Synthetic Grass Warehouse

My landscaping contractor sells/​installs SGW’s turf. I got one of their Tiger Turf products for my home. Well, the product did not last more than a few years and except for one «stripe», all the turf is flat and will no longer stay standing up after powerbrooming.
Their customer support for warranty issues is also lacking as they are requiring my contractor to show proof of purchase as evidence that it’s actually SGW’s turf that they installed at my home. Really? SGW’s rep said they keep copies of invoices on file, but are they offering to look it up on their end to help me out? Of course not.
Horrible product and service. I wish I had spent a little more money and purchased the turf from another company that manufactures their own turf, sells direct to the customer, installs it themselves, and has product registration.

My grandpa had been looking into artificial grass for his front lawn for a while. He had back problems and with the horrible hot weather, hadn’t been able to keep up with the usual maintenance it takes to keep the yard looking green. There were yellow dry spots and we were just wasting water (and money) it seemed, to just be watering dead grass. We started to look around for quotes and came across Synthetic Grass Warehouse on Unilocal.My grandpa looked through some samples and decided on the natures blend, which when installed, surprised me by how natural it felt and looked! SGW is the place to go if you’re looking for some synthetic grass. Great quality with good pricing and the customer service is top notch. Recently just had some work done at the house and I couldn’t be more happy. Saving money on water and looking good at the same time

Great company, great product!

I really love the purple synthetic grass I got from these guys. The quality is just as described and they got it here in only a week. I’ve already referred 4 friends that want to put a colored grass under they playsets. Now they just need to come up with a referral program;

Twice I have called SGW and twice I get no follow thru. I was leaning towards purchasing there synthetic grass. I called and they told me that they do not do installs but can have a certified installer contact me within 24 – 48 hrs. Twice I have not received a phone call. If they are going to offer such things perhaps they should do a better job with the follow up. No call from SGW to make sure I was contacted. Business must be good!

Synthetic grass warehouse has always provided us with the best quality synthetic grass at the most reasonable prices. Their customer service in the best always there to answer questions and always get my turf the very next day.

Our company has offered synthetic lawns as part of our high-​end projects for a few years now. When we began, the choices of ‘Astroturf’ were terrible and it was embarrassing to pass those products off as a real looking lawn… but then we found SGW and their TigerTurf, and we haven’t looked back. We do more synthetic lawns now than real ones! Not only is their product the best quality that we have found, but their operation and office staff make our purchasing an easy and quick process every time. Marisa, our sales rep, is always available and helpful.

I have been buying turf from SGW fro over ten years and have always been very satisfied.

So I looked these guys up on Unilocal and was a bit skeptical. It seems like every time I go with someone with great reviews, I am let down somehow. Thankfully this was NOT the case. SGW goes out of their way to make sure every client leaves happy. We love our new backyard and can’t wait to start on the front!

Stopped by SGW to get some information about synthetic grass. The staff was awesome! Very helpful and informative. They also helped me get set up with a great licensed installer! My yard never looked better :)

I rarely leave such long reviews, but what SGW has done for my family deserves to be praised.
Back in 2009 my family and I lost many things, our primary source of income being one of them. We saw the instability of the job market. My husband realized what he had to do– start his own business. I was understandably scared and nervous but I knew he needed my support then more than ever.
Our mutual friends had just gotten their backyard installed. My hubby thought, turf instalation, «why not, I could do that!»
We were scouting for wholesale pricing and thankfully stopped by SGW. They blew us away! They educated us on every aspect of the synthetic grass industry. We walked in like amateurs and left like experts! 5 years in and we now have a over a dozen employees. Everything you need to succeed in this industry (Marketing materials, strong leads, instalation techniques, etc) they will provide to you. I was always under the impression that synthetic turf was a maintenance free privilege reserved for the upper class. Not only do they have great prices but I was referred to a reasonably priced installer who did an impeccable job!

I was in the market for the best deal for synthetic grass (it was so pricey everywhere I went!) and when I found SGW, I called for a quote. The staff knew their product! They sent me a free box of samples right away! Their products are top notch and even though they don’t install, they referred me to a great local installer. Save some bucks, go with these guys!

Wow oh wow! My yard went from downright disgraceful to an amazing playground for my two dogs. When talking with Synthetic Grass Warehouse, I told them I wanted my yard to be a safe place for my dogs to play in as well as something I can keep up by myself while my husband is deployed. Thankfully these guys had an answer to my prayers. Our product was delivered quickly and professionally and I couldn’t be happier. No mowers. No high water bills. No fuss! This artificial grass is exactly what our big backyard needed and it wasn’t hard to install at all! Super helpful people at this place. I have been coming here for get my pet cleaner for my synthetic grass in the back yard. Recently my dog had passed away and I came in to get some cleaner to make the smell go away. They gave me some of the best advice that DID NOT line their pockets. That is a rare thing these days. Maintaining my lawn has always been a passion of mine. After sustaining a back injury playing jai-​alai I found myself in too much pain to push a mower, pull weeds, fertilize, and care for my yard. After months of helplessly watching my grass die I stumbled upon Synthethic Grass Warehouse while looking for landscaping options online. I was skeptical at first because I didn’t believe artificial grass could compete with the real thing. Boy howdy was I ever wrong! All it took was a quick phone call and their helpful staff answered every question I had. They even found an installer in my area that brought samples to my doorstep so that I could take a look at it for myself. I couldn’t believe how real it looked and felt and was convinced that this was the right solution for me.
I was provided with a fair estimate and decided to move forward with overhauling my front and backyard. It is one of the best decision I have made. The installation was quick and painless, and in a matter of hours my yard was looking like its good old self. It’s already been a few months and my front and back yard have never looked better. I’m just glad that I’ll never have to pick up a mower or water my lawn again.

Mother in law needed a low maintenance solution for her front yard in South OC. I called up these guys, asked them about everything from warranties, maintenance involved, weather limitations, etc. I gave the girl I was talking to a super hard time, but they were very knowledgable and even let me know about a rebate the city was offering. She offered to send me a sample, and I was impressed. It actually looked real. They set me up with an installer for an estimate, and the rest was history.
The turf was not cheap, but they do offer many types of artificial grass to suit your needs, and their prices were still lower than other estimates we received. We also stopped by home depot to check out their selections, but the quality was not even close. My mother just wanted the premium stuff, and she is so happy now. Her neighbors keep complimenting them and many have since installed SGW’s turf. I highly recommend SGW — these guys know their turf!
