Just STAY AWAY FROM this PLACE. First of all, the oral surgeon never showed up for my extraction. Second, they try to sell a payment plan while I was in pain. It’s borderline ILLEGAL in most medical practices. DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING while you are in pain. The oral surgeon being supposedly late tip me off this place might be a con dental place. Their pricing is 3 ½ more than any normal dentist would charge. No reputable dentist would be late to an appointment that was schedule 2 weeks in advance. Maybe that’s why they work at Western and not there own practice. They’ll extract your $$$ instead your tooth!

I would avoid this place. I went in for a cleaning and they tried to get me to pay $ 1477.00 for dental work they «recommended». While doing my cleaning they didn’t even floss my teeth. And the next day I noticed a small hole in the front of one of my teeth that wasn’t there prior to my appointment with them… They seemed careless and didn’t make me feel comfortable and they also don’t speak English very well so it was hard to understand them.

I’m not going in a big rant just simply saying don’t waste your time here. I guess they won’t post my review unless I add more characters to my description so hopefully this works.

I been a patient for like 3 years and all the stuff have been really nice with me. Great service! Now that I got my braces off I’m very happy I will continue going to western dental it’s just the best ever. I highly recommend it

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE — If I could give 5 negative stars I would. They are the worst dentists on the planet. My husband had a crown put in & it is totally messed up. They cut his gums so far down that food gets in around the tooth. He will have to have it corrected by a competent dentist.
They asked him to sign a satisfactory release form when he was finished & he refused to sign it because it did not feel right. They probably had someone in the office sign it for him. I would not put it past them. What dentist has you sign a «once you are out of the door it’s your problem» form? A crappy one — that’s who! To this day he has issues with the tooth & will not go back to these hacks.
On the up side you can make payments, but they way overcharge for the crappy work & service. A crown should cost about $ 1,200 at the max end. we paid double — BUT we got to make payments! Yeah for us! (I am being sarcastic) STAY THE HELL AWAY!

I saw Dr Lee for a broken tooth. He was great and thorough in his exam. My crown looks great i don’t have a problem with it. Also there was hardly any wait time at any of my appointments. I was in and out and on with my life. The office is really clean and the staff is friendly. Ill be honest i was very skeptical and kinda scared before going in with all the things I’ve heard. I was surprised. Better see on your own.

Unfortunately I made the mistake of using them for my sons orthodontic needs. This place is horrible the staff is not friendly or customer orientated at all, the call center is even worse! Thank goodness his treatment is almost complete. We will NEVER be coming back here again.

A TOTAL NIGHTMARE !!! All the staff and the dentist are the worst and very unprofessional. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

I know for a fact that the current orthodontist here is very nice to her patients, always checks to see how they feel their teeth are progressing, and if ever you have any questions or concerns she is very open and willing to address your concerns.
As for the general department, anything medical is going to be expensive. But they will work with you within their possibilities. Going to a private dentist is gonna be 3x as much and they expect you to pay up before treatment is done, here you can get your treatment and pay in installments.

walked in expecting to pay 89 $ … walked out with a bill for over 3k! I wanted to run out without paying but I believe in karma. these people are a handful. I suggest you have insurance before stepping foot inside.

Im so mad that i didnt come here on Unilocal to see how much they suck, they take advantage of your honesty and also take advantage of your hard work by taking all your money.
I had my braces treatment here and i so much regret it, because they didn’t do my tooth extraction. They asked me if i wanted my extractions two months before my contract was over. I told them that my teeth looked horrible and thats when they told me OHHH IT SAYS HERE ON THE CONTRACT THAT YOU SAID THAT YOU WANTED NO EXTRACTIONS. I never said that. So basically these $ 4,000 dollars that i paid were for nothing. I had no other option than to renew my contract for another year for $ 1,000 dollars since i said i would sue them they gave me a «discount». THIS TREAMENT SHOULD OF BEEN FREE AFTER WHAT THEY DID TO ME. If i could take it back i would have never gone there.
Im almost done with my treatment and thanfully my teeth are looking better, but im super disappointed that i had to pay for something that i never said.
they have nothing of professional. They are disrispectful with an attitude.
The only professional there is the asian dr. Shes the only honest person there and i can tell how much she hates that place and she tries to help people because she knows that western is a dental company full of cheaters.
PLEASE I WARN YOU, dont come here if you dont want to be taken advantage of. They will rip you off one way or another.

