Softball training facility located in Orange County designed and operated by Mike Schroeder and his daughters. We strive to make athletes better players and better people through softball and life training. We offer hitting, catching, fielding, pitching and agility classes with some of the best instructors in the nation.

History

Established in 2007.

Founder Mike Schroeder is the first coach /​father to have four kids play Division 1 softball (2 at UCLA, 1 at Stanford and 1 daughter at Arkansas). Many years ago, they would work out in the hitting cage in backyard. The area became known as «The Chapel». During ESPN broadcasts of the Women’s College World Series, «The Chapel» was mentioned numerous times and became somewhat famous. It was then Mike opened up a his own facility providing the same intense and passionate training to girls of all level of play. As his business grew and combined with Jen Schro Catching, the Softball Performance Workshop showcases the nation’s top instructors and offers lessons in hitting, catching, fielding, pitching, and throwing.
