We had our home re-​roofed with the Metro stone coated steel roofing last October. We were very pleased with the service. They finished in 3 days even though they said it could be 4. The estimator, Bob, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Their priced seemed high at first, but after checking costhelper, I found that they were actually toward the lower end of the price range.
If I’m still around in 50 years when the roof will need to be done again, I will not hesitate to look them up!

Hired Western Roofing to replace our 26 yr. old tile roof with Metro metal. Crew did a great job, arrived on time, worked all day & finished on day 3 as promised.
New roof looks great & no more leaking garage!

Through the HERO Program we purchased a new Metro Tile metal roof and solar panels from Western Roofing.
Cory showed pictures of our 30 yo clay tile roof and told us that it did need to be replaced and then patiently answered our questions. The installation went smooth and all but one, explanation below, workers were professional and respectful. We love our new roof and thanks to the rain after the install we know it doesn’t leak.
We took 1 star off because of Roy, he did not handle himself professionally when we had a problem with replacing some rotted wood. Shame on him. But we added the star back because WRS and Naomi (thanks for hearing our concerns) sent out Francisco Sr. and Francisco Jr. to take care of business above and beyond expectation! Professionally and courteously.
We are happy with the work done and recommend them.

You and your office were well aware of this. The job I referred was located in garden grove. Mine in Laguna Niguel. Your office even called me after the garden grove job and asked me if I would be interested in getting a roof as well. I told them that I already had the job done thru western and that I was the one referring. I did indeed ask at that time regarding referrals and was told they would talk w you. Silence ever since. Very disappointed!!! So far, there were 3 other homes in the area getting new roofs and NOT by western.

DO NOT BE FOOLED, They introduced themselves as a family owned and operated outstanding professional company which comes along with the high dollar price tag. Nothing from start to finish was professional about this so called «contractor». We signed our contract and was given an install date of two weeks out so they could «pull proper permits», come to find out they DID NOT pull permits until they were hours into tear off. They showed up two hours early which on a street sweeper day makes very difficult, don’t expect people to show in nice company trucks with the company name on them because they sub out ALL the work and you can’t communicate with anyone (language barrier) until the supervisor decides to pop in once in a while which is hours after start time. The tear off crew was really nice despite there doing all the work while this guy subs it out and adds $$$ into the contract for doing NOTHING. The shingle crew was great too, however those poor guys are getting short changed too… they were pretty sloppy in regards to clean up, don’t expect them to pick up nails even if you complain, they continue to leave trash everywhere. They raise prices on wood costs AFTER you sign a contract which creates extra work for the home owner and I could go on for days but I’ll wrap this up right here — If your looking for a professional roofing company don’t stop here! If they do make a mistake they will act as if they were broke and can’t afford to make the situation right, they might as well get a cardboard sign and beg for money rather then make a wrong situation right. Must of been embarrassing for there sales person to watch the owner in action.
Notice below Cory did not offer any solutions to the problem just EXCUSES FOR A HORRIBLE EXPENSIVE SUBBED OUT ROOF JOB which is why I paid the company and got them out of my hair-​they obviously need the money more then we do! Cory, you shouldn’t blatantly lie-​some of us home owners actually make friends with your «in house crews» and talk to them directly so they can go to the source instead of some middle man marking up a job-​paying the crew pennies on the dollar and then never showing up to the job even IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS TO WORK THREW, u must request his presence and then sit and listen to nothing but long excuses. FYI, my job isn’t finished and I still paid-that’s how bad I wanted this so called business man out of my house. Bye bye Western Roofing-​learn how to take care of your customers better instead whining to the homeowner about all the bills you have to pay! We all have bills, duh!

My experience with this company has been excellent in every phase of our process. We had a cedar shake roof that over the years showed considerable wear. More troubling for us was the amount of termite damage we had. We needed to repair and replace many starter boards and facia. We also needed to tent the house to prevent further termite damage. Andy was very good at coordinating their schedule to tear off the old roof with the schedule of the fumigation company. The next step in the process was to have the facia fixed or replaced. They lead foreman, Armondo, did an excellent job in repairing and replacing all the damaged wood and he and his crew were here for approximately two weeks. So we had an opportunity to interact with him and his crew. He and his crew worked on Saturdays to get the job done as soon as possible, even the Saturday prior to Labor Day. He was straight forward, up front and honest with us every step of the process. We followed his recommendations knowing that we do not want to go through this again. Finally, we were ready to have the roof installed. Asphalt composition shingles and stamped seam metal roofing. Again, both crews worked diligently. All along the way, each day the crews were here they cleaned up. I believe that is a mark of a company that cares about their customers and know the value of the referral process. As always, I believe in doing my homework and had three quotes from companies that were referred to me. Kory’s quote wasn’t the lowest and was within several hundred dollars of the next quote. I appreciated Kory’s determination to please my wife’s desire to find the perfect color and style of materials. (No easy task.) Handing the logistical part of the project to Andy made us feel comfortable in a very stressful environment. (This happened while we had very high temperatures, high humidity and several days of rain.) I would highly recommend them in the future!

