Vivere Condominiums

We LOVE living here! This is a very friendly, quiet and well-​kept place to live. The management team is the best, both Ana and Mitchell are amazing. Any question or concern we have they are more than happy to speak with us… EVEN AFTER HOURS! We rarely see our neighbors and the hot tub/​pool is always empty. It’s like having the place to ourselves.
As for the negative reviews, yes life happens. Yes people can be messy, but is that Ana and Mitchell’s fault? No. Sometimes people leave trash in the trash room and sometimes people don’t pick up their dogs poop BUT all you have to do is let the management team know and they will take care of it right away.
Lastly, I have NEVER seen a COCKROACH and we’ve lived here for 18 months.
We highly recommend living here!

Could not agree with the negative reviews more! First of all I have lived here for just about a year and the management is terrible!!! Anna and Mitchell are gone all day long and most of the time it’s to shop or pick up her kids… There are only two staff people and they both have the name of manager so clearly there’s no need to provide better service.
Yes! There are roaches! Yes! The maintenance of the building is non existent! Yes! The construction is daily and is completely inconsiderate of weekends and sleeping hours, if you try to break your lease they want back all concessions provided due to construction and to break the lease is HALF of your remaining rent!
Watching management lurk around is like watching an episode of American Greed! All of her (Anna Souvanasanne’s) family live on property and when they go to the pool it is like she’s reserved it because no one else can get close to the thing!
Now in regards to the apartments themselves… They are nice HOWEVER, there is no way anyone should have to pay $ 3K to have their view obstructed at every turn and to have to endure the noise– PERIOD!

I have lived in the Vivere complex for over 6 months now and have had nothing but positive experiences with my apartment and the staff. Maintenance is always completed in a timely manner, the staff is very friendly and helpful any time I stop by the leasing office, and as far as the other tenants, I rarely even see or hear anything from them. The side of the building that I live on is very quiet. The building is always very clean and the landscaping is consistently attended to which is great! The leasing office manager, Anna, and the leasing agent, Mitchell, always go out of their way to help out with any issues. They make themselves available to issue parking permits even after their shifts are over with which I have found to be very convenient for the tenants!
As with any apartment complexes there are some downsides, but those are to be expected. The rent prices are high, but you have to remember that you are paying for the location as well as a nice and relatively new apartment. There is construction all around this area as well, but I have not found it to be nearly as much of a problem as I thought it would be. There are a few sketchy people who hang around this area, but there are far fewer here then in most other places in Southern California. The trash rooms and dumpsters do sometimes get filled up and overflow, but I have found that they are emptied and cleaned up in a timely manner. This is mainly on the tenants for making a mess and not necessarily the fault of the management.
Overall, I find this complex to be very welcoming and a great place to live! I would highly recommend Vivere to anyone looking for a place to live in an area with tons of things to do close by!

When my parents first told me they were considering selling & downsizing from their 3000 plus sq. foot home in South Orange County and moving to Anaheim I was skeptical to say the least. We have a BIG family and we get together all the time so my immediate thought was that we were losing our home base. The snobby south county girl in me also had a fair amount of trepidation about them moving to Anaheim. Despite my protests, they moved into Vivere in January and I am happy to say that I was totally wrong. In fact, they (and our family) has had such a positive experience that I moved into the building at the beginning of July.
By far the best part about living at Vivere is the staff. The property managers, Mitchell and Anna are unbelievably kind & helpful. My mom has had some health problems recently and they not only check in on her but they hired people to come in and install bars in her bathroom to make sure she is safe and accommodated. I am so grateful to both of them for going above and beyond on a daily basis and being available after hours if you need anything. Jose, Maria and everyone else I’ve had the pleasure of meeting are also fantastic.
The pool, gym and community room are a huge bonus. They are never crowded and always clean with free wifi. We don’t even notice that we no longer have the big house and private pool in the backyard because the amenities are so nice (and we don’t have to clean them ourselves, which is awesome).
The security is great as well. I feel so safe living in this building. My sister lives a few buildings over at the Stadium Loft apartments and they have persistent theft in the mail room and the parking structure is no where near as secure as the parking at Vivere.
As some of the other reviews have mentioned, there is construction happening but the double paned windows block out 98% of the noise (and I live on the side where the construction is happening). News flash, if you are looking into moving to this part of Anaheim, construction is happening everywhere so no matter which apartment building you end up, it is all around you.
The proximity to Angel Stadium and the Honda Center have also been unexpected bonuses. It is so much fun to walk over to games and not having to worry about who is driving home after a few beers or paying for parking. Lastly, the freeway access is great which is just another bonus.

