Unsanitary was my barista. Handling my cup by its rim. She was also very bossy barking out to a few patrons who did not line up properly. The fault lies in your store’s crummy, confusing layout. 2 baristas out front whilst 2, a girl & guy, are clowning around just inside the partition out of view but within earshot. Typical millennial etiquette & behavior.

My leader took me here recently for Reward and Recognition. It Starbucks… What can I say? The food and drinks are consistent. The restrooms and dining/drinking area are always clean. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The reason I dropped a star is because the orders take a while to be fulfilled. There is rarely a line, but always a wait for drinks.

I haven’t had a problem with this starbucks until tonight. I went in for a strawberry shortcake Frappuccino and as soon as I ordered it the cashier/barista seemed annoyed that I ordered something she was unfamiliar with. She looked so confused I asked if they still made that Frappuccino, her response really pissed me off. Her answer was that, customers made up that drink or they either found on Google. She had the audacity to tell me to look it up for her, wtf? So I walked out, what kind of service is that you’re the barista not me you should look it up, why? Because it would come in handy when another customer orders the same drink. I was really upset I remember seeing the strawberry shortcake Frappuccino on the menu a while back and funny/weird thing was, I went in yesterday morning and heard someone ordering a strawberry shortcake Frappuccino and I go in today for one and I couldn’t walk out with my very own strawberry shortcake Frappuccino. Very upsetting, I am pregnant and can’t drink caffeine so I was very excited to be able to drink some starbucks but I was let down.

This store should be closed I have never been treated so badly I walked in with my refillable cup to get coffee and a pastry, I wanted to wash my hands first before I ordered I am an HVAC Mech. and just finished a job. I was told I could not use the bathroom until I ordered my coffee, the line was out the door the worker was rude and not helpful and should be written up. I will never return to this store again. I am a gold member and am 6 points to my next reward. I will start going to Coffee bean or Petes were they know how to treat there customers.

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I planned to study here after hanging out with friends at the Packing House, but it was so dim and the tables were disgusting. I had to wipe down my table with a napkin. In addition, it took me at least 10 minutes to order my drip coffee with only two people ahead of me. The service was very inefficient and could have been friendlier. I tried studying, but I left after an hour because it was cold and the chair was very wobbly. I would not recommend this Starbucks.

I’ve been here 2x and both times there were long lines to order and pick up– not enough employees working. Before getting in line to order I wanted to use the restroom– you need the code stamped on the receipt. It speaks to the area and I get that, but when someone asks specifically and there’s such a long line I feel that customer service should come into play. Overall they need more employees working and 2 baristas so the drinks/cups aren’t so messy and haphazard.

One thing I noticed about this location was there were no bums. You need a code to use the restroom which is nice. There is no outside seating which is kind of a bummer. I guess I’m a fan of my local Starbucks so that’s why they only got 4 stars. My drinks were fine and the service was fast. The employees were pretty cool too.

This is such a clean and homey Starbucks! I came here pretty early in the morning since I wanted to avoid the traffic from Torrance to Anaheim before my training in Anaheim. The first thing I noticed was this very nice man who stood outside the door, holding the door for Starbucks goers. At first I thought he was waiting for someone, but he’s actually just standing there with his coffee greeting people. I came in around 6:45am, so I thought that was very sweet! I just had to write about this wonderful man. Besides him, Starbucks is somewhere pretty much everyone has gone, but I’ll talk about the items I ordered. I got the blueberry whole grain oats and the venti Caramel Praline latte. I can’t resist my caramel! And even though I don’t like coffee, I can hardly taste it since Starbucks drinks are so sweet. I really liked it! The oatmeal is nothing fancy, just a bowl of heated oats with the condiments on the side in individual wrapping. I just love the holidays and this Starbucks sure has a great Christmas music selection!