I hate this place!!! I have been coming here for treatment for my daughters braces and I have seen so many new employees here it’s ridiculous! They hire the most ghetto unprofessional people ever! I regret giving this company any of my hard earned $.

This is the worst place to go for help. Awful bedside manor. We went in because my boyfriend was in extreme pain. All they wanted to know was how we were going to pay. We paid, then they said we can’t help you today, come back in two weeks and we will discuss options. We ended up going to 7 day dental (great place and people) After that we went back to Western dental and canceled the contract since they didn’t do anything. «Sure, we will send you the money in about 3 weeks and cancel your account since no work was done. «Two months later, we haven’t received our money, they keep billing us for work that was never completed and they keep telling us, oh that’s not our department, talk to this person. Oh, no that’s not me, you need to contact this person for your money, and even though we can see no work was done and you canceled the contract, if you don’t pay us we will send you to collections. Never go here. 7 day dental on Lincoln is awesome and the people there care about you. I will never go to a western dental ever again.

Nice people, if you have any question they help you on anything. Everything is clean, and they are bilingual.

I had a very unpleasant experience here. The staff is nice but it seems like they dont know what they’re doing. I got braces and they put the brackets on with no wire and I had to have them like that for two weeks! I looked like a fool and they never gave me an explanation as to why I had to wear unnecessary equipment that had no benefits. Then I had to go back several times to get the right fit for my retainer, they never got it right and as a result I never got to wear them and my teeth are moving. Very frustrating considering all the pain and money I’ve invested. Awful experience do not recommend. Sad just thinking about it. Someone later told me that they are students, not sure if it’s true but it would explain a lot.

This place was decent compared to a the rest of the dentist offices in Anaheim. Not the most professional staff and it sees like there is always different ones. Not the cleanest of places either. Dr’s in the general dentist dept. area are great but the staff is not very professional in the ortho dept. I got tired of arguing with dumb reps from the customer service debt. They are trying to charge me a $ 25 late fee AFTER I PAID OFF my debt! How does that happen?

Went to have tooth extracted. Was given a shot, first time in my life-​the shot made me shaky and feel dizzy. I told the hygienist or whoever he was, he said this was normal. I noticed after a few minutes, that there was no numbing in my mouth. I told the surgeon, he said the removal will only feel like pressure. As he began to extract the tooth, I told him it feels as if there is no numbing. He proceeded to pull the tooth anyway and it felt like they were removing the tooth without anesthetic. Never in my life had I experienced pain like this from any other dentist, and I have had 5 other teeth removed from professionals, not like this quackery. Beware of the surgeon, I do not know his name but he had a mid European accent. If you experience the same, please report to the dental board.

The receptionist give you dirty looks and they’re attitude doesn’t help, it looks like they hate their job but the least they can do is help people nicely. Also, the service once you get passed the check-​in desk is terrible.
I waited almost half an hour in a chair on a Saturday that had very little people before me.

Having someone work on your teeth is EXTREMELY important! This dentist has the worst staff (they are EXTREMELY unprofessional and not skilled. Please choose wisely!
First off, I would like to say that the staff at this office are not trained to give the highest quality of service. They only want your money and will not work with you.
My son, having insurance, had an infection in his mouth and rushed to them because he could not bear the pain any longer. After waiting in the waiting room for an hour, they refused him because he had MEDICAL! I offered to give cash down but they continued to be unprofessional.
On top of this, 2 years ago, the dentist (being unskilled and a newbie) did a cavity on me. He started the cavity and after shooting my gums 6 times, he began working on my cavity. While he was drilling in my tooth, he drilled SO far that he damaged my nerve. I never ever had pain before he began working on it and after he finished working on my teeth, he did not even apologize.
WORST experience for my family and I!

This place is just awful. They are so disorganized. I called requesting for my X-​Rays 3 days ago. So far, it has been 3 days
and 3 people to search for it. Their braces wasn’t placed properly and it broke within a week. I just broke my contract and it going to cost me $ 1,500 for 2 weeks of braces. But I would rather cut my lose then to continue going here for 2 years.
