Avoid Ted Castro at all costs. He is irresponsible and does not respond to your email.
First he tells me two weeks or less lead time then it takes him 2 months to get together a simple shelving job. He lied to me about the lead time when he knew he had a lot of work before he could serve me.
He also lied to me about a 40% deposit. He told me there is no deposit required, but then when he realized his lead time will be more than 2 weeks, he lied to me about having to pay a 40% deposit to keep me from going elsewhere. Now I have been waiting for a month and will have to wait another long month to get my shelves installed.
I have never seen a more irresponsible, distasteful vendor to work with.
I’m going to request for an expedited service, mentioning to him about the lead time on quote and will update on how it goes.
