Perry Mason-ry

I had a pipe leak and the plumber had to go through the shower stall to repair it. All other tilers wanted to redo the entire shower! Tom’s people created a new waterproof barrier and replaced the ONE tile!. The others said it wasn’t possible. Great work. The crew was very nice, cleaned up well. I highly recommend them.

Eric Perry and his crew did a great job on the bathroom remodel of our shower. Demolition, carpentry, tile work, drywall, shower door, paint and electrical work was top notch. Thanks for the new bathroom. Job completion date 10÷29÷15.

Don’t look any further. Perry Mason-​ry is the BEST. Eric and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish ! Everyone was so professional and helpful. Eric had such great ideas and his entire team work so well together and have respect for each other. They had to remove a lot of concrete in my master bath and they left everything cleaner than it was before they started. Also they arrive on time !!! Plus they always answer their phones and are ready to help with anything. Thank you so much everyone for all your hard work. You guys are the best. Can’t wait to start the next project.

This company did a fantastic job on my granite countertop. Although I have been in a «kitchen nightmare» for 5 months, the one thing that turned out better than my expectations is the granite. The contractors that are coming to give me bids to finish my cabinets, all comment on how great the granite looks and what a great job they did on it. Tom is the nicest contractor that I have ever dealt with. I even called Tom 4 months later to ask his advice on the problem I am having with my cabinets, and he took the time to talk to me and was very helpful.

its hard to sum up Perry Mason-​ry but i have to say they really do know what they are doing. i couldn’t expect anything more but the best from them they really do know what they are doing.
I would recommended them to any one that wants the job done right the first time and some one that will stand by there word.

I was recommended Perry Mason-​ry by a couple of friends that had used them in putting in Granite. I utilized them for a new sink, granite countertops, and backsplash for my kitchen. I really could not be happier with my experience with Perry Mason-​ry.
The reason I wanted to share this experience with Unilocalers is because I believe that in the service industry sometimes its almost more important and telling in how you handle problems and resolve them. There seem to be less and less companies out there that want to ‘do the right thing’, rather than just take your money and shrug their shoulders.
Allow me to explain: in designing my backsplash for my (small job) kitchen, my wife and I had chosen to utilize a glass tile for a look that we were going for. After the first day of install, I had some concerns with the way the cut edge was looking in implementation. This was a very specialized (and expensive tile) and Tom, the owner made it absolutely clear that he was willing to do whatever was needed for us to be 100% happy.
Perry Mason-​ry tried many, many things to make it look better and ultimately I was extremely happy with the look and execution of my kitchen. I know that the changes cost them a LOT more money and about 3−4x the man-​hours they were expecting. However, they did not ask me to cover it; they just wanted me to be happy with my experience.
SO many other contractors would have blamed the tile, shrugged their shoulders, or walked off the job due to the small size and it ‘not being worth it.’ I’m glad to know that there are honest, reputable shops still around and I want the world to know Perry Mason-​ry is one of them.