Just put an apt on hold here so let’s see after August 1^st what the real tea is on this place!!! Stay tuned everyone! I’ll make sure I go over everything everyone had been talking about! Oh I can say one thing the management team is AWESOME!!!

I wish I could leave half a star, simply for this place existing for me to live in for a year.
And what a long year it was…
This place is a severely mismanaged dump, and is in the process of becoming a much larger dump.
–Cockroaches… EVERYWHERE!
–Garbage in the trash rooms, because people just can’t bring themselves to put it down the chute…
–Large piles of dog crap left out for days until landscapers clean it up.
–Garbage literally left in elevators and common areas.
–And, don’t park your car in the guest lot… Keyed, broken into and hit is all you will get.
–NOISE NOISE NOISE…
But if you’re reading this, don’t move to this complex, or even the area. You are much better off renting a house somewhere at these prices… You’ll thank yourself.

Vivere is truly a gem in the heart of Anaheim. Built as condos, but leased as apartments, each unit here is unique, and well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and great bathrooms– especially compared to the surrounding apartment complexes. The leasing staff is exceptional, and the maintenance staff is certainly on top of their game here. There is nothing quite like a relaxing evening in the great jacuzzi onsite. I am happy living here, and will be for years to come.

I don’t know why my comment keeps getting deleted! Do not move here! Everyone who is writing the reviews below are right on about on the negatives about this place! Take your money somewhere else! I recently moved out last month, thanks goodness! Horrible management, should be replaced with someone with experience or at least a brain! Bring back Roxana!

when i first moved to vivere I was excited as it seems like a nice place to live… but I was wrong! i rented the loft and was very happy until construction started. its part of the VIVERE EXPANSION next door. It is so NOISY ITS RIDICULOUS! they start at 7am sharp with all the heavy machinery and trucks. THE SMOG IS CHOKING! I don’t open any windows and the Dust and smog creep in. Besides the inconvenience of construction its UNSAFE. belongings are constantly being stolen and I’ve seen homeless people bathe in the pool area! DISGUSTING! i tried dealing with the management but they don’t gov you any options and are forcing me to complete my lease or PAY 6500 to break my lease! DONT MOVE HERE unless you don’t mind paying TOP DOLLAR to live in a NOISY, DANGEROUS, SMELLY apartment complex

The staff is very friendly, that’s the first thing you’ll notice when coming to visit the Vivere. The pricing here is very competitive for what is offered. The apartments are amazing, definitely a place you want to show off to your friends and family. Another great part is the amenities, they offer a pool and spa, fitness room, club house, and outdoor fireplace. There is some construction going on but they are forced to work in hours that don’t disturb your normal activities. There have been several recent negative comments posted, which made me want to post this, those comments are friends or fake accounts of someone who was disgruntled for some reason, the reviews are throwing things out of proportion. Luckily for us, the complex is small and there is less of a chance of having to deal with assholes. I highly suggest this place to my friends or anyone looking to have an up-​scale apartment with a quiet community.