Notoriously slow! Never enough staff working. I come here on breaks from work and 15 minutes is never enough time. I’ve begun ordering on the mobile app but it’s not uncommon to still have to wait 10 minutes after entering the store. Their inventory is also not up to date. On more than one occasion, they’ve not had an item I ordered on the app. Bathroom situation is deplorable. I understand restricting use to customers but you can’t get the code until you’ve placed your order(often waiting in long lines). Then, they stamp your code on your receipt. Hardly earth friendly, and the bathrooms are always filthy(with those safe receipts often littering the floor). Even had to beg for the code because I placed my order through the mobile app! I LOVE Starbucks but would pass on this one if you have options!

This Starbucks is a 5 minute walk from my job, so you tend to see a lot of City of Anaheim employees. This location is a decent size and has a great selection of new Starbucks mug collections during the holiday season. One of the things I love about this location are the baristas. They are all so pleasant, attentive, and they make your drinks just right. I have never ordered a drink that didn’t taste good – they are very consistent. They also are very quick with their mobile orders, which comes in handy for nearby employees trying to make it to work on time in the morning. Love this location!

Came here today around 2:30pm on a Friday and it wasn’t that crowded. When I came up to the register I asked if they can still make the s’mores frap. The lady working was so nice. She said they can’t make it exactly, but can make a similar one. Most Starbucks employees would just tell me no. It’s always nice making different suggestions:) The only reason why I don’t really like coming to this location is because the area is kinda ghetto. But other than that the service is pretty great.

Okay, this is not by far the best Starbucks in Orange County, let alone in North Orange county itself. However, the barista chose to not help my daughter, as she stated that she wanted to get a refill on the drink she was purchasing. Instead, the barista chose to ignore this, and didn’t inform my daughter that the hot beverage would not be covered, as it was a chai tea latte, versus a chai tea(with a tea bag). Surely, I would know this but my teen was simply in a giggly mood. It’s a good thing that I chose to stop going to Starbucks some years back, even to save money and this is not a way to get me to begin a regular visit, or to have me give money to my daughter for Starbucks. Thumbs down for this café shop.

Still 5 stars. Heidi is totally awesome at what she does even when ruthless customers don’t like their new bathroom policy. I totally agree with the Restrooms for Customers only policy and you only get the code if you purchase something And I’m not talking about the free water. You didn’t buy that. This morning 5÷17÷15& I tell myself everytime to go to the starbucks with the drive thru because this starbucks has the worst customer service!!! Around 1030ish this same horrible chick with blond fuzzy hair was on register #1 she did get my order right on the cup so the poor barista on the bar messed up(BUTSHEWASAMAZINGBTW) #2 when I asked her how the feta wrap was she straight said«it’s good are you going to get it or what drinks do you want?» I couldn’t believe it. An attitude adjustment is much needed for her. I gave this location because the girl on bar was super nice & made my drink correctly & apologized like crazy! I felt bad for her she needs to be relocated I hope the other baristas don’t bring her down !!!

Daily coffee orders and tea are spot on. But!!!, God forbid you make a large coffee order in advance. And especially if you need it in the AM early. ITWILLNOTBEREADY.

It’s unfortunate because this Starbucks is right next to my work and sometimes I’d like a coffee before my shift but I kid you not, this Starbucks has no fucking sense of urgency what so ever. There’s never a long line but for some reason only 1 person making drinks and 2 – 3 people in the back fucking around. Like I think coming here 30 min before I get into work would be enough time to order an iced coffee but this is never the case. Every time guaranteed you’re waiting 20 min just to Place your order and then get your drink. Someone needs to come down here and snap these baristas out of whatever shit they’re in cause you can tell they don’t want to work here. That or get new people. Fucking ridiculous

Whoa, ghetto Starbucks beware. I was surprised to see a low Unilocal rating because aren’t all Starbucks mostly the same. Well if you like tattooed chicks and cigarette smoke than this is your spot. Large store, busy Sunday morning but only 2 people working the line. They screwed up my drink. It took a long time to make. There was a transvestite before me. I’m just saying. I completely get the poor rating now.
