in the proper area although he did, there are homeless people in the property at night, the manager doesn’t do anything in life except sending warnings to the tenants although she lets her friends do whatever they want in the complex but the people who she doesn’t like she make their life living hell, my uncle is a very sick person and she is making his life a living hell, she is very racist only like Mexican any other race she will treat you like a criminal, my uncle is in a very bad condition because of her because she kicked out his emotional support dogs although they are service dogs and it is against the law to kick them out !!!, she is just a horrible horrible manager. do yourself and your loved ones a favor and stay as far away as possible from this complex as long as they still have Anita Broyled as a manager
