Avoid this location if you can. The drive thru service is extremely slow! The only reason I come here is because the next taco Bell to my house is like 4 miles away. It almost seems worth it to drive to that one. The staff isn’t that friendly either.

So, my girlfriend went to this Taco Bell location to get some food before we party tonight. She ordered 2 Mexican Pizzas, a Spicy Potato Taco, and a Baja Blast. To start off, the girl who took the order apparently does not know what«substitute» means. This is in regards to the two Mexican Pizzas that were ordered. She said one regular Mexican Pizzas and the other to substitute beans instead of having beef, since she’s a pescetarian. The woman taking the order was giving my girlfriend a hard time and when we got home, we found out that even though one box was marked«beef» and the other«extra beans», they were both only bean Mexican Pizzas. We then looked at the receipt and it reads 1 Mexican Pizza Bf — No Beef 1 Mexican Pizza Bf — No Beef, Extra Beans. This is ridiculous. Why would you write«Beef» on the box if there’s no beef in it?! Horrible service and inability to get orders correct.

I’ve eaten at many taco bells and never had a problem, so when we moved in the neighborhood we found this to be our most local location. The fist time I ate here, I got sick. That was 8 months ago and tonight thought t was safe to try again — nope. Sick again(within 30 minutes) of eating a regular been burrito.: /

My family went here to get the box of 12 tacos and a mexican pizza. They handed me the bag with the mexican pizza straight up. The whole pizza was smashed on the size. They charged me for extra cheese but we didn’t get it. Not going back to this location.

I frequent this Taco Bell. In the drive-through I usually have to annunciate and yell pretty loud for them to understand what I’m trying to order. When I got to the window of my last visit my total was $ 2.58. Gotta love the dollar menu! I gave her $ 5.08 which would give me back $ 2.50. I preferred this because I already had enough pennies and was hoping to get my change back correctly which would be in the former two quarters. Instead I received $ 2.49 back. That is literally what I was trying to avoid. When I try to tell the girl in the drive-through it looks like her name is Guadalupe according to the receipt, she stared at me in silence and started to fill my bag. I asked her what’s the point of this? I don’t care that she owes me a penny, which she does. I care about the fact she did not care for one second that she was giving me the wrong change and she could’ve made it the way it was supposed to be but she didn’t. She refused to even talk to me about it. I haven’t written a review in a long time but this one needed a review. I plan to call the corporate office on Monday. My biggest issue with this whole thing was that I felt discriminated against and that’s not OK. I am actually afraid to eat my food.

What use to take 10 or less Minutes to order and get my food is now taking 20+min. 2 cars behind me left and we’re all getting inpatient. Really?! It’s supposed to be a fast food place. In n out takes less than this and they’re 5x busier. Get it together taco bell!

Got the Cap’n crunch delights… DONOTGETTHEM! They have little to no Cap’n crunch on them, & little to no filling as well. I sent them back the 1st time & told them it’s supposed to have Cap’n crunch on it, so they coated them again & this is what I got(see picture) & that’s after the 2nd time! It’s a oily ball of cake batter. Comes in a 2 pk for $ 1. Can you say false advertisement…

So taco bell gets a four b/c they are in competition with fast food places. they have a lot of options and a lot of cheap options. which is good. so when I give a restaurant a four and a fast food place they are two different fours.

I love this Taco Bell and I love that the drive-through is open until 1AM. It allows me enough time to satisfy my midnight munchies. The starburst freezee is my favorite part! I highly recommend anybody stop by and check this place out if you’re in a hurry or if you just want to get dinner and be satisfied with the service you receive.

Usually come here and never have any complaints but today, by far, is taking forever. Going on 20 mins+ of waiting for my food. Not coming back to this location. Not sure why.

Horrible service! Came there this morning and ordered some food. The guy on the intercom answered by saying sup and while I was ordering he was not paying attention. When I came to the front to pay he took my money and forget to get my change and I had to ask for it! Never again!

This is the worse taco bell ever! Went yesterday waited 7 min for someone to take my order and then after waited 25 min for my order to be ready. There were 5 employees working in the kitchen so not sure what the problem is! Stay away and don’t waste your time by eating here.

First of all, all of the locations open at 7am, and since they now serve breakfast, they really should consider opening earlier since most people start work before 7 now so they will miss much of that commuter crowd. I get off at 6am when I work the night shift, so they are still not open if I wanted to stop on my way home. Today I decided to wait until 7am so I could try their new biscuit tacos, so I get there at 7:10, and am told that they are running late and can not take my order? Seriously? I don’t know how many people were turned away at 7am because they couldn’t open on time, but I can tell you this, none of them will go back and chance wasting their time if they WERE on their way to say an 8 – 5 job, because in the time they would have wasted being told this, there would have been no time to go elsewhere, so next time, they will just go somewhere else rather than risk it. I did get to try this new taco at another Taco Bell though, and I must say, they are not very good, and not worth it at all, the biscuit has sort of a sour taste that isn’t very appealing at all. I will stick with Jack in the Box who is open and serves breakfast 24 hours.

By far my worst experience ever. I’m a vegetarian and have never been charged to sub bean for the beef. The cashier took my order and had no clue what he was doing. I wanted a Cheesy Potato Burrito with beans instead of beef. He charged me for a ½lb Combo Burrito. He even read back to me «1 cheesy potato burrito with bean». I saw the receipt and he had charged me for extra beans. I was confused because all i wanted was to replace the beef for beans. Anyways I start eating an notice the burrito does not have any potatoes. The burrito was so small as well. Taco Bell is such a rip off and this place is the definition for not getting what you pay for. Del Taco never fails and has better tasting food. This review is all over the place but its frustrating me to think about my experience. F-YOU TACOBELL!

Had to sneak out to grab something quick for lunch. Typically I go to Subway but decided to stop here and get some tacos instead. Never again. Got back to work, sat down at my desk, cleaned up, and god ready to rip into my tacos when, *Que dramatic music* both of them were soggier than a water log drifting at sea. Not my happiest moment. I just wanted two simple tacos so I could move on with my day. Now its ruined, thanks Taco Bell.

A decent Taco Bell location. The lobby is typically pretty clean but the drive-thru is lacking. Only help one car at a time so waits can be long and tedious. The food is your typical fare of greasy food but is decently prepared. Parking is sufficient but why is this the only Taco Bell to charge .10 for extra sauce in a burrito. This seems ridiculous to me so just ask for packets to avoid the extra cost. Decent enough and close to home but much better locations are out there.

E side of Brookhurst just S of Broadway It just occurred to me that I’ve never actually eaten inside this location… only went through their drive thru several times. I don’t really think of a TB as a Mexican restaurant for the most part so much as a place that has items that I may be craving at the moment. This happened at least once a month usually on my way somewhere I’d hit up their drive thru. In the Coke laden world that most of California is you can imagine my happiness that they carry Pepsi products… yeah yeah I know it’s because Pepsi owns them. I especially love their Crunch Wrap Supreme. I find it full of flavors and textures, easy to eat while driving, and it’s not messy so this boy is left quite happy with his diet or Mountain Dew in hand! To keep things consistent this location looks like most other locations. It’s not terribly dated, but it’s not as fancy as some other locations. They have plenty of parking in their dedicated lot.
