This man is unethical. We were placing an offer on a house when another offer came in. He did not disclose to the seller that the other offer was HIS SON’S. Our offer was higher, yet we did not get the property. I wonder why. I hope your son enjoys his commission Bob. I was relating the story to my niece, I did not mention names, and she said, «It sounds like something Bob Baer would do, he did it with us.» Avoid him.

My wife and I can’t thank Bob Baer and his team enough for the positive experience we had selling our home in Anchorage. Knowing many realtors in the business, we are grateful that we decided to go with one of the best. We had no idea the numerous things that we would have to do to sell a house built in 1962, but Bob and his team held our hands the entire way to get everything done correctly the first time.