The company advertises «roofing repair», so I made an appointment to get an estimate to repair a leak in my roof. Joel came out a day later to look at my roof. After climbing up on my roof, he identified the potential problem. He then tells me the company mainly does roof replacements and not repairs. He took some pictures and told me he would «check with the guys at the office» and would get back to me later in the day.
After not hearing from him, I called the next day and left a message asking if I should start calling other roofing companies since I never heard back. A short time later I received a message from Joel telling me it would probably be better for me to do that.
I’m glad I wasted the last two days with this company! If you’re looking for roof repair, call someone else…

Kory is great guy who offers great service at a great price. My garage’s rock roof was leaking, and several contractors gave estimates ranging from several hundred to over a couple of thousand of dollars for the repairs. Kory offered to patch the cracks for a low fee and promised to return to patch more cracks if they are found to be causing the leak. He kept his word and came back for a second trip to patch up some more cracks. What great customer service! I know if I have any roofing need, I will be calling Kory first.

The rain had been causing issues with me getting him to work on the property but he was able to get it done in a quick and efficient manner. He is very tech savvy which makes my life 2000% easier.
I saw his work and was very very satisifed with it. BRING ON THE RAIN!
He replaced my roof and some other pieces underneath the roof … UNDER BUDGET! yes I was very suprised. He isn’t the cheapest or most expensive but I trust him and he’s been awesome to work with.
Most other contractors took forever to get back to me but he was very quick to respond.

I called on Western Roofing to request an estimate for a repair or replacement roof for my parents home in Orange. {During last weeks storm my mom noticed a leak coming thru the ceiling in the master bath.} Bob came out within a day or two of my call and went up on her roof and told us she didn’t need a new roof! He said we just needed a simple quick fix which he did on the spot! We were a little nervous as another storm was expected the next day. The rain came and no leak! I would definitely recommend you call Bob from Western Roofing if you are having any issues with your roof. I think Bob can be trusted and will not try to up sell you like so many other companies do.

I needed to get a quote for a new roof in connection with a proposed solar panel project and was referred to Western Roofing Systems. WRS not only provided me with useful options for a new roof but also introduced me to its solar panel company, CIRA, and suggested better financing then I was finding with other solar panel companies. I hired them for new roof and a top-​tier solar panel system which was installed with almost no hassle, which in my experience is rare for any construction project. They know what they’re doing. I love Todd who handled the sales and paperwork, John (roofing) and Don and Scott (solar panels) for their follow through and professionalism. I highly recommend these folks.

We’ve been going thru some much needed repairs from flooring to a new roof and getting a good education in the process.
I’m glad to share a positive review on Re-​Roofing experience with Western Roofing. The sale man was strait forward and not at all pushy or gimmicky. We went with a metal roof over the composite primarily due to weight and longevity of the roof. It turned out to be about 3−4K more the the composite. Been thru a roof collapse back east due to snow weight and living in the land of shake and bake went for the light choice. We the roof installed just before we got the crazy rain a few weeks ago. not a leak to be found anywhere! after that rain storm I believe were good to go.
Final result roof looks great and the detail is clean and even around the edges and corners. The install went fairly well had two issues of roofer stepping thru the ceiling in the master bedroom and living room. They sent out a crew to fix the ceiling and they were very professional and honestly i can’t see any change. Very happy it was felt with quickly and no hassle on us. The installers worked around the crew who were installing our flooring at the same time with no issues.
I definitely recommend Western so much so were also adding Solar thru them as well.

After purchasing our first home, we decided to call Western Roofing Systems to take a look at our roof. Our inspector said we had mushy spots in our roof and we wanted to get it looked at before it started raining. Kory showed up and went on the roof with my husband and discussed the condition of our roof. I was very relieved there wasn’t any major damage. The prior owner got a shingle roof and the report said it was a 30 year roof but we learned it’s closer to 15 – 20 years. We appreciate Cory being honest. Once we need a new roof, we would consider calling Western Roofing Systems once again.

Western Roofing Systems is an excellent business. I called to have them come check something out for me on our roof and they came two days later. Not only did they check the roof and let me know that it did not need a repair, they also fixed one of the shingles for me, for free! They are an honest company who is looking out for the best for their customers. I will definitely be calling them when I do need a repair or a new roof!

Aftering receiving quotes from several roofing companies in the area we decided to go with Western Roofing Systems due to their competitive pricing and knowledgeable salesman, Bob. Unlike the other salesmen, Bob did not speak poorly of his competitors, was not pushy and was very willing to work with us and our budget.
The materials were delivered on time, the installation crew arrived on time and the roof project completed on time and quickly (less then a week).
We applaud the installation crew supervisor, Saul, who worked alongside his men and made sure everything remained clean and tidy. He continued to answer all of our questions and made sure we were happy.
Bob walked us through the process, educated us about steel roofing (which we already chose over cement tile) and even came out after completion to do a walk through making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. He even encouraged us to call him anytime with future questions or concerns.

We had our roof done many years ago by Western Roofing Systems. What a great investment! The stone-​coated metal roof will last a life-​time and you won’t need to re-​roof again like many of the products out there. We haven’t had any issues and we are very pleased with our roof. The company has also done many of the roofs in my neighborhood over the years and my neighbors have also been very happy with their new roofs and the service they received from them. I definitely would refer them to anyone who is needing a new roof.
This company has been around for over 20 years and most of their employees have been with the company from the beginning so they definitely know what they are doing. They don’t use subcontractors and all work is done by actual employees of the company. Definitely a plus and rare to find when dealing with home improvement companies.