I’ve lived here at the Vivere for nearly a year now, and have intentions to continue my lease. The complex is brand new and located in a very nice (and growing) part of town with quick access to 4 major freeways — which is nice since I commute every day.
Having lived in two other local upscale apartment complexes in the last 5 years, this one has to be my favorite so far. Amenities are nice and well maintained and management staff is friendly. Floor plans are also huge! Guest parking is a bit sparse however, which can be problematic late on weekends, but with proper planning I’ve never had an issue (plus, management is willing to issue permits will beyond business hours, so much appreciative to them since I know how sucky being on-​call can be).
Unfortunately construction on Phase 2 has begun the other month, but I haven’t had much of a problem with it. I literally am in a unit the closest to the construction, and I don’t really hear the machines going until I step out of my unit. And I don’t leave well into 9 AM. I also have allergies to grass and dust, and haven’t had any noticeable issues either — which is something to be very mindful of in Irvine during spring. They are also done well before I get home, so again, I’m not too bothered.
Overall, I’m quite happy with the find and it’s always great brining friends over to impress.

Ok, so I’m not sure where to start here, earlier this year I came to visit vivere based on what I saw on the web, it was very nice, clean, quiet, just a pleasant place to be at.
So I decided to move in, I really enjoyed it and all my guests who came to for house warming thought it was a great place.
And Just like a house of cards when it comes crashing… Boom it goes from one level to another;
1)parking lot theft (supposedly the cameras work. BS) and how did someone get in when there is a key fob hmm. It’s because they doors don’t lock properly. Key fob isn’t needed to get it what so ever.
2)security company (Messina operative protection services) does not do anything or show up when called, but boy oh boy when you call on a vehicle that doesn’t belong, the tow truck is here in literally 10 minutes (south side towing)
3)unwanted guests come to vivere (hop the fence) use the pool and roam around
4) unsafe elevators that are not properly maintained and have had an expired permit for 2 months before someone got locked in the elevator for over an hour they took it down
5)I have noticed on multiple occasions in fact days in a row of pot smells and wheelin and dealing going on in parking garage and outside on the street. Not the type of people you or your kids want to be around.
6) THE CONSTRUCTION. This have been in the planning for years and «they didn’t know» boo hoo just a lie. Pack the place and start construction. The noise is outrageous, I really don’t want to wake up at 7 am when I sometime work till 3 or 4 am (from home) so basically I’m listening to the machines for hours all day. The dust from it is absolutely disgusting. The pool area used to be packed and it was fun, now days and weekends go by without seeing a single person using it (due to dust and dirt). Big inconvenience with the road being blocked.
This place is not worth nearly what you pay. Maybe at best 60% of what they charge MAYBE.
The upper management does not care about the residence what so ever. Just another group of lenders who care about the $$.
I have gotten an attorney just to deal with these issues, I rather pay an attorney than waist an ounce of my energy dealing with anyone here, it goes In circles, careless management and they are absolutely unwilling to work with you and they avoid it at all cost.
I feel bad for the residence who do not want to say anything to management regarding these issues.
I hope my review was helpful. I am not trying to bash, I am being 100% honest about the issues and if it didn’t bother me or the other residence I will not be complaining.

After releasing my unit, now going into my 2^nd year. I would have to say this is a great place to live. Small community and great amenities. What makes this place come together is the staff, Ana, Mitchell and Jose take care our needs. Very helpful and accommodating! Can’t forget about the cleaning crew, they keep the place presentable and inviting. The only concern I would have to say is the parking, it is limited for visitors but other than that great place to live.

Hrm!!! It’s started out as a great stay. However, after a year everything in the place begins to break! I suppose this place was very cheaply built. After just one year, my AC unit in the apartment leaked three times, the sliding glass door to the balcony is broken (it won’t lock), the tiles in the shower came loose! Seriously? This is suppose to be a newly built apartment and after just one year old, everything is coming apart!!!
Generally, most of the people that are staying in this apartment are nice, but there are a few of those that seem to be vandalizing the place. The sign board and the elevator was vandalized! Please keep in mind that this place isn’t cheap either! My two bedroom unit cost nearly 2600 dollars. The only thing that’s great about this place is NICE STAFF at the leasing office!!!

