Highly reccomend seller! Fixed my fone and bought games!!! Lot of accessory Tom is the man he fixes a lot of phones and computers he gave me a great deal on a couple games I bought from him trustworthy honest shop. Brought in my moms iPad and he fixed it on the spot he is not like other shops that is shady whenever I have a game have scratches he will exchange it for me without questions asked thank you Tom! So my sister, being her super clumsy self, cracked her iPhone 6S screen. And I mean really hard core. I asked around and my friend recommended me to Tom. We got there, and Tom immediately came up to us and welcomed us in with open arms. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about how to fix the phone and what materials to use, all at an affordable price. He was able to get everything fixed while we just waited around by!
Highly recommend this place and especially Tom because unlike other people or places, he values people’s time, money, and recommendations. Will be back again if needed again thanks Tom!

Nothing but good vibes from all the staff here, I’ve bought video games here a couple times, but the reason I am leaving this review is before I was blown away by their customer service. I called in last night to get a video game and said I’m going to be a little after closing if they could wait. The gentlemen asked if I was local to the area and I said yes, cause I am (live 10 minutes away) and he said «give me your address and I’ll drop it off with a receipt» and he showed up 15 minutes later!!! These guys are about their grind and customer service will always be loyal to them.

I’ve never done a review on Unilocal before but the experience I had at this store made it worth it. I found this place through a friend and the guy who helped me was very helpful and had a great attitude. I believe his name was tim or tom. I originally broke my screen and he replaced it for me with a good price and a quick turnaround. My clumsy girlfriend has done the same two times now and he has helped us each time. Great place, I would recommend to my friends and family

Went by the shop and he told me to come by his house he is going to fix my iPhone 6 on 2016 he also sold me on Xbox one game called Tom Clancy siege that works perfectly. I’m going here for all my medication at Gabes need along with my iPhone as a computer repair this is the man is the homie too. Hes going to fix my broken iphone and computer.

Came to Tom’s cell phone computer and video game store he was a nice guy he hook me up with Star Wars Battlefront that game cost $ 65 at Walmart however the homie hook me up for half price can’t go wrong with that also he gave me a lot of good advice on how to make my phone better and not break it I have a samsung galaxy s6 edge which is a great phone he told me that I should get temper glass on there because the screen and I were to break it’ll cost me about $ 180 I’m not going to break the screen at all this is my new guy to go to ever need any games or electronics are movies anything this is a man thank you very much happy holidays everybody

Tom jailbreak my iPhone to make it faster and get all the free apps, hotspot, and free movies and music. He also warn me about the water damaged issues I had with my iPhone 5 like once it has water damaged it needs a new battery because the old one gets puffy and will break your phone eventually. Tom went and changed the battery for me and cleaned the board so the phone works perfectly. Thanks! Highly recommend this business!

This place is definitely the place to buy everything you need from games. They do offer services for computers and phones as well so that’s a plus! I’m glad I found this place because the owner, Tom, is a very kind man that offers phenomenal prices. You can definitely tell that he does it for a passion and that it’s not merely for business. Due to the amazing prices, I ended up buying the games: ‘Halo 5′ and ‘Black Ops 3′ for the xBox one because they were a stellar deal! All in all, I will definitely be coming here from now on for my computer and phone services as well as when I’m looking for any new games for good prices. Oh, I also forget to mention, he texts too and allows you to come pick up from him or he drops off. It doesn’t get any better than that in my opinion!

The owner Tom is a real stand up guy. I took my iPhone in and had loaded some programs that were not installed correctly and he reinstalled the entire system. Tuned up my phone and it screams. Tom is a man that loves what he does, and has been doing so for over 12 years. Tom sells phones, tablets and can get or order anything you might need for your digital devises. I live in San Bernardino but it is well worth the drive having someone as well versed as Tom to work on your digital equipment.
I read some of these reviews that were trashing his business and these folks need to stick with the «Geek Squad» if you want someone to service your devises that is passionate and knowledgable than Tom is your guy.

I don’t usually write a review, but this guy is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met in my life. He works from a small hole in the wall sketchy shop which he wasn’t even there when he told me to come in so I can unlock my phone. then told me to send a payment from home which he still has my $ 120 and hasn’t provided the service.
Doesn’t answer his phone or messages.
He can have the money, but word of advice. Don’t go to this guy.

On July 4th at lake havasu. My family mber of mine dropped my iPhone 5s into the water! After fetching it, I brought it to Tom since one of Los Cerritos Apple Store Genius Bar guy name Jonathan suggest I brought it to TOM’s store. Tom told me the lcd was good and digitizer, honestly tested in front of me, no shady business and told me it would be a 72 hours or so and he came through just right now and all my info is still on it! Immediately I felt that I needed to spread the word to Unilocal that this guy is good at his craft! I asked him about the negative reviews and he said he personally contacted those two negative people and told them to come work things out but they never did… but yea at first those two negative review made skeptical but I’m so glad I went with it. Great guy!
