Signature Design Center is a family business. We began in 1986 as a tiny kitchen shop in Anaheim with only three employees. Today we have a beautiful showroom in the heart of Anaheim, CA, as well as a cabinet fabrication plant and partnerships with many local designers. Our focus has always been on quality, integrity and service.

Owner Fred Jarrah has always had an eye for creating luxury kitchens for some of Orange County’s finest homes. After attaining his ACE certification he was recruited to teach at a California interior design program. Mr. Jarrah has lectured at UCLA, and has trained to some of the best and brightest in the remodeling industry.

Today we offer full service custom home remodeling of just about any type home, kitchen and bathroom remodeling job. We offer everything from simple cabinet replacement to granite counter tops. I had plans to do some home improvements & upgrades at my house so I was told to go & shop around in Anaheim at State College, I stopped by at few places looking around to check things out because I was not sure of what I really needed, no one paid attention to me or even acknowledged me not until I walked into Signature Design Center, I was immediately acknowledge with a great smile & a very pleasant person with clear voice greeting me with Welcome at Signature Design, how could we serve you!!! I was amazed with such greeting to finally found a person who I could talk to about things I needed to know at my house before the holidays … Kali walked me around & introduced me to an experienced person who showed me everything I needed to do, very pleasant, not pushy & gave me the pricing for everything & compared the pricing around in the market, even though they were not the cheapest, they were the very best to deliver in their promise, I got all what I needed for my kitchen & flooring plus the bathrooms & we’re done before the due date, they had their owner Fred calling me at least once a week to ensure everything was going according to my satisfaction which wan an awesome customer service ,

I recommend this great company to everyone thinking about remodeling their kitchen, just about a little over a month ago I visited Signature Design Center & was convinced easily to get my kitchen remodeled thru them, I was promised to have it done by December 23 before Xmas & sure enough my kitchen was fully completed today and earlier before the due date, my family were so over joyed for the kitchen & outstanding job which was well done, the guys were very polite, professionals & always showed up to get the work done, they were neat & clean during the project & checked with us every evening before they left if we needed anything or have any questions or concern, durning the last two days they brought with them an extra worker to surprise me & my family to get the work done before due date; thank you to everyone & to the owner Me Fred who called my husband few times to check how things were going which I thought was a first class service, happy holidays to everyone working there, may God Bless You all, you made our holidays more joyful, BIG THANK YOU!!!

I’m a Calif. Architect and Fred has been our go-to guy when it comes to kitchen, bath and millwork and cabinetry needs for all our remodel projects. He’s done several houses for us including my own house since 2003. My experiences with his staff like Imad and Tamar had been very good. Being in this industry, there are always hiccups but Fred and his guys will always make sure the problems and fires that come up are put away. Highly recommend this place for cost, craftsmanship and consistent quality all these years.

He was very apologetic on the phone about my experience and tried to do everything to make it right. Within an hour I had help at my house to work on a finishing and they did a great job. I wish I can give 0 stars! Please use other company to remodel your home!!! First meeting, to do estimate the designer Ozzy was late but forgave him since he traveled 1 hour away. Then on the 2^nd meeting to see the plan, we have to wait 10 – 15 mins at the design center because the other designer is still using the computer. I should have known that in the beginning this company doesn’t take care of clients. After looking and talking, The design was good and picked the colors for the kitchen. A few months later, we decided to go with this company since we liked the simple design and fit right in our budget. Wrong!!! It caused us more money and headache !!
The remodel of our small kitchen took more than 5 months… The colors of cabinet, knobs and quality of quartz used were all off from what we picked… And the stainless steel sink was all scratched up. So disappointed… after 4 mos we complained to Fred who is the owner, very nice guy but his employees abuse him/the system. Ozzy was only good collecting/asking for payments. Never seen him for the entire project. In the end, they finally fix most of my complains– fix gas line for washer/dryer, pantry door (old pantry door that they lost but they found it because it will cost them more) and paint job (½ of wall was a different shade, etc…)my quartz top is not
fix, a big scratch along the center is still visible when I wash my dishes. I was promised that they will come back and fix it. I don’t think they will come back coz they got my full payment already. I m not happy with my kitchen, I wish I did not pick this company!

Fred, Ammar, and their crews are true craftsmen and the results show.
We did a remodel of our 2 bedroom /2.5 bath condo and are thrilled with how our home looks.
The remodel wasn’t without its pain points, Fred was very helpful in seeing we were happy with the end results. When ever there was a question or concern, Fred replied with explanation of a solution and «no problem» and it was taken care of.
Suggestions to perspective clients: be patient, communicate expectations clearly, be respectful. These go a long way.

