Went here today with my friend for pedicures. The place is clean and comfortable. The ladies who did our nails were friendly and professional. Not a huge selection of colors but I was satisfied. The other employees were also friendly to us. They started on time, we didn’t have to wait for our appointment. I would come here again.

Went here for the first time today, very clean place! Had a pedicure by Susan, and she was AMAZING! So sweet, and genuine. She is knowledgable and amazing at her job. Will definitely be coming back for the amazing service she provided.

Luxury nails is the best nail salon I’ve been to in anchorage. I recommend them if u want acrylic nails or gel.

I love the ladies and the service is amazing. Very clean, super attentive and so glad this place is close to home. They really take their time and use high-​quality and safe products.

I’m so in love with my eyebrows they look like I drew them on with makeup. I highly recommend this place. Very clean and quiet I didn’t have to wait to be seen. I wish I could take the eyebrow lady with me back to Vegas

Her name is susan. Don’t ask for her, she is rough and cuts at the toenails way too much and it hurts. I couldn’t relax at all, she also is so oooo slow!

I’ve tried like 5 nail places since I moved to Anchorage and this is the first one that I liked– and the only one I would recommend

This is a really nice salon and obviously new. They have a so-​so collection of polish colors and a few things are organized oddly but overall the technicians did a great job on my pedicure and didn’t make me flinch. I could also understand (and be understood) by the nice gal that applied my polish which is getting more and more rare here in anchorage. Overall I was really pleased and will definitely be back.

Awesome. First pedicure date since we moved to Alaska. We just got the basic package to test it out and they did a great job. Water was hot and the massage was amazing. Will be back.

I was meeting my friend here for pedicures around 5:15. We were expecting to wait but we’re able to get right in. I forgot to get my pedicurist’s name, but she was the only blond. In the salon photos above, there is a photo of the staff, and she is sitting in the first row on the right.
She did a great job in my opinion. I just got the basic pedi ($ 30.00) with nail art on my big toes ($ 5.00). My feet feel great, and she was gentle with the exfoliation. NO callous shaving!
I will definitely go back. Although it is a trek for me from Eagle River, it is close to my friends’ house, and heck, they come out to us a lot of the time, so I don’t mind the drive…

went in without an appointment and was helped right away, got a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. worked with two separate people and they were both friendly and polite. got the shellac polish on both my hands and feet and the polish lasted about 3 weeks on my feet. definitely will return again to get another set of nails done.

Came upon this nail salon thru Unilocal not realizing it was down the street from my place. It’s very clean, friendly and they don’t rush, they take their time… All I can say: FINALLY A PLACE IN ANCHORAGE THAT DOES REALLY NICE QUALITY NAILS! I’m definitely going back and making this my nail spot.

Walked in on a Sunday, got seated and attended to right away. This place is clean, friendly, affordable and attentive to your needs. Great foot and calf massage and the flower/​artwork is awesome!!! Will definitely be back!!!

I will never be back. My nails were lifting within a week. Had to get a fill done at another salon. Also, the person who did my nails had dirt under THEIR fingernails. This almost caused me to leave right away… I should have.

I wasn’t impressed but it was nice n quiet. I won’t b back at all. I didn’t like my pedicure at all. I am spoiled from being in the states I guess because I haven’t been no where in the AK that can do what I’m use to or need done?

Update: one of my nails began to chip/​flake at the tip within 2 days. I’m not particularly hard on my nails so I thought this should be mentioned. However, I still recommend this place because of the overall pleasant, unhurried experience. And the nail job was/​is pretty.

Came in here for a basic mani pedi with my mom and sister today. First ever mani pedi for mom and me and I have to say, given our experience today, we would definitely do it again.
Clean setting/​equipment, relaxing music, and three pleasant technicians who did a lovely job. We were told it would take at least 1.5 hrs, but it ended up taking closer to 2. They did not skimp on the hand/​foot massage or anything else for that matter. My sister’s been to a few other salons in town and she said she enjoyed this one the best.
This being my first visit ever, I researched prices around Anchorage. $ 45 for a mani/​pedi is fairly inexpensive. But don’t let that deter you. They may not be a high end $$$ nail salon, but the pricing/​service here are a fantastic value!

Not many color selections for polish and the prices listed here are not correct. Good massage though

I got my nails done here — a full acryllic set — for my wedding. The staff was polite and professional. My nails looked great.
My only complaint is despite having an appointment I had to wait for about 15 mintues, but they were apologetic about that. And the woman took great care with my nails and did them exactly how I wanted which is not the normal. I prefer rounded and a reasonable length.
It was a calming relaxing environment, at least until more patrons showed up. I was there first thing in the morning and they had nice calm music. I was just about in a zen zone when a couple of moms showed up with little kids. Not the fault of the business at all.

Was here about 3 weeks ago and I did not enjoy it! They gave me a manicure and a pedicure at the same time and there were times I had to stretch and move into awkward positions to satisfy the nail technician. Also, the nail technician was very, very stingy with the nail polish. The polish was applied so sparingly that despite 2 coats I still had places on my nail that were transparent. The girls made me move halfway through the job to accommodate other customers that came in for a walk in pedicure. VERY ANNOYING. I came here because of the other positive reviews on Unilocal,but it was a very big mistake and I will not be coming back.

Finally found a nice nail salon! Great place! The girl that did my pedicure took her time and was gentle. Reasonably priced too! I will be going back ! :)