This place is great!
Where do I begin?
Furnishings: Great! Everything is top of the line!
Amenities: Great! Gym, Pool, BBQ is almost never crowded and is top notch!
Maintenance: Quick, polite, very knowledgeable.
Staff: Roxana and Anna are the best! They’re extremely polite, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable.
Parking: My unit has a tandem space for two cars. Plenty of guest parking!
This complex is very quiet community with only 90 units. It’s extremely quiet at night and because it was built as condos, the walls are extremely insulated. I’ve not once heard my neighbors in their units yet and I’ve lived here almost 4 months.
If you’re looking for a complex in the area, look no further. This is the place for you.

This community is the best in OC. I previously lived at 1818 for two years before I moved here. The floor plans and amenities are the nicest and most unique out of all the other locations in the area. Roxanne is the GM and she runs a tight ship. The hardest thing to find in a community like this is a GM that really cares about the tenants and Roxanne goes far beyond what is expected. All of the girls here are great and make living here that much better.

My boyfriend and I love our new apartment! We love the pool, BBQ area and how non crowed it is around the complex. The girls in the leasing office are so helpful and sweet. Definitely get your money’s worth here!

Big time fee charged if you pay your rent online with a credit card…$ 88 ! wtf!!!

I just moved in almost a month ago now with my boyfriend and we have nothing but good things to say about this community!!! Not only is the leasing staff completely adorable, but they are knowledgeable, always willing to help and listen!
As far as the building, my boyfriend and I are obsessed with the amenities and our apartment. We were originally looking to move to LA where finishes like this are a dime a dozen, but in the OC you’re hard pressed to find clean lines and contemporary finishes like this. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the modern finishes in our unit!
I love how spacious the bathrooms are, the two tone paint and the modern kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Yes we do pay a pretty penny, but I come home everyday loving my life. You can’t help but feel like you live in a hotel with how nice everything is here, and that’s definitely scarce in OC.
My boyfriend and I looked at what was out there in terms of what was comparable in amenities and finishes and honestly, they all fall short of what Vivere has to offer. Plus, if you move in now, you get the added bonus of being the first person that lives in your unit! I love how spacious our loft unit is, the abundant sunlight we get, how quiet the community, the windows and doors are of high quality. You rarely have to deal with noise pollution. And come on whats not to love about the Gym, Pool, Rec room, Lobby, Fireplace and even the Mail Room!
No detail was overlooked, if you look, even the walkways are tiled and carpeted instead of the normal concrete finishing. Not to mention how crazy secure the building is, which was a must for my bf. There are also serious about maintaining the grounds. Some inconsiderate neighbor left their dogs feces in the hallway one evening and the next morning it was gone! I’ve lived in other places where that could have sat for days untouched. To me that just shows how committed they are to maintaining a high standard of living here. Vivere is the epitome of luxury and quality. You won’t find this elsewhere in the OC unless you build it yourself.
I honestly can’t say enough about this community. I love it!!! If you like nice things and understand quality, then you will understand Vivere and what they’re offering. You definitely get above and beyond what you pay for!

I went over to Vivere Condominiums, which seems to be a bit of a lie because they are not condos but apartments for rent (but more on that later). a couple of days ago to see what they had to offer apartment wise. I am comparison shopping the apartment complexes in the area and I have not been in this particular complex. I like the area and was hoping to find someplace nice.
I had read in the paper that this place was a condo complex that had failed and now they are trying to rent them out as high end apartments.
The models are very pretty. They have very nice amenities including a gym, outdoor pool and nice rec room. Most of the apartments has some kind of loft feature and some nice window effects. After my tour, the leasing specialist told me one bedrooms start at around $ 1825 each… not sure what around means, but I took a brochure and took a little walk around on my own.
I saw a homeowner and decided to ask him what he thought about the place. He said he was one of the first to move in after the condos went to apartments. He said it was the second time the place had financial problems and it showed in the quality of the units. He said his unit was drafty and he had problems with the unit always having dust come in, so it was hard to keep clean. He also said he complained to the maintenance staff but that he was told, that was how they were built and they could do nothing about the problems.
After hearing this guys story, I am thinking maybe this place is not for me either… Kind of sad really as these places look so nice from the outside and they charge really high rents so I would have thought they would be really nice. I guess you really can not judge a book by it’s cover!

I am afraid I will still have to keep looking!