After a recent move to Dana Point to be near my Daughter, I bought a condo which required many repairs and an overall updating. My Daughter and I visited a few local businesses and got estimates for renovating the kitchen. One Saturday, prior to heading out for more research, I happened to see an ad in the Orange County Register for the Signature Design Center in Anaheim. It featured a complete kitchen redo (cabinets, granite or quartz counters, under mount sink, hardware, and complete demo/haul-away) based on a 10′ x 10′, for $ 8,999! (Limited Time Offer). We immediately headed for Anaheim and walked in with Ad in hand which I presented to the owner, Fred. He couldn’t have been more accommodating and showed us a quite varied selection of cabinets, counter tops, hardware, etc., and said he always stands behind his ads and it was not a come-on (as we suspected). Long story short, I got my kitchen of choice for that exact price and it is beautiful! I strongly recommend seeing Fred at the Signature Design Center in Anaheim, if you want the most beautiful and affordable kitchen of your dreams! Thank you Fred, and your entire knowledgeable and efficient staff!

We have nothing but good things to say about Signature Design after they completed the renovation of our kitchen, family room, bathroom and living room. During the whole process from design to clean up, Fred, Rula, Amer and their entire crew treated us with the upmost professionalism and respect. Rula figured out our aesthetic and designed rooms better than we could have ever imagined. Every step of the way there was great communication and every one of our concerns were addressed immediately. It was nice to hear, «No problem,» whenever we had a question. We were amazed at how rapidly and efficiently our project was completed. They were on schedule and would even have been done sooner had our patio door not been on back order. We went out of state over Thanksgiving and our neighbors told us there were people there every day, including Thanksgiving Day and on Sundays… amazing! It has been 2 months since our reno was completed… we had a couple of minor issues in the bathroom and with creaking in our wood floors after a few weeks. They had people over here the next day to get started on making the repairs. Overall, Signature Design is a highly professional company that made our house a dream home. We would recommend Signature Design to anyone considering a re-model.

If I could give a lower grade I would. Project took way to long. Started August and finished in December! They knocked a hole in the house doing demo, shower pan did not drain correctly, they broke my garage door which I had to pay to have repaired. Highly unorganized and no one communicates. Design instructions were ignored. I would never even have them back to do warranty work. Will instead hire professionals to fix it. These guys were awful. You get what you pay for so spare your self the anguish.
Update: 2÷3÷13
Upstairs toilet backup. sewage in my shower… eewww. Call them back and of course they say not our problem. Next day water is pouring through ceiling. Had to hire new plumbers to tear out ceiling and redo all work. These guys are borderline crooks!!!

Buyer beware! The price at Signature Design may be low, but that’s where the good news ends. I started working with Signature Design on a bathroom remodel back in May. It’s now mid-September and I’ve just had to cancel the contract. They’ve wasted literally hours of my time. I can’t tell you the number of times I was promised information, material samples, drawings, etc. and over and over again the company didn’t deliver as promised. The customer service is really bad. On another note, this company asks for a significant payment up front to cover costs of materials. According to the State Contractor’s License Board, the payment terms in the Signature Design contract are not legal. They are only allowed to collect a $ 1000 deposit up front. Any other payment can’t be required until you take receipt of goods or have services performed. I cancelled my contract after months of trying to work with these folks. .. and in the end I didn’t receive anything. And when I cancelled my contract, the company refused to provide a refund. Luckily I made my initial payment with a credit card and my card company is backing my request for a return of the charge. So if you like the price. .. proceed with caution. It’s probably all you’re going to like. Personally, I advise you run far, far away just as fast as you can!

I called Signature Design to have them come out and bid on remodeing our bathroom. On Thursday, August 2^nd Ernie showed up, took measurements and pictures and committed to have a design ready for us to review on Friday August 10^th. We never heard from Ernie that week, so we had two other companies come out and provide designs and estimates. Finally Ernie called on Monday, August 20^th. Call me crazy but if a company isn’t going to honor it’s commitments when they are trying to win the business, they darn sure aren’t going to honor any commitments they make during the project. Needless to say Ernie was told we weren’t interested. If anyone from Signature Design ever reads this here are some hints:
1. Be on time for your appointment — Ernie was 20 minutes late
2. Come dressed in appropriate business attire. Torn, baggy blue jeans, an untucked shirt and three days of beard growth doesn’t inspire confidence.
3. Finally if you say you’re going to do something, DO IT! I guess Ernie expected us to wait by the phone for his phone call.
I can’t comment on the quality of their work — these guys will never set foot in my house again.
