Was in desperate need of a new vacuum, & I had NO idea where to begin. During my extensive research, I came across Vacuum Depot in Anaheim Hills on Unilocal.After reading the great reviews, I went in on January 2016, & I am SO glad I did!
Thanks to Sam, I am in LOVE with my brand-​new Miele canister vacuum! Perfect size, the right suction, and at the RIGHT price. Sam was honest, and genuinely helped me find the PERFECT vacuum for my lifestyle. He patiently explained every «vacuum-​lingo» that I did not understand, and he also pre-​assembled the vacuum while explaining every knob & button clearly. The sale was smooth & simple. NO hassle.
Plus, EVERY Vacuum Depot location will take in my new Miele if there is any issues! Don’t waste time; make Vacuum Depot your one-​stop-​shop.

Just left here with a free belt for my vacuum. Great service, great attitude only there for about 3 minutes but I would definitely encourage anyone with a vacuum issue to come here!

Sam has repaired several vacuums for us and we bought our last new one from him a couple months ago. I needed a cord repair on a power tool and could find no one local to do it and Sam said «let me try». The next day it was done and like new!

I needed to get my Kirby serviced as it wasn’t sucking properly so I decided to take a look on Unilocal!for places to take it to. I have one close to my house in West Anaheim and have taken it there before but their service was just Meh. So I found Vacuum Depot on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. When I arrived Sam immediately rushed to the door to open it up as I brought in my vacuum. He took my Kirby and game me a claim ticket, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. As promised he called me within 48 hours to let me know what was wrong and what the cost would be plus gave me an update on the rotters and that they had 40% usage left and how much it would cost if I wanted to change these out [optional]. When he called me to pick up I asked him how late he was open, he said usually till’ 5:30 pm but would stay until I could come get it if necessary. When I arrived he had it all ready to go and put it in my vehicle. A+ service from beginning to end. I’ll see you again Sam when it’s time to repair something else on my Kirby!

My husband and I came in to look for a hand vacuum, they didn’t have the one we were looking for but Sam sold us a better vacuum for the same price. Sam was very helpful and a really nice guy. Also, the place was very clean. We will definitely return if we need another vacuum.

They are now under new management and service is great!

Excellent Service at a Fair Price
I bought a $ 400 Dyson vacuum about 7 years ago. I haven’t been very happy with it, as the suction didn’t seem to be as strong as it should be. I think I was fooled by the fancy commercials. :)
I took it to a shop in Yorba Linda about a year ago, got a «tune-​up» and it seemed to work a little better, but I wasn’t thrilled with its overall performance.
As I stumbled across All Vacuum Depot in Anaheim Hills, I thought it would be good to get a second opinion on my vacuum, and on the current suction power. I met Jason and he offered to give me a free estimate, so I brought my vacuum back to him.
In short, he called me in one day and advised me of his prognosis. It needed some bearings and a tune up, so I agreed to have him service it.
When I got it back, it was working like new again, and the suction was quite strong.
I was very happy with the service and the very reasonable price.

THE BEST IN VACUUM REPAIR!!! Jason is very knowledgeable about fixing vacuum cleaners! He answered all my questions about my vacuums problem and took care of the problem. Although a vacuum repair is not free, Jason was very resoneable and my money was well spent! Jason had asked to show me a vacuum I had never seen before, a Miele upright. Wow! Was I impressed! It was the quietest vacuum I had ever tried, and it was dust free! Not to mention how well it picked up! Jason put this vacuum in my hand and made me feel right at home. I was never really excited about vacuum cleaners until I found this one. They don’t sell these kinds of vacuums in Walmart or Target. The store has everything like floor steamers, central vacuums systems, belts, bags, and of course vacuums. I’ve never seen a vacuum store this nice and clean before.
I recomend bringing your vacuum in here for a service or just see what they have that department stores don’t.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VACUUM FOR REPAIR HERE! My vacuum was broken right before Christmas and I needed it repaired immediately before my party. Out of all the places, this was the most convenient repair location between Costa Mesa (work) and Chino (home).
Prior to this store I spoke with the Miele company about how my new vacuum had stopped sucking. He suspected that it was a clogging issue and was going to walk me through on how to unclog it. I couldn’t understand him but because my vacuum’s foot pedal was stuck in a laid down position so he advised me to ask the repair store to show me where to take off the back cover to clean it.
I tried to call this store to confirm its hours of operation given Christmas week and all but got a «fax» sound. So, I called another store in Irvine and asked them if this store was open. The owner told me that the phone at the Anaheim store is a bit weird and if I couldn’t reach them then I was welcome to bring it in to Irvine. I told him the problem with my vacuum and he was more than happy to show me how to unclog it and he was also open to see me at 530 AM (store opens at 8 AM). But, Irvine was a tad inconvenient for me. And, I proceeded on dropping it at the Anaheim store.
So, after 2 days the Anaheim guy called me about his final evaluation of the vacuum. The suction problem was due to clogging. He told me what he found in there. He said that he could unclog it for $ 39. And, tuned it up for a total of $ 89. I asked him if this is something I could do myself and he told me that on some level I could but the clogging may be too complex and requiring me to dismantle the vacuum which would void out the warranty. I told him I am a bit confused… Miele doesn’t cover warranty on clogging but I cannot unclog it myself because it would void out the warranty? That’s a bit contradictory, no? He told me that he could unclog it for $ 29.
I was uneasy with his «negotiation» price so I responded that I prefer he’d show me where to unclog and I will do it myself because I’d rather not pay $ 29 every time it clogs up. He said that he’ll show me but it is inadvisable because it needs some tuning. He said that he also needs to order a part for it. Hmm… ok.
So I said, «Miele tech support was going to walk me through about the clogging issue over the phone but because of the pedal issue he advised me to ask the repair shop to show it to me. I called the All Vacuum Depot in Irvine about the same thing and he was more than willing to do that. So, I don’t understand why you’re charging me $ 29 for this???» And, he quickly responded that he’ll show me where it is and that I can pick it up that very minute. (And what happened to the part you needed to order?)
I asked him if the pedal was fixed and he confirmed. I asked him what was wrong with it and he said he had to order a part for it but it is fixed so I came to pick it up.
At the store I asked him about the pedal issue again and he told me that something was jammed on the side of the pedal and he wasn’t sure what it was. He said it might have something to do with the clogging. I was suspicious with the inconsistencies in his story but I let it go because the pedal seemed to work fine… until I got home.
I found out that the pedal was stuck because the cover adjoining the bottom and top part of the vacuum had an under-​bite. It was supposed to be an overbite. I took off the cover as it has no other functionality and it works fine.
I found out that resolving the clogging issue was simply to clean everything up and changing the bag (as advised in their troubleshooting guide). And, it works like new again.
It took me a good 30 minutes to figure both problems out.
All of this required a back and forth argument that All Vacuum Depot in Anaheim was going to charge me for $ 89 with some bogus tuning up.
Again… DO NOT BRING YOUR VACUUM HERE!!!
