Could not agree more with the bad comments. The staff is very helpful, some of the best. However, god forbid you actually buy something… I have bought four items from here and had to return them all. Poor quality does not begin to describe what this stuff was when I got it home. All broke within one month! One month and when I ask for my money back because the furniture broke within one month I had to pay a 30% restock fee!!! One month!!! I was told by the owner himself (Steve) that «I only guarantee the furniture is in good shape when I drop it off, from then on I have nothing to do with the product. It is up to you to do your homework for the quality of the product». Other words «I sell it, up to you if it breaks». Buyer beware here people!!!

My wife and I purchased several pieces of furniture here. Everything was great with the exception of the bed we purchased. We had an issue with the bed and had to return it. Horacio maintained constant contact with us and was able to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. I would buy from them again in the future and I would also recommend Visions In Furniture.

I’ve seen this store forever and only came in because my mom dragged me in after a long day of bed shopping at ikea. I’m so glad she did, because this place is great. I think they are more like a furniture broker because they sell Ashley furniture and other brand names. We chose to have a custom made bed frame and it was really reasonable. We are going to get our next bed during their 4th of July sale.
Horatio was really helpful and knows the inventory. Before we chose to go the custom route, we looked at a bed at Ashley furniture, and this place was a lot less money for the same bed frame.

After going to probably seven stores, we happened on this place (they are no longer called Furnish 123, the name has changed but to be clear, this is the store in the Carls Jr/​Chase Bank parking lot). We found out we could order the exact same sofa and chair from them as we had seen at other places like Ashley Furniture except it ended up costing about $ 400 less. And delivery would have been around $ 50 which is less than half what other places charge. (They also gave us the option of picking it up ourselves, which we did, but we quickly found out it is worth it to pay the delivery charge.) They told us it would take about a week to arrive, but it only took about four days! The guys in there are very down to earth and don’t hover over you like vultures the way they do at other stores. Saw many other pieces on their showroom for very reasonable, so we will likely be back.

I don’t know what people are complaining about this place is great! I came in looking for a new bed that’s affordable and cute and I found one. The sale person was named Kiet I think and he was super helpful. He’s very funny and friendly and definitely knows his stuff. I found an awesome white custom bed and got to pick out the material and color for it. He also worked out a payment plan with me which is good since I am a student. The bed came within 3 weeks (since it was a custom) and it looks great! I couldn’t be happier! Thanks guys! I’ll be coming back soon to look for a new night stand (:

ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. Delivered a scratched $ 600 dining table and waited 2+ months for the new one to come in only to be hassled about a delivery time. Delivery and installation fee but they can only deliver between 11−2pm M-​F? What a joke. As an ex retail manager I know good vs poor service and this place is an absolute JOKE. Take your $$ elsewhere.

The staff is friendly until you pay. I had to call 10 times to check the status of my order. They promised 3 – 4 weeks to deliver a custom order and I ended up waiting 10 weeks. Poor quality. They offered to refund my $ because I wasn’t happy.

If you want to pay for furniture and then be promised to receive your furniture dont go to this poorly ran business. They have nothing but excuses why your furniture never arrives weeks go by no phone calls on the status you will have to hound the manager? Huerso and he will tell you it is coming in tomorrow for it never to come. They did a color match on my headboard and lost my drawer from my dresser for a month and again had nothing but excuses Do not buy from these liars. They will take your money but you will never get anything for it. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME
